Craig A/C installed a new a/c system at our home to replace the 22-year old system originally installed when the home was built. Complete with compressor/ condenser unit outdoors and evaporator unit with gas furnace in the attic. They did a great job, very professional, finished in only three hours, hauled away the old unit and left everything clean and tidy. Very competitive pricing, very knowledgeable service. I highly recommend them.

Craig A/C came thru for us in a big way this weekend. My wife and I had just left town for the weekend and the AC went out at our home where my elderly mother in law lives with us. He was able to get to the house quickly and resolve our issues. It was much appreciated from me, the wife and MIL.Thanks again for the prompt service and great communication.

Very Professional !!!Called numerous other HVAC companies about a Hayward pool heat pump and none would even come look at it.I contacts Craigs and he showed up at the time he said he would, checked out unit, found the issue, and repaired unit in a very timely manner. Mr. Craig came out to my house the same day I called him due to issues on my Pioneer mini split that I had installed myself. He was able to find a manufacturer defect on one of the internal components of the unit which I never wouldve found! He did a great job and didnt give up until he got me up and running correctly. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely amazing service. Got to talk with Mr. Craig for a little bit while he was at my home changing out my fan motor. He is a caring person that just wants to help people out. I will always recommend him to anyone that needs help. When I replace my system he will be the one I call without a doubt.

Do not be fooled with all the perfect reviews. To be told he had over 30 years of experience with leaks. As a true, honest businessman who cared about the customer no matter the skin color/gender etc. should have given equal customer satisfaction. Instead if your not worthy of his services he will fill your unit with freon knowing it has a leak. When called, told & asked about diagnosing the leak and given a response of $95 fee. He even asked & verified again 30 mins before the arrival about the leak on the unit. Instead, he ignored the conversation and took it upon himself to handle it the way he wanted to and decided on his own to take the fast easy way and not have to be bothered with doing the proper work he knows should have been done. Three phone calls and each call was about finding the leak and he failed to do the services the proper way that were asked to be done & he knows should have been done as he does other customers. RIP OFF... WOW. Yes do not be fooled by all the perfect reviews. I did not get that perfect service I imagined and was fooled by those perfect reviews. I was not worthy of his time, expertise nor 30 years of knowledge and was shown. Its amazing how companies treat each customer differently for whatever the reason is in their minds. WOW

Long story here. So after recently buying a house in January of this year, this summer had us experiencing some AC troubles. Using American Home Shield and two separate companies...no one could get to the bottom of what the true problem really was. Finally, $3500 out of pocket on things that may or may not have truly needed to be done, and a complete system replacement...we were still feeling the heat. After having enough, I decided to call Craigs out of pocket and see what he could do. He came out immediately and without hesitation on a late Saturday afternoon, and within five minutes of being in my house, figured out what countless hours and 2 other companies with their 5 different techs couldnt. Within 45 minutes or so, our AC unit has never worked better. He also texted and called after the visit to assure everything was working properly and refused to charge me until he was confident we were satisfied and the problem was properly fixed. I cant recommend this guy enough. Call him now!

Work started within one day of initial quote, which was very reasonable. Bryans crew were friendly, accommodating, and focused. The install from start to finish was only 4 hours with Mr Craig being present and able to answer any questions we had. Cant recommend this company enough , would give them 6 stars!

When it was time to replace my central AC, I considered multiple local contractors and Craig AC was by far the most responsive and genuine company to work with as well as the most reasonably priced. Bryan, the owner of the company, came out the next day and made recommendations based on what I actually needed instead of recommending work that was not necessary like other quotes I received. Bryan was very helpful when answering all my questions, verified there were no issues with the existing ductwork, and cleaned everything up before he left.I highly recommend Craig AC and I will use them again in the future. They were a pleasure to work with.

A friend of mine had an AC unit installed by Craig A/C a few weeks ago. He mentioned to me that I had to give them a try. When it came time for me to install a new Unit I called Craig. They came out assessed my needs, gave me a great price, ordered the unit on the spot, and did the install in the next few days. AC staff was very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My home required some modifications with the duc work because a section of the house was not cooling very well. Craig made recommendations and my house is now cooling like it did when I moved in 30 years ago. If you are looking for a highly qualified and professional group for a new install or service at a good price, this is your company!JMB

Mr. Craig was a professional and kind hearted gentleman. It was after hours called and told what was the problem he came within 30 minutes. We had no heat the thermostat screen was black did no what to do so I called him .He came back the next morning and replaced compactor a new thermostat

Called this morning at 8:30am. He was out at 9:10am. The issue was fixed (bad capacitor) by 9:20am. This will be my go-to AC business moving forward. Thank you!

I had Craig Air Conitioning give us a bid to replace our old GO Thermmo air conditioner which was a huge job, especially it being in our attic. We got the bid and was well please with the price. I called Craigs Monday to go ahead and do the job. They were here by 730 the next morning. The three young men who came out was George, Anthony, and Bryce. These three young gentlemen was like a lighting bolt. They were here all day ,for the job was huge. They did such an excellent work and was very quick and well educated what they were doing. All questions was answered and you could tell these young men was well trained and educated on what they were doing. Very polite and the most awesome thing was they cleaned up all the mess that was made from such a big job. You could not even tell that they were here. I would recommend this company to anyone. They deserve a ten instead of a 5 but since it wont allow me to do so 5 will have to do! I just want to thank Craigs AC for handling our job way above our expectation . Shout out to a great company and for their well educated and very polite young me! Also like to mention Brian the one who got all this started for us and left us in excellent hands with his crew.!

GREAT experience with this company today! George went out of his way to get someone to check and fix my a/c even though he was out of town. I was also very pleased with the technician, Landon. He did great work, communicated to me what was happening during the whole process, and cleaned up after himself. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a/c work.

Complete replacement of heating/ac system and all parts in and outside. Two crews were here from 7am to 1pm and worked nonstop. Saw what they replaced in attic and outside . Great job, very affordable. I had quoted out with most a/c companies in area.. Very happy with quality of work, professional workers and products installed.

We were visiting our 91 year old mother and her gas heater went out. Bryan came the next morning and we decided to replace the entire unit. His quote was extremely fair and he showed up the next day at the scheduled time for install. Very professional and personable with the installation . Very satisfied.

Craig Air installed my mini-split last summer and did it right. There was a minor problem, but they came back and fixed it. Now it’s perfect.Friendly, local people and quality work!

Came home to a HOT house and it was after 5:00 and we were supposed to be heading out of town the next day and leaving the dogs at home with a sitter. Every other place in town was closed, so we called Craigs and they were out first thing in the AM (even a little earlier than expected!) and got it fixed in no time for a reasonable cost.
