I had been out of state for 3 weeks and had no sooner arrived home than to find out my ac had gone out at my property. It was after hours. I left a message for Jared at the after hours emergency line. He called back promptly, dropped what he was doing, and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He had us back up and running with cool air immediately during this insane Texas heat wave. I will always recommend this company. I have used them for years and anytime I have a problem with my unit. They are fast, efficent, and knowledgeable. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

Normally an incredible company. They typically do our system checks every year and weve never had an issue. Then, 3 weeks ago, our entire system went out - completely. They came out on a Friday and told us we would have an estimate Monday morning. We didnt get an estimate until Tuesday. When we called to check, there was no sense of urgency with the office staff.They never called back to check on their quote. At that time, we had opted for another company. I still like them; I just feel they have an opportunity to increase their goodwill with some customer service education.

Gary has repaired and worked on my heat pump before and has now replaced it after the tornado damaged it and he always does an excellent job! He is courteous, reliable, professional, and knowledgeable!The office personnel are always friendly, helpful and courteous!I highly recommend Industrial Air Systems!

I tried to use this business, asked over like 3 days to call me about my air condition, never got a call back. We’ve hired them in the past to do work, and always seemed good. We used them for our business and homes. They must be under new management. Very Poor business model!

Gary fixed my air conditioner yesterday and was very nice. I’m a first time homeowner still learning about home maintenance and Gary gave me some good tips on basic a/c care. They also fixed a busted pipe for me during the snowstorm last year. I will definitely call again, thank you!

Absolutely the best!! My mom has used Industrial Air for years for air conditioning service. They have always given the best service. She is 87 yrs old and they understand the needs of the elderly and give prompt attention. She is very happy with the friendly, courteous customer service. Our heater quit Friday night. It was after hours and we thought there was little hope of getting it fixed before Monday. We called Industrial Air anyway and got the emergency number and left our information. In just a few minutes we got a call back that said someone would be out. In less than 20 minutes a tech arrived, diagnosed the problem and said it was the motor. He had one in his truck, took out the old one, installed the new one, checked everything out and we had heat in an hour. In spite of the cold and late hour, Cody was cheerful, efficient and professional and we really appreciate both Cody and Industrial Air!!

Over the last several years, Jimmy Parker Services / Industrial Air / New Boston Services fixed my HVAC and Plumbing problems. They were very good, not only with their quality of work but also in how they treat customers.

When the compressor began to makea loud rattling noise at 10 p.m.😱 I used the messenger to make contact. I didnt expect a response until morning, but within minutes they replied and offered to come right away. Thank you for caring about your customers. ❤

I called and the service man was out to my house within an hour, had my air conditioner fixed soon after arriving. Have used Industrial Air for many years and have always been pleased with their work.

These folks are outstanding.They are polite, courteous and responded to my house quickly when my air went out. The young man who service d the unit, took pictures of the work and sent them to my phone. I am a customer for life.

Our A/C froze up so we had to turn it off to thaw out. I called first thing the next morning and a technician was at our home within an hour. Found the problem and fixed it fairly quickly.
