Very disappointed in the owner. Cant give any assurance to fix the problem only charges for parts and labor and trip and no heat. Not much compassion for the elderly and ill. Money is your only concern. Your staff are kind and generous. Unrealistic no guarantee on any of the repairs and Im out of the money for the service.Ive never heard of any business doing this

Professional company. I reviewed the quote with Will, and he answered all of my questions. Danny Lewis and the team were professional and had good housekeeping practices throughout the replacement. I replaced a 20 year old 4 ton trane unit (AC & Furnace) with a XR16 trane system. I will recommend.

Where do I begin? Joy the office manager was amazing. She was diligent, professional, and flexible to work with my schedule. She found a way to get a tech to my home on my schedule.Will, the technician, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the ac unit inside and in the attic. Coastal Hankla AC came to my rescue! I moved into a new home and the AC was broken. If you know Texas heat, it was over 100 degrees outside. They came out the next day and reviewed the situation. Mr. Hankla himself came to inspect my AC. With all of that being said I needed a new unit. They got to work two days later and did a fantastic job! I trust no one else with my AC and heating needs. They are trustworthy and honest. He doesn’t do anything that doesn’t need to be done just to make more money. I highly recommend them!

Will is the nicest, most professional guy you could meet. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain every thing to you. He had my air-conditioning unit back to running within 5 min. I purchased the maintenance plan and he thoroughly checked out my other AC units finding that they also were not functioning at their best. They did not pressure me to buy or replace anything. Coastal Hankla has serviced our A/C for many years. After many yers of use, our ducts most of of plastic tubing, were old, fragile and developing holes. At our request Coastal Hankla inspected them all, advised us their condition. They recommended we should replace them and that they should redesign the total layout as it was inefficient. We agreed and asked Coastal Hankla to quote on the redesign and replacement. We accepted their quote. Access to our ducts is difficult however they removed and ten replaced the total new redesigned system in three days. The new duct system design is a huge improvement over the old, and provides us with a quieter system and more even distribution of both cooling and heating.The Coastal Hankla installer was excellent, careful with Covid masking and distancing, mindful of our light carpets, cleaned up all waste and removed ducting and gave us excellent service.We are delighted with the new installation, how well it works and how quiet it is. This was a great success. We would unhesitating recommend Coastal Hankla for A/C service and installation.

The first time I used Coastal Hankla A/C was when my Realtor recommended them to inspect the AC unit for the home I was buying. I really appreciated the Tech, Danny, as he was helpful, friendly, communicated well and was very service oriented. Used Costal Hankla to install a 5ton, 2stage A/C system in my home. After pricing with a couple companies I decided to use Will Hankla because he came up with a comprehensive SOLUTION to make my home more comfortable, above and beyond just installing new components. The install team were professional, polite, and hard workers.Its been a few weeks and my home is significantly cooler, less humid, and with consistent temps all around the house. Where do I start? When i had AC problems Coastal Hankla was one of the first I called. I am now an American Home Shield customer. So, you know what that means you have a problem you call them first. Well under this pandemic and this heat they have been slammed. They gave me the authorization to call someone to repair my AC. Who do I call, I call Coastal. Let me start off by talking about Joy. She was very helpful, caring and very knowledgeable. Then when the tech arrived he was very professional and concerned about my AC. So, now I had to deal with American Home Shield. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get resolution. Danny the supervisor could not get a hold of AHS, so what i did when i got off of work at 5:30, I called AHS and was on hold for an hour, yes an hour. Danny held my hand until I finally got authorization to get my AC fixed. Thank you Jesus for Coastal AC not only for there time and effort but for the concern. I highly recommend this company and they will forever be my go to AC folks.. Im a happy camper.

It would be hard to imagine another HVAC provider more professionalism and better service than Will Hankla at Coastal Hankla A/C and Heat.When I bought my home in the Heights 7 years ago, I replaced the original A/C system with a new Trane unit which I wanted relocated to the side of the house instead of the back. Will did the necessary homework and worked with city officials to obtain the required permitting.Six years later, I decided to replace both the upstairs and garage apartment A/C units. The garage apartment was a major challenge because the existing unit had been installed before sheetrock and trim finishes were installed. Once again, Will went to work and was able to come up with a great plan that was minimally-invasive to both the apartment itself as well as the tenant.His estimates for all three of the installations went exactly as he had predicted in all cases so there were no surprises for either cost or completion time.I would highly recommend Coastal Hankla for anyones A/C or heating needs.

Amazing service. Friday 4pm, 3 day weekend, coldest forecast in 20 years, and my 25 year old furnace quits. Coastal Hankla A/C makes it out and gets me going in no time. Did not have the exact part but got it up and running. Then Sunday morning the owner calls to tell me they are coming by with the exact part. Its Thanksgiving eve. Our heater goes out. My elderly husband likes it WARM and the temp is dropping. I called Coastal at 3:00 pm, fullyl realising that there was little hope of getting our heater fixed before Friday. And, true, they are swamped. But Will Hankla shows up at 4:30 pm, checks out our unit, calls for a part and dashes off to retrieve the part by 5:00 pm before the parts store closes. He is back by 5:30 pm. Seriously, the absolute best HVAC company I have ever known.... Let me explain yall... I have 3 dogs, one of which is a 1 yr old Bull Terrior, (he hasnt quite learned boundaries). When I opened my door to great the tech, Danny, my boy decided he was going to bully his way through and go for a half mile run. I took off leaving Danny at my home, with my door half open, my other two dogs, and took off after him (losing my shoes on the way 😂). I did catch my guy, but he is very strong, and I was so out of breath from that run... next thing you know, Danny, came driving around the corner. He had secured my home and my other two dogs, and helped me to get my Boy in his truck to bring him home!!!!!!Now.... if that isnt going above and beyond, I do not know what is! I decided to zone the AC in my residence last year and I am still having problems with the thermostats, they also forgot to install the master bathroom with the ducts of the units so we have been calling, technicians giving us the solution $$$$ to spend more etc.
