What an amazing experience, my car had black droplets on one side of it so I brought it in to be looked at. Marcus came out right away and identified the problem and corrected it. Amazing customer service and honesty. I could not recommend them more.

Great experience! We have had work done on several vehicles here and have always been happy with the service and work done. Most recently, we had some work done on an older vehicle that needed a little TLC. The work was done quickly, at a fair price. The customer service was excellent! Marcus was polite and informative. He communicated well and did not pressure us to do any work that was not needed. Will definitely continue to do business with Autotrust Montgomery.

I was in the Auto business for 30 years. These guys are awesome. They are fair priced and deliver quality service. I had a bearing on my F250 4x4 go out and they took me in and did it while I waited. Im not from this area and was shopping for a praised mechanics shop., due to my AC not blowing any cold air all of a sudden.I saw the reviews leaving a 4.9 star here. Derrick was amazing. The most honest mechanic I have seen around. Im not sure if his prices are the best, but they are reasonable. Honesty is something that I value over everything. The communication was excellent. He definitely should get a raise.

We were in search of a reliable mechanic with a quick turn around! Autotrust has come through for us on two different occasions. They are not the closest mechanic to us, as there are many between our home and their location but they are our go to shop now!!

I first would like to thank John with Autotrust for giving my battery a jump when my car died in a shopping center parking lot. Today, a month later I took my car to Autotrust for much needed work because of John’s kind gesture. I was greeted by John, Derek and Fred. I left the car with them and received a diagnosis a short while later. I approved the repairs and picked my car up later today. It runs like a new car!!! This is amazing because it’s 12 years old and has 299,000 miles! The name of this business is totally appropriate! You can TRUST in AUTOTRUST!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Autotrust in Montgomery. It was a fairly complicated situation and they worked through it with me. They honored their business warranty. It took multiple trips but they took care of the issue each time, quickly, and as each time we learned more they worked through the situation. I will be taking all my vehicles to them in the future.

Dereck at Autotrust was very friendly and professional. He provided a quote that was more reasonable than other locations and that was the price we paid. His mechanics were thorough and quick in fixing our a/c. I would highly recommend them. They are our new auto repair shop for life.

Story time:A couple years ago, I had a tire that I needed patched or plugged. It’s getting harder & harder to find a tire shop that will do that. Anyway, I stopped by and the gentleman said he could plug it. I rarely have cash & the gentleman told me that this one is on the house, just come back when I need something done.Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I was getting some vibration in the front end when I was between 45-55 mph. With all the options in Montgomery, I knew I needed to go to Autotrust. Derrick greeted me warmly and got me checked in. He told me it would be an hour or two, but they would get back with me after digging in. I received a text to a link with everything they found wrong with the car. A few minutes later, Derrick called back & went over the service sheet with me. The Autotrust crew replaced my CV axles, front & back brakes & rotors. I had my car back by the end of the day.A couple weeks later, I received a follow up call making sure everything is working properly and asking if I have any concerns.I feel like these folks have gone above and beyond. I know who my first stop will be with any auto issues I run into in the future.

We recently needed AC work on our our classic Corvette. Our first stop was the dealership where they kept the car for 3 days and then informed us they could not repair it because genuine Chevrolet parts are no longer available. We are thankful to Google Reviews as it lead us to Dereck at Autotrust Repairs. Dereck and his team of mechanics happily installed OEM parts to get us up and cruising again. They have earned all of our future business.

Incredible service! We were taken care of the way you used to be! They stayed late and got our vehicle back to us same day, saving us from having to make other arrangements! Highly recommend!!!!I had the best experience today at Autotrust! Id never been before but had been turned away from a few other places for an alignment, because my truck is lifted. They did it, no problem, charged me almost $80 less than another shop wanted. To top it off, I sat there and heard (maybe the owner?) tell a lady she didnt need brake pads even though she thought she did. I will definitely be back when I need work done on my truck! They were very thorough and repaired my truck AC in a timely manner and with fair pricing. They did do a total vehicle inspection and did recommend a few other issues that I will repair as I can. Very honorable shop and glad to have found them.

