Our experience with Guys A/C was great. David and his crew did an excellent job installing our two new units. They completed the job earlier than planned. They made it easier to get to and get around the equipment. They also made modifications to improve cooling in two rooms. Thanks Chad, David, Jose and Frank.

I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone and Guys AC and Heating. Guys team replaced the builder unit that was installed into my 23 year old house that went down hard on us this summer. I priced out several units with several different installer and what I found out quickly was the Guys not only offered really high quality equipment they did so at a price that was super competitive even with the installers wanting to install builder grade equipment.They were fast, they were incredibly professional and the unit they installed has dropped my electric bill down near 25% over the last 2 months. If there were 6 starts to give they would get them, I really cant say enough good things about this company and their employees. If you need an AC fixed or replaced, give them a shot you will find that you have your AC professional moving forward.

While getting multiple bids for my AC replacement I chose Guy’s after meeting with Chad, very trustworthy and professional and easy to talk to.Recently I had the fellas from Guy’s AC out to the house to change my whole system. Dave and Oscar ran the team and were very professional and respectful of our home and were more than willing to answer any questions I had while they worked.

Logan and Dwayne did an amazing job they were beyond professional! They both were very nice with all and any questions I had. My house has never felt so cool before and the work done is beyond professional. They cleaned everything up and double checked everything. I also really liked that we were able to finance through the company and Mr. Chad was very informative about the whole process. Guy’s will now always have our business!

Simply outstanding from owner, Chad Turner, to the excellent crew. My system ( AC and heater) that was replaced was old…old copper tubing, old wires..etc. They handled it with efficiency and expertise as well as terrific pricing. This company was hired through Homedrpot 10 years ago to install a full HVAC system including air ducts. I recently moved back into the residence and had this company that was on maintenance agreement for 10 years possibly 11 to conduct its biannual inspection. Upon my occupancy, I called the company because I noticed a number of things that were not working with the system which should have been taken care of doing the maintenance of the system. One duct/vent was not working and the inside unit was leaking. During the first visit, the personnel didn’t even look under the house to determine where the leak was coming from so he had to come back out and he did not document that I said one of the vents was not blowing. By the way it was the middle of ithe summer. Although I requested them to repair whatever was necessary they did not return to repair and I called them for two months asking why they did not come back to repair what was indicated in their inspection. no return and no response from them. I find it troubling that a company that installs such equipment is not willing to maintain and repair the equipment and as to customer service, it is very poor. I informed the company that I would make this review and was told go right ahead. I would not recommend this company for anyone and more importantly Homedepot should remove them from their contracting HVAC equipment. This company also failed to insulate the house after installing a brand new HVAC unit. Would never recommend this company.

My house has two Units that were purchased through these Guys over a Two Year period and after a few years of them helping up stretch the used of the original ones from 2004. I need to call them and update this homes information

Terrible install unit not even leveled on the pad I even brought them flat blocks a shovel and tamper to level their pad just lazy and pathetic left exposed wires for thermostat also left drip line exposed did not even fill unit with freon properly 2 years later 3 lb down on freon 1 year later 2 lb down again fill and leak check I think the stop leak worked but time will tell last week blower mower went out unit 4 years old NO PROBLEM its covered by warranty go to pick up new blower motor that will be $150.00 handling charge to get the warranty part??? upon pick up $150.00 is now $162.38 tax I guess on a handling charge that I picked up from warehouse part only cost $239.00 new show does that make sense? this company is terrible they want to charge me to come look @ their messed up install my pics arent good enough som I will post them hereI really like how you cant leave a review on their site so they can probably write their own or cherry pic them

I want to give a huge shoutout to Guys AC for coming this morning to quickly get my ac back up and running after the fan motor burned up. With the heat index predicted to be over 110 this afternoon your quick response was a lifesaver. I definitely recommend them.

