This has been the best company I have ever worked with, will for ever be my first call! My A/C went down a few weeks ago so i called Artic air Rudy the tech got there within 30 min. he is a very respectful and professional tech. He explained what was wrong and fixed it that same day!

I had my A/C go out late afternoon last week around 7pm so I called Artic Air. Rudy, the tech, was very quick and efficient. He knocked my front door and I showed him where my AC unit was and was explaining what could be wrong with my AC and got right to work. Within 30-40 min he had my AC up and running. Great service by Rudy from Artic Air.

Recently had an issue with my AC unit not working. I called and from the start Casandra the lady at the office was amazing, very professional and detailed. Today the technician (Efren) arrived and I told him the issues. You could already see that he had an idea of what it might be. Not only did he fix the issue he also provided me with some information to ensure my unit stays running efficiently. He also told me some things about my unit that I didnt know.Out standing service!! Had a new system installed a year ago, got a great price and the system has been working perfectly until recently. Late last week my system stopped working, a rare occasion the compressor went out. Connor was my service tech and came over and diagnosed it quickly. Was able to get the part ordered in a couple days and installed it within a couple hours. Connor was very nice and professional and cared about giving the best customer service. Through brief conversation he said he loves what he does which increased my confidence I was in good hands. Thankfully my situation was handled under warranty. From my experience I’d recommend choosing Artic Air

Absolutely the best company we have ever worked with. We purchased a new home and with in days one of our air conditioners went out. I had several companies come out, but the moment artic air came out I knew they would be the best company to go with. They gave me options and different price points and explained the issues they found in both systems not just the one that quit working. Not to mention the price they quoted on one unit was almost half of one of the competitors. We also loved the equipment they carry, it has amazing warranties and is made in the US. We ended up replacing both units. Juan and Jeremiah both were amazing!! We will only be using artic air in the further for our air conditioning needs!!!

They are always my 1st call! They installed my unit new in 2009 and Ive never used anyone else. Why would I want to? Under $200 for service 3 or 4x Ive called. Done in minutes! Happy customer!

Im here to negate all few negative comments about Arctic Air Conditioner service and repair. I have used them for several years and not one time had a bad experience. I would recommend them to my family and friends in a Heartbeat. They always provide excellent courteous and prompt service no matter the time or reason for my call. I will call Arctic Air every time.

I called these guys out in the winter to do a duct cleaning. Owner talked me into a total duct-replacement. No big deal…I agreed they could use replacing, so they replaced entire duct system. After a couple $600 electric bills this summer, I finally got in the attic in July for first time since duct replacement. Temp in attic was 74 degrees (same as house). So I had Artic Air back out to fix their mistake. They came out and said they fixed it. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THAT SERVICE CALL! I calmly ignored even that lousy business practice. Another $600 electric bill this month so I get up in attic again. Still 74 degrees. I called the owner today to report my disappointment. Understandably, I wasn’t overly pleasant on the phone, but I didn’t expect the man to hang up on me like he did. I will have a reputable company out to remedy Artic Air’s terrible work. Don’t use these guys. Unprofessional, unqualified, and maybe even a bit crooked.

Ralph did an amazing job fixing a slab leak at my house. We had water coming up out of our floor and he was able to demo with minimal damage. In fact, I only need to replace one tile (see photo) . Thanks!

I needed two old heat pump systems replaced. I got bids from 4 companies. Arctic Air had the best deal. Both systems were replaced in one day. No problems, great service!

They put a unit too big in the area so u can NOT shut the door anymore. We didn’t realize they didn’t hook it up correctly and it leaked water on the sub floor which of course go up into my hardwood floors ruining them. Yes they came out and fixed the leak but owner says it’s NOT HIS PROBLEM. Refuse to return my phone call. I have approximately 6 foot by 5 foot damaged hard wood floors and I’m told they didn’t do it. I guess we imagined the guy who came and fixed the leak. Oh they told my spouse he was getting a discount because of his line of work. Instead they took my ac unit that was less than 4 years old with a 10 year warranty for this discount.

Arctic Air was a completely pleasant experience from the phone call to the service call !!!! Super friendly employees who were helpful and attentive. Service repairman, Frank, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what was happening with our system and gave us instructions on continued care and maintenance that we could do ourselves. He stayed for a few minutes after fixing our unit to ensure it would be ok. Overall they were outstanding in our books!!!

