Houston and surrounding areas were hit with hurricane Beryl causing major damage to the area. Millions of people were with out power. My house has a back up Generac generator so I had power at home but my A/C failed. I spoke to Scotts brother Richard and within 10min Scott was at my front door. We agreed that the 20yr old unit had to be replaced. Scott sent me a quote to replace the system and within a day my house was comfortable again. I want to say Thank you to A Affordable Comfort for delivering their excellent service in the mist of what we were all going through with the hurricane. Thank you Scott, Richard and your team.

Very happy with the service of my furnace. Scott was able to make it to my home same day. Scott was also able to replace the part that was needed also same day and explained why my furnace was not working properly.

Our AC ( that is 17 yrs old) stopped working this morning. We waited until 1 PM to call. They sent a rep out in less than an hour. He found the problem and replaced two parts that had blown out and had us cooled off within a couple of hours. Very friendly and down to earth guys. 👍

We live in a Single wide trailer & our unit was 20+ years old & knew anytime it will go out. Unfortunately, it finally died. Without AC for a week, I had to find a company. After looking in our area in Splendora, I found A Affordable Comfort a week later. I had the pleasure of talking to Scott and he was very nice, informative & knew what had to be done. Scott quoted us a reasonable price & we went for it. He sent a group of guys and they were fantastic, quick & got the job done. We received a New outside unit, indoor unit & a New thermostat. Had an HVAC tech from another company come out to check my system and we suspected that they were trying to swindle us into buying a whole new system for the house. We called Affordable Comfort for a second opinion, they came out and got us squared away in an hour. Fixed a couple minor issues and ac was back to working great. Affordable Comfort is honest and dependable, unlike the previous tech. Affordable Comfort will be the only company I trust for future service.

Scott came out and diagnosed the problem. Then we ordered the part and when it came in he promptly returned and put in the part.

My experience with this company was excellent!! The coils on my air conditioner were just full of dirt and dust.An experience A/C man that came over flushed and cleared 10 years of dirt and explained all that he was doing. He also gave me advice on things I can do to keep it clean!! Perfection in his knowledge and work. Now its running a lot cleaner and better!!

After having previous work performed by affordable a year ago I still have only 1 referral as to whom use on AC tepairs. I had my 4 tin house unit replaced and they far exceeded my expectations. A/c suddenly quit , called 5 other companies Scott called back then showed fixed the problem got the a/c up and going in less than 3 hours exceptional customer service and good guy all this in 100 degree heat borderline after hours , gonna get on a maintenance program with him and give him and send him business, everybody else wanted to give me a 2/3 hour window for appointment the next day

I contacted A Affordable Comfort LLC this afternoon and talked with Scott. I tried to explain that my heater was not working and that home warranty had denied the claim. I relayed what I remembered of what was broke. Scott came out and looked at it and just fixed it. He had to replace parts but had them on his truck. .......AND it was half the price the other guy was going to charge the warranty company!!!!! I am not easily impressed, but I was definitely impressed with Scotts work and attitude. I will contact A Affordable for any future issues I might have or that my neighbors might have. Scott has taken care of our home HVAC system for some time now. Its a 20 year old system, so we are about due for a new one. Scott and his company--- A Affordable Comfort--- have kept that unit going for the last few years--- new fan motor, fan motor warranty replacement, capacitor replacement, adding coolant. Scott and his workers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. He called me back within an hour of me leaving a message and was to our home to fix our heater issue. He answered questions that I had about the unit and about future maintenance for it. Some repair people come in and try to talk down to you and try to tell you that there is more going wrong than what was, but Scott was straight up and honest with me about the issue. My AC had made a really loud noise in the wee hours of the morning. I waited till I started my day to call and left a message. I was sent a text very quickly that my message was received and theyll call me shortly to set-up a time. Didnt have to wait long and they were able to fit me in before lunch. Of course my AC was working when they came but they went ahead and checked it out for me. Let me know of what I can do for maintenance and added coolant for me. The diagnostic was very reasonable. I highly recommend using them as I will once the weather gets cooler to address an issue they noted.

Scott and his crew removed the entire old system to include ac/heat and duct. Installed an entire new system. They were very professional and courteous. Scott went over each step that would occur and answered all our questions. Explained all the benefits of the new filter system and UV light system. Gave us a great price compared to 3 other companies in the area even contacted our electric company for additional incentives from them. Highly recommend this company!!!!

Scott and his brother, and their workers are amazing people. My heater went out, and we all caught the flu. Than my son caught Pneumonia and Rsv. We had the firer place and one space heater, because the other 3 broke. In our furnace was possibly leaking Carbon dioxide. In they came and gave us a amazing deal, and install it yesterday. I called Scott and his Brother because I replaced parts on the A/C at my office and what I replaced still didnt fix my problem. Not only did they fix my issue, but they came back out a second time because I had a small issue and they did not charge me. A local family owned business that really cares about their workmanship, credibility, and I highly recommend them!

Scott diagnosed the problem immediately before he even arrived at my house. I sent him pictures of my heater and he was prepared and quickly had my heater working. Naturally, weekend night a/c stopped working. They were here within 30 minutes diagnosing the problem. Friendly, knowledgeable great people. Replaced needed parts and was able to sleep cool that night. Highly recommend!