Back in November 2023 I was home recovering from major cancer surgery and I needed to get my brakes replaced, or so I thought. I was not having any issues, but had 60K miles on my vehicle because I commute 70 miles RT, 5 days/week to work. I just took my car in saying I needed my brake pads replaced. After about 4 hours they called stating they were not able to get to my vehicle yet. Since I told them I was not in any hurry to have the vehicle back, they asked if they could keep it until tomorrow locked up in shop. Absolutely I said! The next afternoon they called asking “who said you needed new brake pads”?The manager said if it was one of my employees he needed to know who because I did not need any brake work. The pads were at a 4-5 and were fine! I told him a brake shop in Tomball. They completed a few other things needed and I went to pick up my vehicle.It’s absolutely awesome to have HONEST people out there! Especially being a single mother & having cancer bills!! Thank you Autotrust team!! You guys are the BEST! And right here in my little home town!! ☺️

We took our Jeep in for service because the check engine light and the power light came on. They were very professional and they worked with our extended warranty company to get it on the road the next day! They were amazing! I was so blessed being referred to Autotrust shop once we moved to Montgomery after having a bad experience at Christian brothers. John and the team always take care of me when I need them. They honestly stand true to their name. You can trust they will help you have peace of mind and with a not outrageous price or over priced good service. Front start to finish.

I had a chassis mounts problem with my 2015 F250 Diesel. The mounts were worn out. I had been directed to this shop by a friend who had the same problem and had it rectified by Autotrust. There are 6 mounts and the entire cab assembly has to be removed and raised to install new mounts. While I had it in, I also had them replace the factory cold side turbocharger tube with a stainless one. The plastic factory one had a hairline crack in it. I took it to them for a diagnostic inspection and then set an appointment for the repairs. I took the truck in at 8am on appointment day and had it back by 2pm. Incredible professionalism, and integrity, as well as great value on price of repairs. I highly recommend Autotrust!

Im very please with the service my wife and I had at Autotrust Repairs a few weeks ago. Our sons Dodge pickup truck was running rough and the other shop we used for a head gasket change couldnt figure it out. Autotrust found the problem and fixed it right. They will have our business going forward.

I stopped by recently because I was hearing a noise coming from the front wheel/tire area. Come to find out it was some backing plate. As I talked more about my concerns for the overall health of my vehicle, I requested to have the belt changed out and a small tuneup. I’m so glad that the guys were able to take care of me in the same day. They always provide wonderful, honest, professional service. I couldn’t find anyone around here that would align my show car that’s on air ride suspension. They did it got everything perfect for a good price. The staff at AutoTrust were very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. The estimate they provided at the beginning ended up being what I was charged. For a garage, the place was cleaner than you might expect. Only downside was probably the small parking lot but it was a busy day. Will definitely use them again.

Jon and the auto trust team did a great job on my son’s truck. Took it in for overheating problem, thought it was a water pump and turned out to be the thermostat. Got serpentine belt and battery replaced as well due to their recommendation and the truck drives great. Great job by the guys.

Great Service & Staff! So please with how fast they took to do my front end wheel alignment on my truck! During Spring Break we had an event in downtown Houston; which I just thought we was not going to make it on time. However, to my surprise they was done just time for us to not only make it on time; but with time to stop for lunch! Thank you all so much! Many Blessings!

Made a 7 AM appointment online and even called to confirm it and confirm that my vehicle could in fact be worked on. Showed up at 7 AM and the shop does not even open until 8 AM. I was told that my car was too low to get on the alignment rack. I pointed out that I discussed this with the shop on Monday and brought my ramps with me to assist with the vehicle getting on the alignment rack. The mechanic then responded that the alignment hubs would not fit on my wheels. The shop manager disagreed and said that they have aligned vehicles lower than mine in the past. I will say that John, who I believe is the shop manager, was very receptive and trying to resolve my issue and even offered to align the car himself. However, the mechanics at the shop did not seem enthused to work on my car from the time that I arrived. They all had a very bad attitude and I will not be coming back to this place as I do not trust the cooks in the kitchen.

This repair shop was amazing. I had a warranty for my car. It was a rather difficult warranty company, but John dealt with the warranty company so I could get my car back in a timely manner, considering it was my only vehicle. The people that I dealt with at auto trust were very polite and made me feel like I was like family. I will not go to any other place for any mechanical issues but auto trust from now on!

We went to Auto Trust in Montgomery several years ago to get a second opinion on a repair. It turned out the part another auto company told us needed repair wasnt even a part on the model of van I had. This saved me $4,000!Just today I brought in my company vehicle because my husband saw a screw in my tire. My husband told me I likely needed a new tire because it was on the side-wall. I dropped the van off with the guys at AutoTrust and they called to tell me the screw didnt actually penetrate the tire. No new tire needed, and no tire repair needed! What a testament to the kind of people these guys are!