David and his crew are very professional, skilled and informed at their jobs. They installed the 5-ton 16seer AC and heating gas unit after having a 5-ton 11seer unit for years and costing us a fortune in electric bills. They finished the job cleaning all the area they worked and clearing the old equipment out, While the whole time dealing with the rain and cold.We had three other companies quote us high and low estimates but in the end, Chad the owner gave us the best run down on brand names, tons and seers and what they will and would not due, giving us the choice options. In the end their price, guarantee and experience over shadowed all others quotes. We recommend highly and we will give another review in about year.Thanks Guys!!

We have done business with Guy’s for many years. They were conscious of the fact that our AC unit was old but we couldn’t replace it so they kept us running and cool for years! This year it finally became apparent that we had to replace (our unit was 37 years old). Chad came to the house and assessed the situation. He made a recommendation, gave us a quote, promised that the office would call to set an installation date. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and kept his promises! Within 2 weeks we had a new unit and are cool again! The installation crew was excellent. Arrived on time, was very efficient, worked quietly and cleaned up the mess inside and out. We couldn’t be happier! Would HIGHLY recommend Guy’s AC. They are honest, professional and keep their word!

The people at Guys AC and Heating Services are nothing short of amazing! This is the 3rd unit we’ve purchased from Guy’s A/C and Heating. Nathan, Jason, Carlos, and Dwayne did an excellent job with the installation. They also do our seasonal maintenance that keeps us in top condition for all 3 units. I highly recommend them for their good work, integrity, and fair pricing.

Met with Chad, easy to talk to, no sales pitch, just gave me options that would work best for my AC/Heater needs. They did a complete redo for an upstairs unit. The install crew was professional, extremely quiet (they made a conscience effort to keep noise down, knowing I was working at home that day ... I honestly dont know how they did it having to carry all that equipment up and down the stairs). They cleaned up inside and out, in fact I wouldnt even have known they were here except for my upstairs is cool again. Would recommend.

I dont often put up a review but I have to tell you this is truly a customer oriented company. We had a major malfunction in a fairly new system we bought from them and the part was so obscure that it needed to be ordered and would take some time. They actually sent us up some window units to keep us with AC while we were waiting for the part. After talking to the manufacturer of the system they sent out their tech to do even more tests and he found the root cause of the failure and replaced everything we needed and replaced the thermostat as well. I could not be more happy with the work and the care they took to take care of our issue. I highly recommend them for any AC or heating need you may have.

David, Frank, and Jose did a phenomenal job on replacing my central air conditioning and heating system today! David called to tell me his exact eta. They were in and out of here in just a few hours. David went over the operation of my new thermostat for the ICP 4 ton 16 seer unit with heat pump. I couldnt believe how quickly the house was heating and cooling when they were checking the system. They left the place clean after the installation. Then, after they left, I couldnt believe how quite it was. I was standing right in front of the return when the A/C kicked on and I could barely hear it running, same with outside unit. So quite. I just thought that my original system was good. This one goes beyond my expectations. I can hardly wait to see my winter electric bills, as they are always the highest 3 months of the year. Thank you, Guys! Im looking forward to your regular preventative maintenance visits for years to come!Also, thank you for coming out on Saturday to fix my old unit! I called that morning and you came that morning. Unfortunately, the unit outside had caught fire and needed to be replaced. And truly, it was time for a whole new unit. Ive been concerned for a couple years now that something like this could happen any day and wasnt quite sure that I would be able to afford it.Guys offered an easy finance plan that made the whole process less painful. Once I decided on the unit I wanted to go with, their guys were out here the next day installing it and by lunchtime I was good to go again.Thanks again for your immediate service when I needed you!

Guys A/C & Heating Company installed a new A/C system at my house to replace the old unit that was 23 years old. The salesman recommended some changes to make the system work more efficient. They installed the system in less than a day, cleaned up and could not tell they were even there. The modifications worked just as he had explained, all rooms were evenly cool and comfortable.Would highly recommend using this company.Reasonable price for the quality system they put in.

