I worked with Don Miller, and the construction team Pugs & Sons Construction, to replace my kitchen tile. They were all so kind and helpful. They worked efficiently and quickly, and communicated really well. The job was done with a high standard of excellence!

SERVPRO worked extremely fast with an army of employees and equipment to get our band hall at Nacogdoches High School dry after it flooded during a freeze. This was a huge undertaking of over 10,000 sq.ft. After the initial cleanup, we used them for the renovation- drywall, flooring, paint etc. Great group of people to work with and top quality! Our kids got to come back to a like new band hall this year! Thanks SERVPRO!

Jessica and Anna was a wonderful pack out crew. They did an amazing job with packing our belongings and labeling every box with the contents. They were very courteous and friendly and was very patient with our dog.As far as the move back crew, Ulises and his crew, Noe, Brandon, Chris, & Angel were also wonderful. They were very friendly and respectful. The did a wonderful job moving our very heavy furniture back into place. When they placed every piece they asked me to tell them exactly where I wanted it and would literally pick it up and move it if it needed to be moved. They placed blankets on the floor from the door into the sections of the house that they had to move furniture back so as not to damage the floor. They were very careful to not push the furniture across our new flooring.They all did a wonderful job.

Ulises and Brandon are the best! ServePro need to look at getting people like these two guys. They were prompt, professional, and detailed. Can’t say enough good things about the service they provided.

SERVPRO of Lufkin/Nacogdoches gets 5 FULL stars from me! They showed up before the plumber did and made a plan of action FAST. In fact, because of their responsiveness, MY WOOD FLOORS WERE SAVED! That is a blessing on so many levels. Not only did they did great work, but they communicated often with me (and the insurance company)...and stuck to what they said. I cannot say enough about this company and their professionalism/responsiveness. Highly recommend!

They were very quick to assess damages and start up packing and cleaning out the house. The employees who came to my home for packing were Jessica , Sandra , Brandon , Ulises and Angel were friendly, helpful and very reassuring for me and my husband. We experienced a disaster in our home causing over 220 gallons of water per hour to flow into our home for over 50 hours when we were not there. 11,480 gallons of water. Servpro was onsight within hours of the discovery and knew exactly what to do and in what order. Guillermo and his various crews were there for 2 weeks. Thanks, Guillermo for managing this process and guiding us through this unexpected disaster.

Omar, Ivan, and Casey were very professional and explained everything, walking me through each step of the process! They made sure to clean up any debris or mess from the demo making the bad situation the best it possibly could be!

I do not recommend ServPRO OF Lufkin/S Nacogdoches. Our home was packed out before photos were taken in our of childrens rooms. We have items missing from this bedroom and servpro is giving us the run around because they didnt properly document these items.We also had 2 items that were returned that couldnt be cleaned. We sent photo Adrian on January 10, 2025. Today January 23, 2025 we still have no resolution.Also our Unity Sand from our wedding nearly 15 years ago was thrown away by servpro employees. They returned the container that held the sand squeaky clean though.Candice who works for Servpro is the most unprofessional person Ive ever delt with during a time of crisis. She called me today asking what I wanted her to do about it and when I tried explaining there no monetary value to replace our wedding unity sand she became confrontational and hung up in my face.

It has been great working with the packing crew has been great. Ana - Miranda and Nef- Sandra are very professional but most of all showed us they care about what they do. We appreciate the care they took with our things in our home This makes a big difference when you have to pack up you entire from a water issues. Very pleased with the results of having our sofas and carpet cleaned. Fernanda and Christy arrived on time after giving a 35 minute warning of their arrival. Staff was friendly and polite. Even with our dogs. They got right to work and did a very thorough job. Everything looks great. Terrific experience with SERVPRO of Lufkin / Nacogdoches. Will have them back regularly.

My experience with this ServePro was nothing but horrible.They told me that service techs were booked 5 weeks out. So I went out and rented dehumidifiers for 9 days and dried the place out. When Servepro finally shows up I was out of town. Without notice...They then proceeded to rip out every single cabinet in my house and throw it away. They also ripped out half my walls 2ft up, and ripped the wall paper further up the wall,, ruining the whole wall board.They threw away all the hardware from my sinks and tubs..the faucets and knobs etc. They threw away all the molding and plug outlet covers. But then left warped and ruined door frames. They ruined my yard in truck ruts because they got stuck being lazy and parking directly by the door. They knew the house was totally uninhabitable but would show up , without notice, and then call me wondering why no one was there to let them in. They then proceeded to bill me a total of $12,000.$3500 of this bill was for dehumidifiers of an already dry structure.This Serve Pro is the most unprofessional business Ive encountered in Nacogdoches. They should be avoided.

