AC Max

I cannot recommend this company. Our experience with them began when we bought a new AC system from them. All went well until exactly one year later. We began to have a problem with the system and called them. Their technician came out three separate times to try to fix the issue. They were unable to fix the problem and were completely uneducated on the very system their company had installed. The technician seemed thoroughly unqualified. After paying them to leave, we called another company who came out and fixed the issue immediately and easily and charged us less than A/C Max had.

My service representative was very helpful and informative. He went over the whole system and functions. He had me performed functions to make sure I understood.

A/C Max stepped up and helped me with a situation and was very nice and accommodating. Kept me informed thru the process.Appreciate their help. Will call on them again.

AC Max came out recently on a Friday afternoon when my AC went out. This crew installed my AC a few years ago. At the time l didnt think 🤔I need a warrantee. If I had purchased the warranty the problem would have been covered.The gentleman who came out was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the issue with the repair work that he was doing.We we truly appreciate your service from this gentleman and will not use any other company. And will now purchase a warranty😘

Well , the dog peed in the same spot on my 1year old AC unit and created corrosion and a leak. After 3 bids I called these guys, all the other companies were telling me that it would not be covered under my 10 year warranty. They took the time to call the manufacturer and what do you know, it was covered under warranty after all. I commend their honesty, good pricing( half as much as 2 of quotes) and the quick service. Good job, highly recommend.

They did great work in a timely manner. Had a part issue and had it warrantied out the next day.

As new customers, we called A/C Max for a Spring Maintenance check to give us peace of mind. Wes from A/C Max showed up at our home very much on time, even a bit earlier than expected. He immediately scoped out all 4 of our units for outside locations, thermostats and attic counterparts. Wes found we needed a bit of refrigerant and an overflow valve installed. He was quick and efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you, Wesley.

AC Max was great! Had cooling issues on the weekend and called around. They were the only one that answered their phone! They arrived in less than an hour and had my AC back up and running in less than two hours of my call. If you want a responsive HVAC company give AC Max a call!

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did to our AC system. He did a thorough check of both units plus he washed both condensers. Will definitely keep AC Max for future repairs.

All I can say is I really appreciate this local company. Today there are so many small companies that claim to know the job and how to fix your issue and they never seem to really know anything except how to take your money and leave with with the same or bigger issue. In the case of AC Max it’s the exact opposite. As new home owners, two weeks into our new residence the AC unit died. AC Max came out the same day and thoroughly checked everything to find the issue. Not only did he find an issue but he also explained in detail everything possible about how and why and what we needed to do to fix it. The fix was options, not the typical you need to replace the entire unit. In this case the best option for us was in fact replace the entire unit, which is never easy on the pocket book. However he really made us feel good about the money we were spending and the pricing was definitely fair. Most importantly they got us scheduled for an all day replacement in a day. So in conclusion I will refer them to anyone I hear of with an issue, and I will always use these guys.They also honor their Veterans!

Having A/C Max replaced our Air handler in the attic was a great experience. We are very pleased with the quality of work. They did everything they said they would do. Also they brought 2 small AC window units to keep our home comfortable while the job was performed.Sean Blotz and the crew are all so friendly and helpful. Great clean up during the work and when finished. We highly recommend them for anyone needing a new AC or any repair work done. We have absolutely no complaints. I wish I could give this business 10 stars! When we got home Thursday afternoon our A/C wasnt working we turned it off then went and bought fans. By Friday evening we still couldnt get it to kick on so I got online looking for an A/C company. Lucky for us A/C Max was still open and I called at 8pm. I talked with Sean and he said he had time to come out Saturday to take a look. With the age of our system and all the issues unfortunately it couldnt be repaired and we decided to get a new one. Sean hand delivered us 3 window units for us to borrow while we waited and with it being the middle of summer we were so thankful for his generosity. He called this morning and let us know everything was ordered and he could be at our house at 2pm, I am very happy to report we have a brand new A/C unit completely installed and the house feels wonderful!! He even installed a brand new thermostat for us. If you are needing a repair or looking to get a new system you will not be disappointed with A/C Max. I will definitely be calling them for all our heating and A/C needs in the future.

My a/c went out at 7pm on a Friday night and I live in the middle of nowhere. I called and they were headed home, but turned around, drove 45 minutes, and fixed my air. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and charged less than I expected. Thank you so much for everything you did!

AC Max has been our go-to service company since we found them four years ago. On time and friendly, yet professional. They replaced full systems for us and were competitive providing a wide array of choices. They also maintained the HVAC systems in two homes for us - responding almost immediately, even after hours. I called A/C Max when my air conditioner quit working. They were able to make it out to my home quickly. The technician was friendly and prompt. After replacing some parts, he stayed to ensure our AC was fixed and working properly. We appreciate good service. The AC Repairman was: professional, at the house within the hour of my call, completed a thorough check (inside & out), & fixed my downstairs AC which had not worked properly for over a year. Then he stuck around to measure the temp from all of the vents - THANK YOU!! Its so awesome to come home to a cool house after a long day.

My experience was great.... I called them and explained how our Ac was not working and that it was an emergency due to my daughter has been sick and running fevers and I couldnt get her body cooled off.. They sent an amazingly sweet man named SEAN out here to fix the Ac. He figured out the problem really quick and went to work fixing it. He was very kind and respectful. It took him no time to fix our Ac and our house of finally cool again... I am sooooo greatfull on how quick and efficient they were... I called A/C Max after being referred to them by a friend when our air conditioning went out. They were able to make it to my house quickly and found the evaporator coil had a leak. They advised the evaporator coil would need to be replaced eventually. I was given a written proposal for the work to be done, and I scheduled the work to be done on Friday. They contacted me the day before to let me know when the installers would be there. They showed up as expected and replaced my evaporator coil. They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. From the time I first called A/C Max to the time the work was completed everyone was friendly and professional.