We had an issue with our ac unit not kicking in. Owen came out and help us with a new Thermostat and now we have ac. Owen was so friendly,professional and honest. The pricing was reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend calling them if you are having any issues with your ac. They will be my only go to for any issue we have down the line.

Awesome company! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!We just moved to the area and the house we bought had issues with the AC. Im so glad that we were referred to this company because they have been wonderful from the start. In the last couple of months, theyve come out probably 4 times to fix different issues and always arrive within the time were given.Id like to share an example of their great customer service: The seller of our house paid for a whole year of home warranty service. When we noticed that the AC wasnt cooling on very hot days, we called our home warranty to fix/replace a return box that was made of fiberglass material and was busted on the top. The home warranty sent a company that said that they couldnt replace the box with a metal box (the right way to do it per our contractor) but only with fiberglass. BS! Then my claim got canceled. Im guessing that replacing that return box wasnt covered :/. We decided to contact Guys for an estimate and they sent Donnie, who said that the return box needed to be replaced with a metal box, and I didnt even tell him about what happened with the other company! A few days later, our condenser wasnt powering on, so I called Guys and Donnie came to the rescue! Hes very courteous, professional and to the point. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Will arrived in less than hour. He was very professional in diagnosing my problem and had the system ready to go in a short time. Pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely call again if I ever need HVAC service

Just want to give a shout out to Guys Air Conditioning and Heating in New Caney. Their service over the phone and in person was great. I was able to actually speak to someone. She tried everything in her power to help me before I had to get a technician out here. Then when we figured out that I would need service she got me scheduled the next day. The technician himself was awesome he was on time, very friendly, and he explained everything so that I knew exactly what was needed. And how much everything cost. So if anyone needs a/c repair I would highly recommend them.

Guy’s replaced my units at the beginning of the month. Due to the fluctuating temperatures, I have been using both the a/c and heat this month and can report that both work perfectly. Not only did they do a great job replacing the units, but they were also very nice and professional, showing respect for both me and the property in general. I highly recommend them!

My home is west of College Station, but even though it’s a 2 hour drive Chad came out in person to look things over and give me an estimate. I am especially impressed with the speed with which the job was done. Not just that the two men managed to install the entire system and get it working in about three hours, but that I was given an estimate on Tuesday and the installation Took place the following Friday!Here it is a week later, and things are working perfectly. After getting three different estimates for a new HVAC installation, I was thrilled when Guy’s came back over 2K less than the other three companies. Chad Turner the president of the company was extremely professional and Duane and Logan did a wonderful job as the installers. My a/c wasn’t out yet but it was definitely on the blink being that it was 16 yrs old. I would recommend their services and great pricing to ANYONE who is in the market for one. It’s going to be a hot Houston summer and I won’t be sweating it!!

Guy’s Air Conditioning, New Caney, TX has met or exceeded all promises with the install of two, 3 ton, SEER 17, HVAC systems by Lennox. The install by David, Jose and Frank was clean and responsible. We wanted the systems to be accessible for maintenance and the install exceeded this need. The warranty of 10 years parts and labor and the low-key sales presentation were superior to three other major bids. We agreed to a ten year maintenance agreement with Guys Air Conditioning. The reasons for changing the HVAC units were to extend the life of our home with more efficient units and to replace 10 to 15-year-old equipment.

When my A/C of 36 plus years bit the dust, I called Chad from Guys A/C for a quote. Chad came out and assessed the situation and provided my wife and I a very competitive bid, offered extremely excellent financing and offered to have the unit installed right away. His employees showed up on time, where very courteous and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess for us to clean up. Dewayne spearheaded the installation and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The work was completed in one day as promised and Dewayne did a follow-up call the next day to see if we had any questions.As a business owner, I highly recommend Guys A/C.Just tell them Vern sent you.

We had them come out to replace our very old A/C, Chad explained everything to us, and on the day of our install he drove all the way here just to introduce us to his crew and even showed my husband their company Identification. The crew were amazing and super friendly, they even laid a tarp down so my tile floors would get damaged then cleaned up everything, A/C is working great and we are very very happy, I will be recommending Guys to everyone who is looking for service.

