We where new to Nederland and everyone I spoke to say go to Jimmys. Best advice ever! I will not go to anyone but them, they even recommend a cheaper place for a oil change!! We have gotten a lot done on my car lately, and they are honest, fast and dependable!!!

I Have taken our vehicles here several times. Jimmy has always helped me out and Always fixed the problem and in a timely manner. Great shop and excellent customer service. Will continue to keep taking my vehicles to Jimmys. Always does great work.

Since Jimmys son took over this place he over charges. He told my wife his standard rate is 105 per hour of course he told her after she took the truck to him. He had my wifes truck for 6 hours to replace an exterior door handle! Slow over priced and was told the truck is ready but havent done the invoice and I need to go to lunch. Go some where else folks this place aint it since Jimmy the 3rd took over. Shame this used to be a place I could trust would take care of my familys vehicles as I work long hours and his dad was always honest with pricing.

Mine was great. Fixed ac, harmonic balancer and belt while I waited 3 hours..BUT kept my sons truck for a week trying to fix his ac. Finally did by doing what he told them what was wrong when he brought it in. And I had to let my son use my car for the week. Too slow

So, Im not one to write reviews. These guys worked on my car last year. Great service, fair, honest and very courteous. Im thinking about them today because I now live in Houston and am trying to find a shop like theirs to fix my car. These guys are great.

Excellent mechanics! Trusted and great work done in a timely manner. However HORRIBLE office staff. Never returns calls, makes you feel as though youre a nuisance.We are so sad to be moving our business elsewhere.Maybe the office staff treats men better than females.

If you have a battery thats buried near a wheel well in your dodge journey, have it installed by Jimmys. Ive been on the phone all morning searching for a reasonable price....hes the only shop offering a fair price. Hes a true Texan thats honest and fair. I plan to recommend him to everyone!

Once you bring your car here,you’ll most definitely will have to bring it back for something that has nothing to do with the initial issue!! I’ve brought 2 vehicles there and Jimmys messed both of them up!! Safe to say that I won’t be back!They hire young guys that doesn’t know what they’re doing! Not to mention the owners nasty attitude!They take advantage of people that know nothing about a car!

We’ve used this business for our automotive needs. They are fair, honest, efficient and friendly so we keep going back for any other automotive repairs our vehicles need. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of our automobiles and you shouldn’t either imo.

I’m a Widow and seem to always get taken advantage of but I decided to try Jimmy’s Automotive. They had my car towed for me when my brakes went out. We’re informative, helpful, kind and most of all fair with the price! They will be my auto shop from now on!!!

Very poor customer service by the secretary. I went to go pick up my car because they refused to talk about the price with me. The secretary basically told me because it was blocked in with cars that didnt move that I would have to wait until they were able to move them. The police ended up being called and I got my car. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Jimmy is very transparent in my experience as to exactly what my wife’s vehicle needed. I went for a cracked ac line and ended up needing a new fan motor as well to further keep the line from cracking again. Very straight and to the point. Will be returning for future auto repair needs

Ive taken my car there a few times and had great experiences but not this last time. This last time they had my car for 4.5 weeks! I told them I took my car to auto zone and they said I needed an Air Mass Flow sensor. Jimmys said no I didnt.They put in spark plugs and 2 coils, and a fuel injector. (They didnt charge me for the injector). They kept saying that now they thought it was the computer or converter. They were supposed to have it tested at a muffler shop and never did. I went and picked up my car to bring it home. It drove worse then, than it did when I took it.Well I had it towed to a muffler shop and it DOES need an Air Mass Flow sensor after all and the catalyst converters. So I basically wasted time and money at jimmys. Ill never go there again

Seems to be a really place. Dont let the guys being assertive deter you. They were courteous of my time and money. I would recommend if youre looking for a place to get your car fixed.

Made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped off for appointment at 730. Shop didnt call me. I called at 430pm and was told they didnt get to it. Why make an appointment? Wont be back.

The worst place to take your car or truck and we were referred and then 3 months later Jimmy called my wife and said that he could not work on our Mazda to come pick it up we dont have a Mazda and he hung up the phone so I guess Jimmy does this to everybody so watchout
