Platinum refrigeration arrived on time. Fixed my walk-in freezer with parts on the truck and got my cooler working better too. I am able to keep my cooler at 35 degrees like I am supposed to. I strongly recommend them.

Ryan is very thorough in the service he provides. Platinum took an extra step to verify that the item that needed to replaced was in warranty or not. Ryan saved me a lot of money by doing this. Great service and would recommend his work to anyone. He will be called for future work when needed.

Ryan and his boys have been to my house on many occasions. He is a protege of his Dad who is very sharp. He’s fixed and cleaned my mini splits; replaced a coil on a 20 year old tree ton central unit instead or trying to sell me a new one and been very tidy.I like that they show up on time as well.