They’ve fixed my truck’s rear brakes, leaking seals, temperature control for the engine, and lastly tried to fix my airbag light being on, but weren’t able to so they didn’t charge me for that one. Thankfully I still passed the inspection lol. Appreciate all their help. They’ve also worked on my husbands SUV a little. Parking is a little hard in the tiny lot but service is great.

From the start the service I received was amazing. They have a wait room with vending machines so you can snack while you wait. Eric was very professional from start to finish. Also was a little cute.

Used this business based on reviews, and I’m glad I did! Had repairs to an A/C system done, and the work was quickly, even with having to do some re-wiring caused by the previous owner. New system worked great for a few days, then started blowing hot air again. Let Josh and Mike know what was going on, and they got me back in ASAP. Javier discovered that the new compressor had failed. They were able to locate a new one, and get me back on the road the same day. It’s been several days now, and everything is working great. I appreciate all the hard work the team did, and for keeping me informed through every step. I will be bringing every vehicle I own to this team when needed.

Great service with a smile. While waiting for my inspection I checked their prices for gas and diesel oil changes. Very fair prices. They just gained a new customer. I took my wheel in because of a flat tire. Even though the shop was very busy, they repaired my tire in an hour. Then they put the wheel back on my car, put the spare back in the trunk and didnt charge me a dime! I love it when I find a business that knows what customer service looks like! Ill be back. I went to Autotrust to price tires. The guys were very helpful and explained everything to me. The price was reasonable, so the tires were ordered and will be put on tomorrow. I got an oil change since I was there. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Autotrust will now be my go to place for my truck needs.

New to area and was looking for a place to service my Range Rover. Called, got a very helpful and friendly welcome. Same once on site, repairs were completed quickly and the price was also very reasonable. The staff was great to work with, the shop is the cleanest I have seen outside of the Land Rover Dealer shop. Maybe that is not important, but there is a saying, how you do anything is how you do everything. All I can say is my experience with Autotrust was just as exceptional as the shop is clean. So, maybe it does mean something. They will be my Go To shop for auto repair in Montgomery.

I went in with a flat tire. I spoke with Josh and told him that I think I need 2 new front tires. He took my car in and checked it out. He came and told me within 15 mins that the problem was I had a leak in both my front tires and that he can seal them up.I was only there 30 minutes which is fast for me.I definitely recommend this place to everyone!! First time customer - I brought in my Rav 4 for a new water pump, coolant flush and thermostat after calling for a quote. They had the best price out of the 3 places I called! They got right on it and my vehicle was ready 3 hours before closing! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Got my wifes car aligned here and it was great! Drove much better. Took my sons car there and they misdiagnosed a front end clunk. Fortunately I didnt think what they said was correct, paid the really high priced diagnostic charge, and went to Overdrive on 105. Ryan got us fixed up for much less money.

Eric was so helpful, he saw my tire was very low and offered to help. He noticed the nail in the tire and fixed it. Ive never had a bad experience here and always a smile and kindness from this place. Would recommend 100%. Thanks Eric!

Auto Trust is hands down the BEST place to service your car in Montgomery, TX for so many reasons. I have been going to Autotrust since just about the time they opened for business. These guys are honest. Very honest. They do QUALITY repairs, they are very timely and they have come to my aide at times when I could not even get my car to the shop and did not even charge me for the help provided on a couple of occasions. Who does this now a days? My experience each and every time I visit Autotrust is a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and very professional. They have so much integrity and get things done right. Please do not go anywhere else. I know I wont. I hope this review helps someone to choose the best care for their car.

Honest, affordable, and efficient. Out of state trip for me and my AC failed in my truck. They got me up and running in less than 2 days! Could not ask for better service.

I recently had my car overheat on my way back to college and the closest place to where my car had left me was Autotrust Repairs and another one. I first called Autotrust Repairs to see if they could help me out immediately and to my surprise they were more than willing to help me out. I wanted to call the second closest but truly Alfredo answered my call very politely and welcoming that I was instantaneously hooked. Once there, I noticed every worker was the same. Great work on my car so far I have no complaint. I would definitely go there again and encourage others to do so. Keep it up, guys!

I brought my car in for a brake job. Great service, knowledgeable technicians. I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off by any means and the work has been great. Ralph was great and gave me several options as well as his suggestion but never pressured me to do one thing or another. I would definitely recommend Autotrust Repairs and will use them again!