Colton, ulisise , jessica, deserie, brandon and fernando all did a great job of the packing and their assigned jobs. We had a small fire on the 2nd floor of our house and Servpro was immediately dispatched. However after they left i guess the ball was dropped. No dryers or fans where left do to the fact we had to wait for an asbestos inspection. We put put our own dryers. The only problem i have with Servpro is lack of communication and scheduling. They just showed up. The ballwas dropped

Jessica and Eleusis are the absolute best in the business. From packing everything up to ensure nothing was broken (while we dealt with the damage from a water heater burst) to delivering everything back in a very organized manner once our home renovation was finished. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The Nac/Lufkin Servpro team was amazing, Shane and his team were so nice and professional, I couldnt had better people during our time after our house fire. Shane explained everything and was always so positive, I felt like family rather than just another customer, every person on his team always greeted me with a smile and positive attitude, NEVER once did I feel like I was bothering them with questions. I saw these men and women working through some of the worst weather, they never slowed down and worked so hard. I would highly recommend them to everyone, hands done the best!

Great service from Ulysses and Ana. Our home was restored and cleaned immaculately. They handled dealing with insurance adjuster. All n all they turned a bad experience into just a bump in the road of life. Definitely recommend SERVPRO of Lufkin/Nacogdoches for anyones restoration or cleaning needs.

Don, the project manager, did a wonderful job on our rent house that needed much work due to a kithchen mishap. He acted as a go between with my insurance company and me, as well as directing the subcontractors. I simply had to wait for his updates as our project took shape. Wonderful rebuild experience after a nightmare experience with a grease fire. Could not be happier!

Servpro helped us after we had a significant flood in our house just before Christmas, 2016. Everyone on the crew and in the office was very helpful and kind. Hector and the guys did a great job drying out the house and getting it ready for reconstruction. Caroline in the office was extremely helpful and courteous. From drying out to packing to getting our furniture back in our newly renovated house, everything went smoothly and was very well done. My carpet was beyond dirty. They came in and cleaned 3 bedrooms, the hallway, and the living room in a little over 2 hours. They did a great job, and even put in extra effort on tough stains. I highly recommend Jessica and her husband for your cleaning needs.

Called ServPro about carpet cleaning info for Stella Hill Memorial Library and possible price quote. Office staff was very helpful and Candace Scott came to inspect carpet . She came and said our carpet was holding up well and did not not need the restorative cleaning at this time that we were concerned about. Gave us advice on continuing care also . When we said we would pay for her trouble to come inspect our carpet She said no .. that is not necessary. Our being a non-profit that supports our Library, we were very appreciative of their kindness and professionalism . They are a 5 star company …. Thank you!!

They came out and cleaned all my duct work. They cleaned up afterwards. The only indication they had even been here was clean ducts, intake ducts, and air vents. Dustin and his partner were very good. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

The men who worked in our house were very professional, made sure we were satisfied with their service; we would not and will not hesitate to use them again.

I could not be happier given the situation! My family and I came home from over a weeklong vacation to a flooded home from a leaking pipe connected to the refrigerator. We got home around 10pm and didn’t know what to do. After taking to ServPro, they came straight out and worked into the night to get the water out and brought in the dehumidifiers and fans galore to make sure damage was mitigated. They were friendly and efficient. Thank you for helping in what felt like a helpless experience!

Plumbers left water on in our home after some broken pipes were discovered..I called Servpro Lufkin & within no time they were to the property..I thought there was more damage than it looked like but thank goodness it was upstairs bathroom leaked into downstairs bathtub so water mainly went down drain of tub.. technician stated to me it was not that bad so I was excited to see that.. Patrick Costillo was great with communication,he explained everything to me in detail even sent pictures to me after clean up and explained I would need to pay the bill and I could file my insurance..so there was no surprises.I was very pleased with these guys services so far.He stated on Monday I would receive my bill.These guys were very professional I must say..you will be very pleased with thier service.Our neighbors have cameras & he stated everything they told me..was just as they said..they cleaned up mess as if never happened!!Im out of town so this was wonderful to be able to trust these guys..Thank you Lufkin Texas Servpro..This is second time in years you have come thru for us!!
