UPDATE: Willbanks has since refunded us the 3-hour labor charge so Ive changed my review from a 1-star to 3-star. I wish it didnt take a bad review for them to resolve this issue (which Id tried to by phone and email prior to posting the review). Although I am satisfied with the resolution, I dont think a 4-hour minimum for labor (disclosed or not) is fair.