I brought my car in for a braking problem. They communicated what was wrong and had a quick turn around on the repairs. After picking it up I noticed it wasnt right and they went above and beyond by staying later to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a simple fix. I’ve come here twice in the last 5 months and I’ve had such a great experience both times. The staff are all super friendly and they actually take the time to show you the stuff on your vehicle that needs fixing.I haven’t taken the best care of my car so my two visits here have required some major repairs.The most recent time was when my brakes needed to be overhauled. The last time I got them done was eight or nine years ago. There were a few safety related issues that had to be fixed along with the the brakes.I wasn’t able to completely cover the cost of my repairs as I’m a student but they were willing to work with me to get my car in safe driving shape.I can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop that won’t try and upsell you or get you to do unnecessary repairs and so they don’t do any of that.

Today I had the best service from Eric. He found every way to help us get the help we needed. And succeeded, left a very happy person. Tomorrow going back to put my new tires on. I recommend Eric to everyone....ask for Eric this guy is the best! Bless your ❤️

I went to Autotrust Repairs today for an oil change and inspection. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The restroom was very clean. The employees were all friendly, and the service was excellent.

There team has done a superb job. My suv needed a new engine. It was far more cost effective for us to put a new engine (by the way has a 100,000 mile full parts and service warranty) than to buy a new SUV. Or chance it with little or no warranty on a used vehicle. The SUV runs flawlessly now after Ralph, Alfredo, and team worked on it. They stayed on budget and did everything they said they would and more. They exceeded my expectations! Thank you all for the great work you do!

I was just driving by and saw them right at 149 close to the circle K and had to stop by to see about getting my hitch fixed and Josh took care of me, I was in and out with 5 minutes!! Great customer service! Ill be back for an alignment and pads/ rotors next.

I was impressed how quickly they were able to give me back my vehicle! The prices were also very reasonable. I especially liked how honest they were about everything. I replaced the ball joints and tie rod ends and uppers on my front of of my ram 1500. I went in there to get it re aligned and the people were really nice and trustworthy and helpful. They also called me like two weeks later to check and see how everything was going with the truck. It really showed that they care about you and your safety!!! Great people to deal with!!!

They truly live up to their name!!!!! My AC needed to be recharged. They took care of it in 30 minutes.I was previously told by 2 other local companies, that I initially thought to be reputable, that it would take 2 hrs just to hook up the machine and the other company wanted to charge me $4000.00 because they said they tried to recharge it and it wouldn’t hold a charge and they would have to replace all of the ac parts.I have spread the word!!!!I was telling a commercial banker my experiences and they were so impressed that they asked me to tell that young man to come see me so we can help him grow his business. I got a flat tire today when I was on my way home. Found three tire shops around through google search. I chose Autotrust due to the best review. They almost closed when I got there but they still helped me to fix the tire. They even didn’t charge me. I hope I won’t never go there again for the same reason 😊. By far the best decision Ive made when it comes to repairs to my truck. Got my fuel pump replaced at autotrust and have had nothing but issues since I’ve had to take my truck back up here 5 times since they did not install it correctly and they are not willing to fix it. The owner Ralph yells in your face rather then fixing the issue. Terrible customer service would not recommend this business at all!!!!!!!RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY:Money was never an issue I paid $1600 for a service you can’t provide and that was supposed to be under warranty that’s why I had to come back so many times. You didn’t want to pay out on your mistake that just shows you don’t stand behind your work.

My rack and pinion went out and a close friend recommended I give the shop a call. I wasn’t sure at first how I’d get the car to the shop but to my surprise they sent their best mechanic out to take care of my Z and had me back on the road in no time. Everything was done very professionally and very efficiently as if the car was in their shop. I will be needing a clutch replacement soon and this will be my go to shop no doubt.

On June 5, 2019, I contacted Autotrust to inquire about having a wheel alignment on my 2014 Ford Edge. They provided me with a quote and said I could bring the vehicle in the next day anytime. The tire on my wifes Expedition went flat while sitting in our garage. I called Autotrust at 3:30 in the afternoon to ask if they could take care of it. Josh said they could take care of it right away so I aired it up and took it to them. They got right on it and knocked it out, and checked the air in all of the tires. I appreciate their attitude about customer service.

