We just had our HVAC system inspection done and Rob Singer did a great job! We have dealt with this company for ten years and they always do a good job for us. Their technicians know their business and we have always been able to rely on their services.

We just had an inspection done on our ac/heating unit and your worker Rob Singer did an EXCELLENT JOB! He was very informative, didn’t make us feel obligated to purchase any other products services but more encouraged to do so and made us feel it was best by informing us and actually giving examples and showing us. He is an excellent employee!

Yesterday was my air conditioning system review. Mike Williams was the technician and he was a pleasure to deal with, he even offered to remove work boots before entering house as he could see I had a floor mopping project underway. Pretty considerate. This summer when we were visiting New Mexico, we had troubles with the a c and this left our house sitter without cool air. We all know this weather was brutal. I called them and explained the situation and they had no problem getting in touch with her and fixing the problem. I know my VIP status was key to the smoothness and professionalism with which they got our air back on. Thanks again, Mike, since you came out on that call too. Bravo Nac Sheet Metal.

Raymond is the best! I always request him to fix my grandmothers plumbing issues. He is alwas very respectful and explains everything very well to my grandmother. My grandmother has dementia so it takes lots of patience and understanding trying to get her to understand things. Raymond does a wonderful job!

Mike Williams was sent out to our clinic (Rachel B. Head, MD Urology) this morning to change the air filters. The afternoon comes around, and we noticed that our AC was not working. Mike was back out to the office within 30 minutes to check it out. Coincidentally, we had a blown fuse. He found the issue in a timely manner and had it working in no time. He even took some boxes into our attic for us. Thank you guys for being professional and sufficient! -Bre, OM

I called out this company for dishwasher problems. Two young guys came out to check my dishwasher and i explained to them that dishwasher was not draining properly & that also, water was going outside into my car garage after each cycle and I know thats not where it was supposed to drain too. The two guys worked for about 45 mins & assured everything was fixed. I trusted them & paid them, which they didnt have any change and they told me they’d have a check mailed with my change.. that didnt happen! Fine, it was about 9-10 dollars so i didnt mind since everything was fixed supposedly! Well about a month later, I noticed water STILL draining out to the garage. I called them back out & briefly explained the problem. TWO NEW GUYS showed up, a bit older than the last and stated “it’s a problem with your dishwasher & its nothing we can do”… so basically i paid for something the 1st time that was never fixed! I was really disappointed & wish they had better professionals to look at each job! I do not recommend.

I called this business for slow draining bathroom pipes. I wanted to get the pipes unclogged and also inspect with a camera. The person I talked to recommended doing the camera first and then a recommendation would be made for the repairs. I scheduled the service call and when the technician arrived they said they couldnt use the camera until the pipes were cleared. This added to the cost significantly. I feel I was misled and it cost me a service charge with no resolution of the problem.I was contacted by a representative from this business who was concerned about my review. We did not come to an agreement with this service call but they credited my account for the fee. I appreciate they reached out and feel confident they take their public relations seriously.

I appreciate the prompt response when requesting toilet repairs. Both the scheduling & the actual repairs was done in a timely fashion. I experienced a pleasant and professional demeanor from each person with whom I came in contact. And I recommend the use of this business for all repairs offered.

Had Raymond and his assistant out to the house today for some routine maintenance and low and behold they found a leak that I didn’t know we had! After showing the problem to me they explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. They took the time to explain everything to me and gave me an upfront price for repair. With this intense heatwave, we had a problem with an ac unit that Caleb was able to assist with two weeks ago. Raymond, Alex, and Dillon did an excellent job of repairing leaks and replacing some cast iron drains located in the crawl space under my house. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up well. An work is noteworthy.

The plumbers and the AC/Heating tech came out on time, inspected, and wrote me an estimate for a house I was looking to buy. When I called after because I had questions, the receptionist was courteous and kindly contacted the plumber to find the answer. I would recommend these professionals to anyone who needs plumbing or AC work.

We could not have had a better experience when getting a new AC unit! We were not expecting to have to buy one when we did, but working with Jason to purchase the best option for our house was so easy and not stressful at all. Had NSM&P replace the wax ring on the toilet in the master bath and rebuild both toilets. The pricing was on the high side but quality works and materials are expected to cost a little more. I have peace of mind that the work was completed competently and quickly.