The tech, Will, pinpointed the problem quickly and fixed it. He was very friendly and gave me some pointers to maintain my outside unit. I was given a one hour window and he was there within that time frame which was highly appreciated. Its refreshing to have a company who is actually trustworthy in this area.

Chad & crew were great. Complete A/C & Heating new system, including ducts. Showed up on time, completely done in less than 7 hrs. Did extras for us by putting in a duct for our new vent-a-hood. Chad noticed we had a new hood to install, he said they would put the duct in without us even asking. They went above and beyond what was expected. They even vacuumed after work was done. After 11 years and several thousands of dollars nursing the AC units installed in our home we decided to replace both systems. We were introduced to Guy’s AC through Costco Homeowner’s Services. Chad came to our home and provided a detailed estimate that covered the issues we wanted to have addressed including two new systems and some air return/ducting work to remedy hot spots in our home. After also receiving an estimate from a highly reviewed Trane dealer for two systems of comparable efficiency we elected to go with Guy’s AC because Chad’s estimate was 10% less than the Trane quote even before taking into account Costco’s 10% cash back rebate.On the morning of the installation Chad showed up to our home with his crew and after giving them detailed instructions about the installation they got to work. They were polite, clean and worked quickly. They turned what we were expecting to be a two day project into a one day project. The quality of the installation is such a dramatic improvement over the original equipment installed by the builder that l am optimistic about the longevity of our new Lenox equipment and looking forward to saving a few dollars on our cooling bill this summer.I would not hesitate to recommend Chad and the team at Guy’s AC for quality service at a reasonable price point.

We just had our home AC units serviced by this company (John was the tech). They are pretty much, the most honest AC company I have ever dealt with. 2 years ago we got charged $2500( for unnecessary work) by a different company and was told that we will need different units soon. John from Guys AC and heating did the regular tune up( for $89) and was honest enough to let us know that the units are and were fine( I guess the other company took advantage of us because we believed them). This company will have my business for as long as we live in this area. Thank you for the professionalism and the honesty.

We had been without heat for a week, just dealing with it.. finally I had enough cold. I called Guys and set up an appointment estimated before 5 that evening, it wasnt even an hour later a technician showed up. He was able to diagnosis the problem, buy the part, and fix it before my original quoted time. My house is so warm now Im shredding layers. The price is very reasonable and the technicians are fast and have the answers right there! If I wouldve known it was that simple I wouldve called Guys sooner. Locally owned and operated and thats how we like to do business!

Guys A/C is the way to go! Our A/C system was 28 years old, and we were dying with the summer heat and didnt want to risk it going out completely. I did some research and requested a few bids from other companies, but I didnt feel that they were that helpful explaining our options since Im definitely no HVAC expert. I tried Guys A/C just based on their online reviews and so glad I did! We worked with Sheldon, and he is awesome. He came out to assess the whole system (with a mask) and really took his time to explain all our options. I was working from home, and he was very understanding in working around my time. We took a long time to decide on the system we wanted and he was very patient and helpful during that time. He oversaw the installation and made sure everything was taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend Guys A/C. Sheldon answered tons of questions, and responded quickly every time we needed something. They are the best!

We have been having problems cooling off the back side of our home. Weve had various technicians come and no one could fix the problem until Coty. He is so knowledgeable and the nicest guy. He takes his time to assess the situation and take care of any problems. Guys Air Conditioning & Heating is a great company. They are professional and reasonably priced.

Owner of the company was reachable and responsive. Staff answering phone at main office was friendly. Installation staff was prompt, completed installation quickly, and cleaned up well after themselves. They worked in a way that we were able to go about our normal daily activities in the house. Overall, couldn’t be more pleased.

Everyone (Sue and Chad) were great from start to finish. The finance process was quick and easy. Chad came out same day and had me scheduled next day for install. They lend window units until the install done. They also do the registration for you. Would highly recommend. Thank y’all for everything.