They were very prompt to get my unit installed. They worried about my comfort first and payment later. Definitely a company to do business with! All of the staff, from the office to the field were so nice throughout the entire experience.In addition, I just received my first electric bill since the installment and it was 1/3 of was I was previously paying! Excellent & Most Professional AC Company in the Odessa/Midland Area. I had my AC brake down and needed a new one installed ASAP. I contacted over 8 HVAC companies and this one came in at the most competitive price!They were able to install my unit, on day after I called them. The job took them no more than 4 hours total. I purchased a 4 ton 16 SEER AC, and received guaranteed 10 year warranty. Very happy with my decision!!

Asked for an estimate for a new air conditioner. They came out the next day after the request and provided a good estimate. It was a little out of my budget (not their fault) so I couldn’t actually have it installed but they seem like a good squared away company to do business with.

We got a whole new unit installed inside and after a day water leaked all over the filter and tore it up, we called and they came and resolved the issue. Now a year later the blower burned out even though i was changing the filter regularly (We were promised a good unit beforehand). Now they do not have the part to repair the unit and we have to wait 10 days in the middle of July. They were not able to outsource the part as well. How unprepared.

Artic Air always travels to my town to help us with our a/c issues. I cannot get my hometown HVAC businesses to respond as quickly. I had 3 different a/c outages and completely replaced two 5-ton systems inside and out. The 3rd system, they found a part to keep this system going another year while we pay off the other two complete systems. Their maintenance is amazing. They check for things nobody else did. I have totally switched all my HVAC needs over to Artic Air in Midland. Highly recommend them.

Placed a call Monday morning to have my heater worked on after it stopped working during the weekend. Israel and Francisco both arrived within the hour of placing the call and looked over my system. They were able to fix the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone needing work done to give them a call.

With so many companies to choose from, Artic Air is definitely the way to go! I felt like I was in great hands from the get-go. Its understandable every AC company is busy during the summer but they scheduled me in an acceptable timly manner. Quick and arriving ON time is huge for me. Time is money and it wasnt wasted. Professional and respectful. The tech was very informative about the problem and solution to the issues. No worries about add-ons or a surprise charge for something I wasnt expecting. Pricing was comparable, fair, and it was thoroughly explained. Its hard to find the whole package with any company these days but Artic Air takes the cake, and has a whole jar of cherries on top! Highly recommend, and would use them again!

Had and emergency situation and (as it usually is when you lose your AC in Midland summer) and they came out early the next day to discuss options. We had a unique situation and they worked with our insurance company and knew what they expected. We were even able to rent some cooling units until ours was fixed. We had also been wanting to upgrade the insulation in the attic and were very impressed by the crews professionalism, work, and fast pace. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

I highly recommend this business, got my grandparents out of the cold in less than an hour. After countless fails of getting their heater repaired they finally have heat for this weather. The customer service is outstanding and very polite. Jeremiah and his staff are greatly appreciated.

Israel Tovar, Rodolfo and crew were great. They showed up on time and did an amazing job repairing and sealing our ducting. They were also able to correct our ducting setup which now allows for more even air flow thru ought our whole home. We would definitely use them in the future for all our HVAC needs. They were also very professional and willing to take time to explain the repairs in detail.

I had made an appointment and explained to the secretary the issues that my parents mobile home air conditioning was having.. I also explained to them that my father was bedridden cancer patient.. After two days of waiting.. on my day of my appointment.. the secretary calls to say “I’m sorry, we won’t be attending the appointment.. we don’t work on mobile homes air conditioning” why waste my time ??? So unprofessional?? Get your business together !! And I’m not saying this because you don’t work on mobile homes.. why not telling me this on the first place!!!!

I dealt with Jeremiah about a disconnect and reconnect of my A/C and he is unreliable. He doesnt return calls and does not relay messages to anyone at the shop. The day I had scheduled them to work I had to go to the shop and tell them personally what I needed. When it came time to receive payment you can bet they were very prompt in returning my phone call. I give arctic air no stars but I guess the minimum required is 1 in order to even post.

Called numerous people, these guys squeezed us in in a decent tike si our indoor animals would have ac. Very professional said 20 mins was here in 15 got the ac fixed in under an hour. Will use again

This company was willing to repair a dying AC that several of the bigger companies in town said needed to be replaced. The repair lasted several more years and cost thousands less.