They initially contacted me as my VIP service had expired. I renewed for a small fee of 300+ dollars only to get the run around. First guy gives quote except doesnt know price of everything and just recommends new unit. Second guy comes to look at ductwork and I never get a quote. One call to try to upsell UV light. Then...nothing. No message, no calls, nothing. Finally call again saying would have to hire someone else - again nothing. Finally hire Carthage Air (GREAT SERVICE) and they repair it in less than a week. Estimates always in email within 2 hours. NOW they wont even CANCEL the VIP service - cause ya know they have to get their 300 + dollars for doing NOTHING. Dont use them...for anything.

Very professional from the scheduling with the office to the response on the diagnosis and repair. Hats off t o Raymond and Josh that did the repair for us. They got right on the diagnosis and the repair solution. Super knowledgeable and professional. Got the repair done fast did a great job. We would highly recommend this company. And plan to use them for sure on anything we may need in the future.

Wow! Best contractor experience I’ve had - for plumbing or HVAC! ROB is an awesome HVAC tech - fixed my related plumbing problem too. Super grateful to have found this referral (in a gift bag from my move that I hadn’t unpacked) and only wish I had known about them sooner.

I recently had a whole home dehumidifier and a UV air purifier installed in my system. Their technician explained everything to me and made sure I understood what I was purchasing, what it would do for me and how it operated. I am satisfied with everything they have done and will call this company for all my hvac needs .Tech Rob Singer came out today 5/15/23 and performed the yearly VIP service on my 2 HVAC systems . He did a great job and I can recommend a yearly checkup to head off any issues before they happen. Nobody wants to be without AC when it’s a hundred outside!

Multiple time customer here. Nacogdoches Sheet metal has multiple projects under their belt with me, and all of which came out perfect! First project was I needed a large custom oven built for Cerakote work. Not only did they build it perfectly, but added things to it that I didnt think of, that make my life easier every day using it. Been using the oven 5 days a week for over 5 years now without a single issue. Next project was AC for my retail shop. They recommended a MiniSplit over a standard HVAC unit. They did not give me the cheapest quote, however they did deliver outstanding customer service, and had it installed ahead of schedule! Highly recommend the team over there! 5 star all the way!

Called about a heating issue, they were quick to respond and set a time to come. James was the service man and he was gracious, knowledgeable and courteous. Of course the problem would not duplicate itself when he was there, like going to the Dr. lol, but he inspected everything and made sure there were no issues. Totally recommend this company.*side note* I had them manufacture a chimney cap a few years back...they installed it perfectly and it was a great value. Well built

I needed a heat kit put on my AC unit and Kory Dotson was the one who came out to help me. He was very professional and explained everything to me as he worked. He answered all my questions and told me to call if I had any more questions. Kory was easy to talk to and a friendly man. Also, the cost was very reasonable. This was a good experience.

Used Nacogdoches Sheet Metal and AC to fix my mini split AC. Mike did a great job. Checked for leaks and added some R410. Unit works great now. Very professional and great to work with!

I give 3 stars but not finished with some loose ends I need to tie up with these guys. They fixed my leak in kitchen sink but told me if what they were going to do didnt fix it a new delta faucet would be 900.00. They did something to the hoses underneath and it worked. How is that 362.00? I mean really come on guys. I would imagine you charge for the knowledge it took to fix it because I saw no new parts although there may have been but I dont think so. I am an older lady and I think they laid it on me cause they saw they could and get away with it. After they left my daughters called to ask what was the problem and I cant even tell them because they gave me no receipt for the money, no charges explained Im talking Nothing. I will be there monday morning and get my detailed receipt i assure you. And they dont mind telling you they are very proud of their work. I thought yep you sure are. I may be wrong about the work being expensive BUT who can dispute anything when you have no paperwork to see what was done? Glad to get it fixed and disappointed all at the same time. Oh and the 99.00 fee to come out did not apply toward any of the work done so Im probably done with these people.

The service was excellent. The techs who installed our new heat pump and air handler were knowledgeable and friendly. They weren’t satisfied till we were. They went the extra mile to adjust the system specifically to our needs.