I called Guy’s after my HVAC warranty company failed. A few people had recommended Guy’s to me. Texas heat is no joke when your AC goes out and you have babies to take care of. The technician came out as soon as he could make it over to us. Quick fix and wonderful service. Your work is very appreciated!

We had 2 units, total cost of about $20,000 for 20 seer. While theyre willing to do what you ask them to, just make sure that you inspect their work and also stay up with communication with them on warranties. Immediately after install we had constant issues with the unit throwing codes, it was a hassle getting them out. When I scheduled the warranty service call, they kept scheduling and rescheduling to days theyre available, not when Im available. I finally gave up after multiple reschedules. Fast forward to six years later and we had a leak from one of the units in the attic because their installers didnt route the secondary drain in to the drip pain. They left it wide open so it sprayed straight up like a geyser. How did I find out? A massive leak in my ceiling. It could have been prevented had they routed the drain properly. The other units secondary drain was routed properly. So, not sure what happened there. Why was one routed to a drip pan and not the other? Also, there is a leak in the condenser outside. Knowing all the hassle I had with this company decided to get another company out to check out the leak in the attic (after my husband had to fix it) to make sure everything was good. This installer found a leak in the condenser outside as well - same unit. I also found out recently about warranties. New company states installers typically register your unit for you. Not Guys. They want you to do it. If you dont your warranty is severely limited and worthless. I had the extended warranty with Guys also, which lapsed. They stated they sent me an invoice to renew.....Make sure you calendar renewals and stay on top of communication with them so this doesnt happen to you. I talked to someone today at Guys, the answer I got was nothing we can do. This company doesnt care about doing the right thing, just making sure you pay them for warranties. I paid for top of the line equipment, and extended warranty, and I get nothing we can do. So, I now have to replace the unit for another $4,400 if I want to cheap out. Or, I can get the smaller unit completely replaced for $10,000. And, I just purchased this unit 7 years ago. I wish I had never contacted this company from the get go. If you go with this company, just stay on top of them for their workmanship and their warranty. Im disappointed and disgusted that I put my trust in them. Seems like a lot of customer service related people are not customer service oriented anymore.

Over the past couple months I have had to call our Guys AC for Service on my AC Unit. Problems have been a blower unit out in Attic, Capacitor out on Outside Unit and Loose connections and low on Freon. Over all I have dealt wit 3 different Technicians. Jeremy, Donnie and JP. All professional with their work and very low cost. Best thing of all is that JP let me know the unit is 19 years old and I will need to consider replacing in the future. I moved into current residence in 1991 and had not realized it has been that long since I had it replaced. I guess as they say the older things are the more maintenance they require. That sounds like me now days. Job well done Guys AC.

So, I am a single female homeowner with no clue on where to begin with AC needs. After two major companies came by with estimates on AC unit replacements, I was totally disillusioned! I felt I was sort of being taken advantage of because of my AC ignorance. Then on the third day this phone call comes thru and on the other end is a sweet lady. I told her I was going to wait because I needed to do more research and felt so uncomfortable with the last two companies, however she asked me to give the company a chance. I DID and I am ever soooooo thankful and grateful for Chad and his guys, and the sweet lady who called! He gave me a price, and I agreed....next thing you know they were here on the day the said they would be AND completed it all in one day!! I have found my go to AC needs company! Super trustworthy!! We got 4 bids on a whole house A/C unit and Guys impressed us the most with their knowledge, patience, professional appearance, inc trucks, clean up and price. To all office staff that set up appts and billing, techs that worked on the install and JP, the tech that came out for a service call, kudos to them.

In readying our home for sale, we had Cody out to help us with our upstairs AC after it began to not blow quite as well as it could. He is the most knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy person we have ever met. He was able to bring our system back to where it should be quickly. He also was a big help with clearing up some other AC system items as well.Anytime we need service, we will call Guys and ask for Cody.

