Dan came to do my semi annual service today. He is a fine example of the caliber of employees that Joy Heating and Cooling hire. He was thorough, spent a great deal of time explaining all the problems one of my two units was having and sustained my confidence in this company. I highly recommend.

This was my first time using Joy Heating and Cooling and I was so impressed. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. David and Phillip were my technicians and they really did an outstanding job by repairing my AC unit. They answered all questions thoroughly and explained all my concerns. Thanks!!!

James reviewed the existing system and considered any issues with a new AC installation. He fully explained the available options. Once contracted, the installation by the very experienced team went very smoothly. They took care in and around the house and completed the work in a day.

This place wasted multiple days of my inspection period by selling me a service and then failing to render that service during the scheduled time slots for 2 days in a row. Not only am I disappointed in their lack of concern for my schedule, but now I’m left scrambling to find a replacement.