Very professional and quick. The lady that runs it is extremely knowledgeable! Hope their service is as good after you pay as it is before. Ill update after a year ;)Update: Our AC could heat and cool space. It works great! And customer service is more than helpful. Weve only had one issue and it was that our slab cracked bc of the weight of the ac, but they were quick to check it out. Im so pleased.

Corey Dotson was my technician and did a great job. He arrived very fast was extremely informative, courtesy and helpful. I have had a couple of issues with different things I er the last three years and Nac sheet metal and Plumbing has always done a good job. They might be just a little higher than some.places but I have never worried about the job that was done!

I was recently made aware by another, local business that my 30yr old AC was on its last legs. I am not the type of individual that likes to rush into such an important and costly investment into my house so I sat down and did some research on brands, warranties, and recommended materials for our humid Texas climate. I decided I wanted a second opinion just to weigh my options. I reached out to Nacogdoches Sheet Metal by email and inquired if they could just send me some estimates for different brands they carry so I could continue my research. (I really dislike having my time wasted and lengthy sales pitches.)The very next business day I received a call from operations manager Bob Goodrich. He thanked me for my inquiry, asked some follow-up questions, and informed me WHY an on-site visit would be necessary before he could provide me estimates. All around, I enjoyed our discussion, learned some new information, and set a time for us to sync up after work.On the day of the appointment, Bob called ahead of time to confirm I was home and to let me know he was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes. I appreciated this professional courtesy, and it gave me sufficient lead time to wrap up some activities at work.Upon his arrival, we inspected my AC and interior gas HVAC system. For the next 2 hours, Bob and I exchanged questions and began to build a profile for what system would best fit my living style and budget for the next 10-20yrs to come. (Pending I do my part and take care of the equipment!)While my checkbook may have been crying inside, Bobs candor, straight to business, and well informed 25yrs of experience resonated with me. He presented all of my options to me, did not pressure me to lean one way versus another, and gave his opinion when I asked. One critical thing that stood out to me was when he explained WHY my 35yr old natural gas HVAC unit should be replaced with the AC. (The other company had told me to just leave it.) Not only would todays new condenser coils not pair with my old system, but the interior fan size was not the correct size for a 4.0 ton AC unit. The mismatched unit sizes would lead to inefficiencies and unnecessary parts ware over time.At the end of the day, I felt completely at peace with my decision to trust my business and hard earned dollars with Bob and Nacogdoches Sheet Metal. My installation date is scheduled, and Ill be looking to leave another review after the install and duct cleaning is complete.

These guys are the best! Came out today to install a c-wire adaptor for our new thermostat. They did terrific work at a fair price. Well definitely use them again!

Needed leaking faucet in Master Bath fixed, needed vent pipe for tankless water heater fixed. Technicians were extremely quick, thorough, professional, personable, and accurate. Handled all issues in one visit. My cats approved of them as well. Cost was totally transparent. Customer service in the office is top-notch. Scheduling is easy and flexible. HIGHLY recommend, worth every penny.

These guys know what they are doing. I called on a Saturday morning and the technician arrived in less than two hours. Caleb asked me two questions and told me what was wrong before he even looked at the unit. I have found that once a part goes out, then it’s usually not long before another goes out. Since the unit was 21 years old, I decided to buy a new one, worried that it would die in July or August when I really needed it. Bob listened to what I wanted, and I had a new unit within days. What I really like about Nacogdoches Sheet Metal is their service. You call, and they are there ASAP, usually within a couple of hours. To me quality service is just as important as quality equipment. Nacogdoches Sheet metal has both.

5 Star Customer and Technical Service Thank you Chris.I signed up for the annual service offered by Nac Sheet metal and Chris saved my family and I from having our AC/Heater fail on us without warning. He found a component that was failing and was able to replace it on the spot. Great service & Great Company. Chris was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable in his job. He was professional and on time. The work was completed timely and payment for services was easy and quick as well as very reasonable. There is no reason to use any other company unless you are not looking for great service and professional techs.

They came out to check my tankless hot water heater and unclog my drain in my laundry room. They called at 7:45 and said they would arrive in 15 minutes and they did! They solved both issues and were done by 9:15. Both gentlemen were friendly and polite. I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work at an affordable price!