David and Frank installed a mini split unit in my home today and did an awesome job! They were very respectful and professional, diligent in their work and cleaned up everything when they were done with the installation. I couldn’t be happier!!

Just had upstairs Lennox unit and master bedroom Lennox mini - split installed . The work was done professionally , team was friendly and knowledgeable. David led the installation effort both days, work was completed on time and they explained all the benefits of the new upstairs unit plus got connected with The Honeywell mytotalcontrolconnectcomfort app. Guys AC currently has a 5 year no interest special which was definitely a positive factor in upgrading the two units. Our air conditioner went out and we are both on a fixed income. My girl friend is a Navy Veteran and is disabled and I am 60 years old and an amputee. I have had medical problems and have various illnesses and on several different medications that dont allow me to be in sunlight or even in the heat. We had several estimates and then we received an estimate from Guys air conditioning and they understood our financial situation. They gave us a great estimate because of the service that my girl friend had done for our country and my health issues but when we had problems financing they dropped the price even more so we could have the system installed. They even have their very own in house financing and we got a fantastic deal on a great air conditioner!

I recently had a 5t AC failure and needed a replacement. I thought I knew what I wanted (needed) and had a few different quotes to work with. Sheldon at Guys was direct and responsive. He gave me good (and bad) points of the different systems, and didnt try to over sell me. I got a great, made in the USA system for a decent price.Installation was pretty good. Perfect? No, but no company is perfect and if you expect that, you are expecting too much. Its what they do when they ARE NOT perfect that makes a difference. I called Sheldon and had him stop by the house for discussions. I told him what my concerns were - and he didnt need me to point out the issues. He actually saw them before I needed to tell him...Long story short... Every step of the process was pretty painless... they were courteous, respectful when I asked dumb questions, and made efforts to educate me on my new Trane system.If you are in the market for anything Heating and A/C related, give these guys a chance... Usually doing anything regarding air conditioning work is a hassle and a headache. Ive had years of terrible experience with previous companies, until a family member decided to persuade me to try guys AC. My A/C went out during mid-summer with a heat index of 105, and thankfully guys was able to get a technician out quickly. Donnie was very respectful and professional regarding the work, was able to explain in simple-terms so I didnt feel as if I was getting screwed over. He even suggested a long-term plan that has helped me tremendously through the years. On certain occasions they would come out irregardless of the time of day. I highly suggest this company to any and all of my friends, and also keep Donnies number just in case his expertise is needed!

Guys came out to give us a quote. Within a week they had 2 new units installed. Have called them back twice. This past weekend had issues and left message on the on-call line. JP called back within 30 minutes to let me know he was on his way. Wasn’t even a bargaining of “next week” but “ I am on my way”. Came out out promptly and took care of everything efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend this company.

No way would I recommend this company. Save yourself some time and money and call someone else. My Blower Motor / Module went out on a 3 year old AC System so the parts were under warranty, Their technician tried to OVER CHARGE for the repair by charging for the replacement of 2 parts... The Blower Motor and the Module which are attached to each other. I called another company who came out and fixed it the same day for half the cost. It literally took him 15 minutes to remove the Blower Motor / Module, he took it to the MFG and the MFG provided him with the new parts all in the same day at half the cost. I called the tech and questioned him why on earth he would charge labor for both parts that are connected together. Stay away from these crooks and find a more honest AC Company. Total Quoted cost for replacing the Blower Motor was 462.00 plus the original 54.00 for them to come out. The company I had fix it was half the cost.Helpful (0)Share

AJ with Guys AC was so nice and helpful. I called Guys on Sunday when I had seen one of their trucks on the road in Kingwood. My AC stopped blowing clold air. He was more then happy to come back out to my house after he was finished with his next call in Pasadena, which was going to be about 7pm, but he would be there to help. He was so nice and told me what the fee was upfront and what he thought it might be. I ended up finding someone to come out a lot sooner. AJ even called me back to let me know he was on his way when i told him i found someone else. Because of AJ I would definitely use and recommend Guys AC company on his merit alone. Thank you.

