Had some plumbing issues spring up over the weekend, Shot NBSC a call this morning and within the hour a couple of plumbers, Josh and Toby, made it to my residence and fixed the issues quickly. They were very knowledgeable and took their shoes off at the door. 5/5 recommend, Fast, Professional and very respectful of my home. Couldnt ask for better people to call and trust to do a good job, NBSC is great!

Failed hot water tank. Guys came out the next day and did great job installing new one. Very clean and professional. Office gal was great too and had my home serviced quickly. Highly recommend for plumbing, HVAC and electrical work!

Fast and reliable service! My husband had just came home from surgery and a/c went out. We had maintenance insurance through sears and they asking for 100.00 deposit and someone would be out in two weeks. Two weeks? Sad, and I won’t repeat what all I said but then I call New Boston Service they came right on out after hours. A/C part had to be ordered but they did make us comfortable with a replacement until the part came back. And I called insurance and canceled. I wished I could think of insurance company I would definitely put them on blast.

I am a renter and not even 24 hours after my landlord contacted these guys they showed up. Fixed the broken pipe. They even had to cut through kitchen floor to gain access. Very courteous and professional. Cant even tell where they cut through and the young men even cleaned up after themselves. Amazing folks and would recommend to everyone.

They charged me 1200 and they didn’t even give me new parts (rusty old breaker) all they did was hook up one plug and one 30amp rv plug… run some conduit and a line for water faucet outside. There was an existing 30 amp already there but they failed to mention that. Office ladies are hateful. Would not recommend and will not use again. Unresponsive unless you don’t pay … then they will finish the work.

A good friend referred this company I had them out for a problem with my AC tech was polite cleaned my coils though Im still concerned with the humidity level in the house. I called for a plumbing issue and as I always do I introduce myself and ask how the person Im speaking to is doing... I can always tell when they dont reciprocate tmy greeting that its probably not going to be an enjoyable experience. I was correct. The lady on the phone had a tone that made it seem like I inconvenienced her by calling for service. Weird since thats why she has a job. Its one thing to explain that it could be next week before you can come out its another thing when your tone says Im annoyed you called bc then it sounds like you are actively encouraging me to go elsewhere... So I will. Im paying you for service so I dont feel the need to convince you to schedule me. The person that answers the phone is a customers first impression, its their job to be pleasant and helpful..this woman was anything but.

Amazing customer service. The technician was at my home 10 minutes after I called for a repair. He was knowledgeable with the problem and offered advice on how to keep my A/C unit working optimally. I highly recommend this company.

All I can say is top notch with this company they have always taken care of us during business hours and after hours wouldn’t use no one else to work on our plumbing or a/c unit and all of their employees are very nice respectful people

The guys that have come out to my house were very kind, knowledgeable, and certainly did everything I asked them to in a timely manner. Theyre the only ones I go to for my home needs; theyve worked on my AC and my plumbing.

Had them come out to locate a leak.Luckily there was no major leak. Just needed a little caulking around escuteon plates.Very good guy.Wish could remember their names but I cant.Anyway they did everything possible to try and find where the water was coming from.

$182.59 trip charge of exactly 10 miles. Absolutely pathetic.Edit:. You forgot a tool, and charged my 70 year old parents a SECOND trip charge to go get it, then LEFT the tool at their house.

Gary was prompt, patient, and professional. He took his time and completed the job all while be friendly and courteous. Would use this them again!

Anytime I have a problem I called them and they always come out the same day. Price is very reasonable. Cant ask for a nicer group of people.

My mother paid for a service and they did not rectify the situation and now they has her blocked. I guess its time for a quick visit to Parker Plumbing.