I have the VIP contract with them. It really helps. MikeW did the half yearly maintenance and I am really impressed with his technical expertise. The plumbing job was also good.

Company called me months after I had to cancel an appointment to see if I still needed service. Set up a time at 8am the next day. They were on time and fixed the problem without having to do extensive work that another company said would have to be done.

I was in need of routine maintenance for my heating and cooling system. I made an appointment and the next day had service from Robert Schmidt. Now there is a man who is polite and explains in simple terms what he is doing. He then explained what needed to be looked at and said that the system was fine and just needed some very light cleaning. He was quick, efficient, and made it clear what would happen when a service person returned in the spring. You need more service people like Mr. Schmidt.

Very prompt and professional service. They helped fix my office A/C even including after-hours so that my patients would be able to be cared for today. So thankful for their hard work, and Lori V. has always been a great facilitator in all our professional dealings with her.

They have done 3 new AC units, AC service, water line breaks, outdoor faucet repairs, heater repairs, multiple plumbing repairs and a tankless water heater for us. Initially, they were prompt and efficient with their time. Showed up when they said they would, even though it was close to 5pm. They inspected my plumbing system, and decided they were going to use one of their machines to clear a blockage. The machine was missing a part, so they just used my garden hose to clear the line. That seemed to work, but when he inspected the flush pipe in my backyard, he had to smash the old iron cover off to see inside. They ended up not charging me, and saying he would be back the next day to replace the iron cap. It has been a month since then, and he has not been back. I have called a handful of times and they will not come back and fix what they broke; they say they will call you back, have a plumber call you, or send a plumber out, and never do. Whatever ends up going wrong with my plumbing system, you will be held liable. Also, last time I called, the lady on the phone said the work order read no work done.

The customer service on the phone was awesome. They were able to get out the same day, although not until after 5pm. But, I had called 5 other plumbers and not one would even return my call....so not much choice. 2 men came, the younger guy was very sweet, very personable, the older guy...not so much. He was in no way rude....Im not sure he ever spoke more than a sentence or two. They had the clog cleared within 40 minutes. So they did the job....but it cost $288....to clear a clog! For 40 mins of feeding an electric auger into the drain clean out! Seemed super excessive. Had the same done at my house in San Antonio and they even used a camera! That cost $160. When I asked what caused the clogged, the older guy shrugged and said the could come back out with a camera if I wanted. I doubt I could afford a second appointment. So, outside of an emergency, I doubt Id use them again. But....since a plumber seems so danged hard to get in this town....who knows? Might have to.

Chase went above and beyond what I expect out of a service repairman. He was able to keep a constant line of communication, even while we were out of town and not at our property. Every step of the way with a very complicated repair he was able to explain things and provide me options that were sensitive to my budget and needs. I will be using and recommending their services as long as Im living in the East Texas area.

As a long time resident, have worked with this group often. They are who we call.Rob made the service call. He is a true asset for this company. He communicates well and seems kind and intelligent.

Kory Dotson did an excellent job on not only providing the service, but ensuring that I understood what he was doing, why he was doing it, and I saw him inspect things that I have never seen any other technicians do. Plus, at his own expense he purchased tools that were more efficient and effective than using company issued tools.

This company was one of the few in the area that would work with me and the home owners warranty company. Terry was so patient while I threw a fit with them on the phone for 30 minutes and the job was actually complete by the time they came back with the authorization code! Will definitely be calling NSM back for the next repair, provided I didnt scare them off.

I asked Lori from Nacogdoches Sheet Metal came out to give me a bid on a new ac/heating system.I expected a typical sales type but I was happily surprised by her professionalism. She presented 5 different options - and didnt recommend the most expensive options!When I told her the unit I wanted, she found an additional refund offered by the manufacturer that I didnt expect.The installation team finished in one day. They put down work clothes to keep their mess to a minimum - and even cleaned up after themselves.I would recommend Nacogdoches Sheet Metal to anybody who needs an AC service company in the area.

Anthony and Josh did an extremely good pipe repair on a line with 4 separate breaks. It was also done extremely fast and both repairmen were super courteous and friendly. Thank you very much!! Terry and John did a different repair on our Norwitz tankless water heater and it was an outstanding repair as well.

