Michael and his team at Lone Star Equipment did an amazing job acquiring and installing a Bendpak GP-7 two post lift in our garage. Due to the current pandemic and recent snowstorms, there were delays and incorrect fittings from Bendpak. Michaels technicians immediately got in contact with them and made sure to correct everything so wed have a perfect install. Our lift was unique in its installation, requiring some special equipment to be used, and they were quick to find and rent one so that our installation could be completed. After completing the install, they gave us some training and tips in the use of the lift, making sure we would be safe in doing so. If youre looking for a home lift solution, look no further; Lone Star Equipment is a shining example of customer service and premium installation of automotive lifts.

Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. My company selected Lone Star after they seemed to have good reviews. The company over promised on a delivery date (not necessarily their fault) and then botched the installation and took zero responsibility for the repairs.The crew that did the installation seemed like complete amateurs. The crew was caught sleeping on the job, disappeared half way through the installation (and the owner had no idea where they went), and then cost us thousands of dollars after incorrectly installing multiple automotive lifts (not to mention the major safety issues they caused).They used the wrong sized anchors, despite being told the correct anchor bolts to use based upon the concrete specs — and didn’t even use the size specified by the manufacturer (though they tried to blame the manufacturer for supplying the wrong bolts). They left the cables on the lifts loose and uneven — we called them to correct this and the owner swore they were safe to use. Vehicles were sitting sideways on the lifts and because they were neither properly leveled nor were the cables adjusted.After have an ALI CERTIFIED inspector check the lifts, the cables were incorrectly installed and excessively worn, and thus needed to be replaced. Numerous other issues were discovered with the lifts, such as the post being improperly leveled and the anchors deemed inadequate to safely secure the weight of the lifts and vehicles.The owner of Lone Star tried to place blame on the manufacturer of the lifts, though none of the parts were known to be defective and many of the discrepancies were noted by our staff as soon as the lifts were placed into service — this was clearly not an issue with the quality of the lift components. The lift manufacturer (Bendpak) was willing to provide replacement parts due to the installer’s mistakes, but Lone Star offered zero support for the repairs (not that we would ever trust the quality of their work had they offered to remedy the issues).My company is now out thousands of dollars for the cost of the repairs, time the equipment has been out of service, and effort our staff has spent trying to resolve the issue.

Ordered a Bendpak lift for installation at a home. The company stored the lift free of charge for longer than anticipated because of construction delays. The lift, with all additional accessories, was delivered without any damage for the installation showing no signs of sitting in a warehouse. The crew doing the install took their time and truly cared about the resulting equipment they left behind. They took their time to make sure the powder coat was not damaged on the lift during assembly, the lift was wiped clean when they left, and they made all the adjustments they could to make sure it was operating as well as possible. Highly recommend this company.

Awesome, top-notch service. From my first contact with Michael about my Challenger lift to the installation by Rick and his crew, I could not have been more satisfied. Michael was readily available to answer any and all questions about the lift. Great communication in scheduling the installation. Rick was meticulous in making sure the lift was installed and operating correctly. After installation,. Michael called me to make sure I was satisfied and answer any questions I might have. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer a friend or family member to them.

Lone Star technicians did an excellent job installing my lift. They arrived on time and were extremely careful not to chip or scratch the floors. The whole crew were professional and efficient. I highly recommend them the did a great job and have followed up to ensure I was happy with their work.

Worked with Michael and his team to select and plan a couple of Challenger CL10v3 lifts and a 14’ AirVolution D370 shop fan for my new shop, Hill Country Jeep & 4x4. They were very attentive to my needs and helped me craft the best solution for my shop. The first of the Challenger lifts was installed today and Rick and Christian did a spectacular job. I will certainly go to Lone Star Equipment in the future for my shop needs.

Our experience with Lone Star Equipment and Tool Solutions was wonderful. I own an auto repair shop and we needed quick resolution to a faulty oil dispenser line installed by a different company. The owner and his crew at Lone Star communicated well with us and went out of their way to make sure the job was done correctly. We have received calls just to make sure that everything is performing to our standards. This is a family business and it was clear that the crew is treated like family as well. Contacted Michael about the purchase and install of a 4 post Bendpak in my residential garage. It was very simple on my end. The lift was delivered to his location and his crew brought it to my house and did the install and training. All went as planned. These guys are great.Thanks

Ordered compressor motors for 2 of our compressors in May that we have still have not received. We were told they were on backorder and still are. This order is $3495.39 and we have called and left messages to try to get this order cancelled and our money refunded. When we call it sends us to voicemail after sitting on hold for 5 minutes or so. I did not want to go this route but I will start here to see if I can get some traction and will be forced to other means if this does not see results. BEWARE, you must pay up front but if theres a problem these people are impossible to get ahold of.

Michael and his staff were great to work throughout the entire purchase of my lift. He offered a great warranty even though it was a used piece of equipment and worked with my schedule, not his. I really do appreciate that and will continue to be a customer from here on out.

Ive used them to install and service car lifts. They provided very competitive rates for a Challenger lift and good service as well. Ill use them again.

AFTER SPENDING ALMOST $18000 WE CALL FOR ONE ISSUE WE ARE HAVING WITH A LIFT, TELLS US UP FRONT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR US TO COME OUT AND CHECK IT AND IF WE GET REFUNDED FROM THE LIFT COMPANY I WILL REFUND YOU! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE YOUR CREW WHO INSTALL THE LIFTS, DID A BAD JOB INSTALLING MY LIFTS, WE HAD TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THE ISSUES WE HAD. AND NOW WE HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN TO HELP US WITH THIS LIFT.
