Planned to replace my AC since last summer after it broke. I was advised to get a new one before a year went by. So I did my homework and got several quotes and chose The Chill Brothers. Their quote competed with two of the other three but I liked that they sat down and talk to us plus showed us what they would do. They replaced the full unit outside and in. I did decide to pay for extra warranty labor that’s good for 10 years and it gave me a peace of mind. So far the experience has been great! They were very professional in every way. I had a young man come by my house in May. Very pleasant man that set down and explained the Chill Brothers business. I wasn’t truly in the need for a HVAC system at the time. Then. My brother’s unit went down in another town. I called Chill Brothers and pretty much handled the transaction over the phone. Their price was thousands less than another company. My niece handled the installation with CB at my brother’s home. She said the crew was very professional in every aspect from start to finish. I live in Houston and my brother in the DFW area. Had two Sales representatives (Amber and Alonso) come by from The Chill Brothers and I enjoyed talking to them. They answered most of my questions and based on their responses I decided to book an appointment with the Comfort Expert. Mr. Luis Santana was the Comfort Expert and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. So much so, my wife even stayed to listen to him the whole time. Ironically, we werent planning to get a system that day, but we did; considering that our old system was about 23 years old and holding on pretty good. The installers were also pretty cool and explained, then fixed some issues they found during the installation. Mr. Marvin was the head installer and his Team was very nice and considerate. Really appreciate them. That said, from the introduction of the Door to Door Team to the Man that performed the Final Inspection, I would have to say it was the best experience Ive had with replacing an HVAC System. Really appreciate their time and patience. And hopefully we wont have to call them for an issue anytime soon. But if we do, I feel pretty confident The Chill Brothers will take care of us. The System has been installed a couple weeks and we havent had any issues.

Talked me into purchasing a new system in part because I would receive a 30% tax credit. Failed to tell me that tax credit was a maximum of $600, which is only about 1/6th of what I was told it would be when shown the numbers.Also told me they would work with my home warranty company for a credit once I signed the contract and never did. Called them back months later after reaching out and not hearing from my sales person about it or receiving my tax documents and they told me I was on my own to deal with the warranty company despite multiple people promising it. Also said theyd have someone send the required certificate I need to retain for taxes and never did even after following up.

I must say with all the scams and poor customer service i was scaptical but ourselves rap was so professional and amazing we gave it a try and I tell you we had the most amazing experience from start to finish.They did everything they said they would do from first inspection install to post inspection you guys rock and very pleased so far with you amazing product