R&R complete duct system in attic. R&R heat exchange unit and complete AC. Finished on time removing old systems and installing new system as well as installing Generac. First VIP maintenance only highlighted customer issue with mowing into outside unitIssue resolved by full coil wash and education.

I had the best experience from Robert Schmidt a technician from Nacogdoches Sheet Metal. He was very professional and courteous. Many technicians will not explain what they are doing and why they are doing it which leads to confusion and possible distrust from the customer. Robert was just the opposite. He thoroughly explained his diagnostic process and solution each step of the way. We would absolutely use him again. Such a positive experience.

Raymond and David were both exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to identify significant errors made by plumbers and HVAC technicians from other companies I had previously used, even though these were not directly related to the issue about which I had called.

They got to us as soon as possible. They were very polite and even though we did not use them. They installed our previous water heater and it lasted 10 years and probably would have lasted longer if it werent for the winter storm.

Sheet Metal and Plumbing got a new unit ordered, picked up in Tyler, installed and running to cool the house for my dog and I within three days!! Called set an appointment and the technician was out within time frame gave me a quote and once I agreed to quote the technician began working with utmost professional way. Technician was very polite and professional. Would recommend anytime and use for future issues that may occur.

I had a major water leak in the water line from the meter to the house. The plumbers installed several cut off valves so we could isolate the area of the leak. The leak was in the water line which ran under the sidewalk. They installed a new line across the yard so that we did not have to Jack hammer up the sidewalk.it was a lot of work and the plumbers were very knowledgeable and friendly. The water leak was fixed. Mr Hodges, repairman diagnosed our AC problem in a few minutes & fixed it. Within an hour we were nice & cool. We would definitely recommend Nacogdoches Sheetmetal & AC Services for correct repair because of professional & knowledge employees.

Central A/C was not working. The technician (Mike) arrived and detected the problem. We discussed options to repair or replace the unit. We decided to repair the unit and parts were ordered.

They, also, helped removed the old fridge out into carport that I no way could do myself. However, the invoice received in the email doesn’t give me a breakdown of the cost of services rendered after a satisfactory job done.

8.1.19Nacogdoches Sheet Metal & Plumbing just finished installing 8 new Lennox A/C units, (21 tons total) along with 8 new air handler, A/C coils, into our 10 thousand square foot, 25 year old medical facility. We also had our A/C and heating duct work cleaned during this time as well. The job took about two months, as we needed to work around our patient exam days, surgery, and general work schedules. The planning and installation couldnt have gone better, considering the scope of the work involved. Hodges, Robert, Laurie, and Jason, were true professionals and made the entire project go as smooth as I believe it could have possibly gone. Dan was great and informative about the options I had to fix my leaking water fixture outside my house. This is the second time Ive used this company and I will not use anyone else. Great technicians?

If you need your GAS ON QUICKLY. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. It took almost a month to get someone to come out and spend five minutes to pressure test the line. I got every excuse possible. Broken leg, people out sick, short handed or hired new people.The service tech that DID come out, both times were professional. They knew their business and were prompt and accurate.It cost $45 for the initial visit and $195 for the second visit to certify the line for CenterPoint to come out and install a meter.

James R. performed a rather difficult repair on our 36kw natural gas fired generator. It has an electronically controlled Bosch throttle actuator which controls the amount of fuel and air mixture allowed into the engine so it can maintain proper speed through the entire load range, and he had to perform several ohm tests to verify its (lack of) functionality prior to replacement. Other less skilled technicians might have just replaced the controller, a much easier but more expensive job, but James did it correctly. Good Job!

Logan and the other crew members did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC! Very courteous and efficient!

They are good sales,polite, 1st installer comes to your home to set up with the unit,doesnt bring a dolly to the job,to do what is needed to do the job.Lucky we had one! Then a couple other guys come to help install .Saw a ugly wood stand for the unit,really bad cuts! Leave a mess for you to clean up.Then tell you really fast about unit,Gone.Glad Im not 80 with arthritus,have to get the filter out of right spot, near wire set up! Also, awful job connecting pipe to docked work, didnt even make any effort to do a nice job!! Couldnt even see how well your docked work is,if the unit didntblow apart!! Wouldnt recommend!!!