We took the car in for diagnostics only. We drove it in; it was running.When we picked it up. The battery was dead, and when we tried jumping it off, it was with difficulty. We took it to another place for checking why the battery was all of a sudden having challenges, and there was nothing wrong with the battery. Turns out that the shop had messed with the battery and wires and they were not put back properly. Will never go back not even for inspection.

We moved to the area recently, and we needed a place close by that we could take our Subaru to for a seatbelt issue. The guys at Autotrust were polite, professional, and, most importantly, honest. They spent time researching our issue with the goal of making the repair as affordable as possible for us. It turned out, Subaru actually warrantied our seatbelt replacement for free. Even though we ended up not getting the repairs done at Autotrust, they were just as friendly and professional upon pickup as when we brought our vehicle in. Josh and Alfredo were honest and knowledgeable. I was annoyed after already changing out spark plugs and injectors....however.... they knew right away that the next thing to check was the coils...boom, done, 5 stars.

Alfredo is a kind person and capable mechanic. I was told by my dealership that my 100,000 mile workup would cost close to $5,000. I went to Autotrust, and it turned out that the dealership was lying about a leak and other issues. Autotrust was truthful and fixed only what needed repair. He saved me thousands, and I am so thankful. I will never take my car anywhere else again.

Excellent service. A/C broke down this past weekend dropped it off at 10am had it back by 4:00. All promises were kept, and as fast as they fixed the truck Alfredo was patient and took the time to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy the whole transaction. Now my A/C is fixed and it didn’t break my bank!

I had a bad experience with Alfredo and AutoTrust. I went by on December 30th to get my annual state inspection and the Free 40 point AAA Inspection they offer as I am a AAA Premier member. The big problem is 1. I had to wait outside for the whole time as I have asthma, and the strong perfume inside would cause a severe asthma attack. 2. I needed to get a quote to replace my oil pan gaskets. Alfredo told me that he would add me to the system and give me a call on Monday. Alfredo did neither of that. I ended up calling on Tuesday and spoke with Josh, who got the quote and called me back and wanted an expensive $282, not including the oil change needed. Another AAA auto shop quoted me $188 for the same work that AutoTrust wants $282 for. RK /Alfredo never reached back out to me. #3. Im disabled and have a handicap placard. The tech that did the road test for the annual inspection didnt remove the placard. State law prohibits driving with a handicap placard when the car is in motion. On the positive side, I gave it 2 stars is that Alfredo did apologize that one of his techs parked a marron SUV in the only handicap space without the placard/plate and that the tech was friendly and showed me where the leak was at and backed up my vehicle where I could quickly get my wheelchair and myself back in at the end. That is the only positive experience.

I had them perform a full alignment on the front end of my truck. They where done within an hour and for a very reasonable price. Will be using them again in the future and recommend others to use them as well.

The guys worked really hard to chase down a check engine light issue I was having. Got it all fixed and passed inspection. I had a different vehicle in to replace water pump and again they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied even giving me a ride home. I would recommend them.

All though My vehicle did not pass inspection on first go. The staff was extremely friendly. They were very thorough and checked every detail. Shop and lobby extremely clean and can tell this company takes pride in repeat business.

What a wonderful shop had a/c problem immediately after we left Florida and brought it here as soon as we came into town. From the beginning I was treated fairly and honestly from Alfredo. He even gave me a ride back to the KOA where we were staying. The part took a little longer than anticipated to get in but they made up for it on the bill. I had the most amazing experience last Friday at Autotrust Repairs. I have been taking my van in for repairs and everthing was explained to me in detail and was given an estimate that was always spot on. I had a problem Friday and didnt even call just dropped in, which was inconsiderate, but they coulx see i was worried and took the time to help me anyway. They went beyond just bei g nice they wenymt to extremes to find the problem and i was taken into the ciol office to wait and even given ice cild coke. The owner Robert came out and told me my priblsm was a spark plug misfiring and had ordered it. I waited a little linger and Robert handed me my keys snd said it was ready. I asked what I owed and he and he said nothing because they had replaced the spark plugs there before and so they wouldnt charge me anything. I cant begin to tell you how honesyt and respectful this business is, but i can tell you i highly recommend them to anybody looking for honesty, doing only quality work and never anything that is not necessary. This is an honest mechanic who deserves your business. He accurately diagnosed a problem with my tires and, lacking the equipment to make the necessary repairs, referred me to someone who could. He test drove my car, rotated my tires, and inspected other possible problems before making his diagnosis. He charged nothing for these services. I am new to the area, and Ralph will be my mechanic from now on.
