I have to say excellent work by Sam, at America Air Duct Cleaning, New Braunfels, TX. Sam was very professional and did an amazing work on our A/C system. My family cannot thank you enough. We appreciate your help.

Sam and his team came in and gave me a full inspection and found several spots that were clogged and needed clearing including a birds nest in our dryer vent. They removed everything and left everything clean and even sealed a couple of leaks we had. Very happy they came out to help! A++ service!

Great job by Sam who was the technician doing the work. Showed before and after photos which really helped. Also added the ultraviolet light do the HVAC unit to help with mold, which had already started to appear.

Tech came while only my wife was home stuck a shop vac in the wall and pressured her for the deep clean for 30 minutes (add $350) Deep clean did not include removal of metal broom stick the previous home owner left me, so I did it myself when I got home after hand scooping wet lint from the bottom of the vent line. Not sure how you would even complete a deep clean with the broom stick in the vent. They’re just looking for an easy pay day these are not real tradesmen. Save your money.

Service - Dryer Vent Cleaning. (Using the brush through the roof - costs more than basic cleaning)The technicians name was Sam. He was very professional and answered my questions and concerns. The technician called me twice in a minute in the morning while I was in a meeting. As I did not pick up the call, they directly cancelled my appointment. Later, after I called, they arranged a `squeeze in`, while it is very odd.While onsite, they said duct need deep cleaning while it is very regular brush cleaning, they consider it as a deep cleaning and charged me 350 from original 90(vaccum only). I did vaccum cleaning by myself, I dont need this basic at all. Yes I agreed the price bump onsite, because I have to get it done. Apparantly, the basic cleaning and deep cleaning were not mentioned in the phone call/website at all. I think it is a cheat/trick.When they finished, I asked for warranty as it is regular process for every of the services I used. And they said no confidently. And question me if there is further problem, it definitely about the dryer and screening thing. I am not sure their confidence is something I should respect.Not recommend.

Sam came out same day we called to clean out our dryer vents. Our vent was being blocked by stucco and could have easily caused a fire. Sam fixed the vent and got it all cleaned out and now our dryer is working like it should. Very professional, highly recommend!

Sam from America Air Duct Cleaning Service was very detailed with his work. He explained what he was going to do with the air duct cleaning before starting his work. He took pictures of the AC unit and explained all the work that was needed, in addition to the duct cleaning. Sam was also able to identify and fix a leak in the AC plenum box. I would certainly recommend America Air Duct Cleaning Service - friendly service coordination and technician was through. It was to clean out ducts after construction on a duplex so lots of dust and debris to deal with on this job. There was a slight misunderstanding on the scope of work but they were fair and flexible and adjusted my rate due to the inconvenience. Great all around experience.