Stay far away, technician came out and said it was low on freon and the R22 was so expensive, he used a replacement freon that destroyed the compressor and charged me $600+ for it. If there was a zero star option Id take it. Brought in another AC repairmen, who let me know the attic unit had a piston with a jammed valve. He drained the freon, and changed the valve for $15. He also replaced the outside unit because of the compressor. Went from a $10k new unit, to a $2k job. Sorry sorry sorry SOBs.

Charged us almost $700. Supposedly fixed a leak on our AC and put freon. 3wks later major leak and almost no freon.

I am very impressed with my overall experience with this company. They have great customer service. Technician Donnie was very efficient and highly knowledgeable. Talked me through the entire process. I highly recommend them if your looking for any type of Ac and heating company this the one you want.

Great group of folks. They came in to do an install on a new buildout room and a service. The technicians--Chad and Nathan-- were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They didnt sell me anything I didnt need and the price was fair. I would highly recommend this company. Oh! and they were clean, neat and respectful of my home.

I recently called Guys AC to come and look at the ac unit at my home. Recently I moved back into my dads house due to his medical issues. My dad was an ac man before and started on the repairs to the unit. But didnt finish them. So I called Guys and a tech came out. Now it was kinda late in the afternoon but he came out and looked at it for about 10 min. He told me that he wasnt going to touch it because of aluminum wiring or something like that. After thinking for awhile I knew my dad never used aluminum wiring. So I called Raymark. Tech came out I told him what the other tech told me. After looking at it he said that there was no aluminum wiring. So I askes him if he could fix it. He said no problem. Gonna take me awhile.So he went to work and after about 3 hrs he had the unit up and running. So in retrospect I would never use Guys again and the bad thing about it is my dad knows Guy personally. So when I told my dad about it he was like really pissed off so again never will I use Guys again. Its Raymark for me

We had a very positive experience with Guys A/C when they installed an upstairs and downstairs AC units. They had great communication and gave us a fair estimate and kept to their schedules.

My air went out and they came the same day and figured out what the problem was and fixed it. Thank God it wasnt anything major. The lady on the phone and the gentleman that came out was so sweet and professional. I would highly recommend Guys.

Guys’s A/C and Heating is always courteous and polite when they have come out to service customers AC and Heating units. They are experienced and have years of knowledge when it comes to repairs or possible replacements of units. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hqad a a/c unit placed in 2010 with a 10 warranty. They have to come out twice in the 6 years I have had the unit. In 2012 a tech informed me that they wouldnt service it unless I purchsed a 500.00 Blower. I paid for another a/c to come out and fix. 2016 a/c out again first visit its electrical they stated got a electrcian fix what they said again I paid out of pocket. Also had to pay another service charge for them. Came out again at n/c at my instance. Said the compressor is out and its no longer warranty. Wanted another 2200.00 to fix. After all this and research with the manufactor it is warranty and another a/c will fix. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Five years ago I was charged $600 and some dollars to replace the fan motor! It is now going out again. They wanted $700 and some to replace it with an OEM motor. Five years ago I was charged for an OEM motor but it turns out they put in a cheap chineese motor and charged me for an OEM.Never again will I conduct business with them!Crooks shall be put out of business!

July 2020. Ac not cooling as good as it should. Called guys ac, next morning Donny came out to house. Exceptional service. answered all my questions,(probably too many), explained what process was, talked about some other issues that i asked about with my zones.Total pro, would absolutely recommend guys ac. Thanks Donny, when i need service in future will stick with guys ac.

These people are not honest and if they can get over on you they will. My car was damaged by their building and instead of doing the right thing and covering the damage they choose to give me the run around for months. I ended up having to make a claim in my insurance. The owners response was this is just how it is.

I called, told them my AC Unit outside wasnt turning on and inside was blowing hot. I had Amana, they said they could make it with all the flooding aftermath by a certain timeframe.
