Went in looking for help with a specialty braided fuel line that is no longer readily available from the original manufacturer - Parker and Peter were very knowledgeable on their products and fittings, and fixed me up with a better component than I came in with originally.I will definitely be going back to them, as this particular line is a common failure item in our Hastings diesel engine repairs.Thank you guys! The line fit wonderfully and looks great too!

Sotex tools where local right on the price and quick to make my new hydraulic line to get my tractor up and running again.

I took my truck to a shop to get a fixed seal the shop had it for a week and did not get the job done! I brought the truck over here to Sotex and he had it fixed with in the hour. We even sat and waited for it. 10/10 would recommend coming here. Great communication and pricing!

These guys are great! I found them on Google and they were definitely the best choice. I was working out of town, needed a cylinder rebuilt that was 8ft scoped in. Superfast turnaround, they also make hoses, looking forward to future business with them!

Had a seized nut on a hydraulic cylinder and they were able to free it up and replaced all seals within a day! Highly recommend.

Awesome first time experience here. I urgently needed a very odd metric adapter which they did not carry. Peter and I sat down and he did some research on the part and called around until he found a supplier that had one in stock. He went above and beyond when most would have just sent me on my way. I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my hydraulic needs. Customer service is unmatched!

HUGE kudos to Sotex over the Labor Day holiday weekend! We urgently needed a couple of hydraulic hoses for a Bobcat and with everyone else closed they came through with us in a bind. Matt took the time Saturday evening to meet me at their shop and put together the hoses I needed!!!

So I called this place and when guy answered he said they fix anything with hydraulic system I then told him my issue on my hydraulic system on my slk and he was easily annoyed and said they dont fix that to go online and order some parts and fix it my self as if I knew the whole bs about how to fix this things I then told him I dont know any mechanics and said he would give me a number where they would deal with it friend of his he babbled a number and I asked him to repeat it and said OMG .. incopetence and bad service is what this place is good for , Ill just keep searching

Brought in a pump and a couple pistons . Got the job done quicker than originally quoted and price was what was quoted . What more could you ask for
