I was in the a/c business myself for 35 years. I hired Omni Air & Heating to replace my a/c system because I am now 73 yrs old and thought it would be too hard physically. I wish there was some way that I could leave 10 stars for Joseph the owner of Omni Air because I would absolutely do it!Quick back story here...Our heating and a/c unit was almost 20 years old and we recently had some issues with the heater. Not wanting to be without heat or air conditioning we decided it was time to get a whole new system before the summer heat kicked in. So we got 3 bids, the first 2 bids were from big companies in the Conroe area and both were a horrible experience. It was like dealing with car salesmen. Both of them tried to up sell us on things that we didnt need and when we questioned the price, one of them ask us how much we afford to pay! They were not looking to do the best job for us, they were just out to make a ton of money at our expense. Sorry just my opinion, but they were both seemed as dishonest as the day is long.Lucky for us, I called Omni Air and Joseph came out and did a complete inspection of our old system. Afterwards he spent a lot of time explaining the new systems that are available and the differences between them and what he thought would work best for us. He never once tried to upsell us on anything. As promised, the next day we received the bids and to our surprise they were very reasonable. The bid also included a great warranty as well.The new unit was just installed on Thursday and was done in a very professional manner. We recently had new paint and flooring done and the installers were very careful not to scratch anything and the clean up was done to perfection.We are EXTREMELY happy with everything that was done from start to finish. I can honestly say Joseph is definitely a man of integrity and this has been a great experience for us. Installed a mini split for our attic room. Did not try to over sell . Joseph was prompt in getting started and work was very neat. He takes pride in his finished project. This is the second time we have used Omni Air.8/22/24Came to adjust air distribution. There was internal damage to plenum . He refitted ductwork and repaired plenum.

Called for maintenance and check up on a fairly new system someone else installed and he found quite a few things to improve flow upstairs. That’s actually why I called. Our AC had been acting up all weekend and by 6pm Sunday night I knew we needed help asap. I called Joe from Omni Air and in less than 20 minutes he was at our home. Always a pro, readily available, smart, and efficient. We recently re-insulated our attic with foam and had some issues acclimating the new insulation to the old HVAC system. Joseph knew exactly what to do, vented the attic spaces, located a coolant leak, replaced the part, all within a very quick turnaround time. Now were chillin at 74, or 72, or whatever we want all day in the 100 degree+ Summers. Thanks Joseph!

Started my day at midnight the night prior realizing the AC way blowing warm air.8am called Air Tech and arranged a tech to come out, tech arrived on time and was here for 5-10 min and declared the system was outdated, irreparable and needed replaced. I was quoted between 18-23k and was reassured there is absolutely no fixing that 19yr old unit.Honestly, OMNI Air was a call just to price check a new system and get second quotes…. Joseph insisted he come out to have a look and get a better picture of things. He arrived and in 10 min said “well I think we can fix it” he then said I’ll be right back. Went to grab the right parts, put them in and the unit is back up and cooling. Then he took the time to show me how to clean the unit and walked me through the AC 101.I can tell you not only was I very impressed at his attention to detail, but all his knowledge and willingness to teach leaves a legacy. Because of his willingness to try, my family is sleeping with cool nights again. I’ll be updating the system in time and I certainly WILL be going to OMNI Air for the work.Lastly, I have been in Texas for two years and this was the first time I crossed paths with a business leader you practice’s honesty and integrity over everything. I needed a new 3.5 ton air conditioner installed. I contacted 3 companies: One wanted $12,000+ to do the job. A second company quoted a somewhat lower price -- $7,200.00. I then contact Joseph at Omni Air and he quoted $3,400.00 !!! I seriously feel that the first two businesses are dishonest companies, who are trying to bleed their customers dry. Omni Air did a fantastic job. I then told them I needed a April Aire Dehumidifier installed. I had previously got a price of $2,100 for the installation from one of the companies mentioned above -- the other company didnt do dehumidifiers (???). Omni Air did it for $1,000.00 plus parts. If there were six stars available, Omni Air would get it from me. I have never met a more fair and honest businessman than Joseph !!!-- Gerald S.UPDARE: We called Joseph about putting more insulation in our attic to keep the house cooler in the summer. He said that we have plenty of insulation and any more would be a waste of money. Our best option would be a low cost attic fan. The fan would cost around $500.00 while the insulation would be around $3,300.00 -- and not do the job. Omni Air is interested in their customer over the long term.

I was so tired of the bait and switch tactics used by most of the more well known AC company’s and at the recommendation of a friend, I gave Omni Air a call when my furnace stopped heating properly. Joseph showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and in short order diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat which he promptly replaced. While he was here, he also inspected the furnace and gave it a clean bill of health. I was blown away by his honesty and more than fair prices. I highly recommend Omni Air And Heating.

Our Nest Thermostat was showing an E3 error code, with a statement of “No power to Rc wire detected”. Our AC unit would not turn on (which is unbearable here in this Texas heat). I tried several things that I had found on the internet with no success. We called Omni Air & Heating and were pleasantly surprised on the responsiveness of their team. The tech that came to our house was able to fix our issue quickly. Turned out that our unit needed to have the drainage lines blown out. I am glad they came out because I had no idea what I was doing in the attic. Thank you guys very much for your rapid response. My wife is now happy about the temperature in the house which makes my life a lot better. I plan to keep my business with Omni Air in the future. Highly recommended.

Omni, Joseph and his team did a very good job replacing my HVAC ductwork. They cleaned up a very cluttered attic with an organized ductwork system. In addition they found issues from the previous installation of a new HVAC system that was replaced last year and is now running much more efficiently and reducing our electricity bill.
