Came in to the store to pick up a motor and there was a female that gave me a rude look and never asked me if I needed anything while she was on her cell phone. Associate by the name Brian helped me and got my motor for me. Insco needs more employees like him with a sense of urgency.

Great place to get my parts. Friendly and great customer service. Not open to the general public, requires hvac license to purchase, if your a contractor stop by and check them out.

Sad to say not very pleasant. I run the maintenance at a local facility and have purchased run capacitors for lighting for the past five years at Insco. With their refusal to sell to a local company for cash payment I will have to order supplies from San Antonio, like the maintenance department did before, another small loss for New Braunfels.

Good company. best local ref and a/c supply in the area. nice to go there instead of having to drive all the way into san antonio.

Absolutely best place for propane. The fellas were so friendly and helpful. My go to for propane..
