I’m so grateful for Millennium AC. Their servicer, Rick, came by to help us with our old Gas HVAC system. He was able to identify the problem quickly and performed an immediate repair. I’m very happy with the service provided and I highly recommend this company.

We needed someone to install a mini split in the garage and a plumber to install fittings and a sink, started looking google for companies to do these jobs and after reading the reviews and meeting them for estimates, didnt feel comfortable hiring them. We continued looking in google until we found this company Millennium which has 5 stars and excellent reviews. Oh my God!!! we are so happy we found them, their professionalism, customer service and communication were extraordinary, starting with Jordan which he was very courteous in answering our questions and setting up the appointments, afterward meeting with Hector which he was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and gave us great estimates, then meeting with Luis that Millennium recommended to do the plumbing, Luis and his crew did a phenomenal job and finally meeting with Rick and Julio to install the mini split in the garage which they did an excellent job, very professional, their communication were superb, kept us informed with everything they did and they cleaned up. Anthony, Jesus, and Gerardo are true professionals. My fiancée and I recently bought a home and quickly discovered that we needed two new A/C units. After doing some research, we decided to replace the ducts as well, given that our house was built in the 70s and ducts typically last only 10-15 years.Anthony and his team came over, thoroughly assessed the situation, and gave us a clear timeline for the work, along with valuable recommendations. Despite the size of our home and the very limited attic space, they completed the job in just a couple of days. Throughout the entire process, they never once complained, and they were absolute gentlemen.They kept us updated on the progress and any changes to the schedule, which we really appreciated. Their work ethic is outstanding, hardworking, meticulous, and precise. On top of that, they went above and beyond by pointing out exposed wiring in the attic that could have easily caused a fire. On 1/30 my AC and mini split quit working. Jonathan from Millennium was available and responded promptly. He quickly assessed the situation and found my wiring was burnt out on my Ac unit and found a loose unconnected wire to my mini split.He took photos and sent them to my phone.I was provided with a written invoice regarding the cost of repairs promptly.Jonathan was friendly and I felt he was honest about the cost.He fixed the Ac and mini split the same day.I was so impressed by his service that I signed up for a yearly inspection service with Millennium.Great experience and I would definitely recommend Millennium.

Dryer duct cleaning service. I have to say I was very impressed with the quick next day service. I had also requested a/c duct work inspection. Hector was amazing!!! Him and the other tech cleaned my dryer ducts (they were packed, completely clogged). I received video of my a/c ducts and it looks like I need replacement asap. He was very detailed and provided an estimate for the job. Highly recommend this company!

I give 5 stars to the tech, Hector Gonzalez but maybe 4 stars to customer service. I was thinking that the service had no charge and wasn’t expecting the charge. I do understand though of a service fee due to them coming and checking. I believe that they should tell customers that there will a charge, go over what they did before and if there is warranty on it.

They inspected my vent but unfortunately they couldnt clean it due to my vents instalation method. They did offer me other solutions and did not charge me. Technician was helpful and professional.

Update:Jordan reached out and made good on my “minor” issues.…Never got my original thermostat back.They broke one of my cement blocks to pick up the AC. Was told it would get replaced and never didFluids splattered from the old AC and the cleanup was not efficientThe tape at the top of the inside AC was left loose and heat was coming from the ceilingI had to call him back because they “forgot” to include the some free gadget that is suppose to clean the air.The owner was rude from the start.

My mom is a Winter Texan. Upon arrival this season we discovered the air conditioner was not working. I called Millennium to schedule a repair man. This was on a Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a repairman available for Sunday morning. Jose was prompt, efficient and respectful. He spoke little English and I unfortunately speak no Spanish. This was not an issue as he had a translator on his phone. We communicated very efficiently through the app by text.We unfortunately had to replace the unit. However we had to wait until Wednesday to schedule the time for that. Jose offered a portable A/C unit so we wouldn’t get too hot in the 90° temperatures. What a blessing! Hector brought that and installed it on Monday so I could sleep comfortably.Wednesday our unit was replaced, cleaned up and even had to replace a fuse which was unexpected and an added expense but Luis ran to Home Depot and brought me the receipt. I paid him for the part with no additional labor charged.These gentleman went above and beyond working all day, cleaning up and instructing me on the UV light which was included to prevent mold.We are cool as cucumbers and pleased with the exceptional customer service.

I almost didn’t hire this company but noticed Jordan (person in charge) was attentive and I could tell he wanted to earn my business. In spite of having doubts I decided to give them a try.First, Jordan stopped by my place before and during the installation of entire new AC unit. Upon agreeing I requested that he send me his best employee so he sent me Mike. In short, I was pleased with mike’s work and ethics. Thank you Mike. Hope he is still around when I need service (hope that’s never :). I shadowed mike closely during the replacement and noticed he and partner had different approaches on doing things. But each time mike called it and made the final decision and boy I couldn’t be happier w his decisions.Last, I called others before hiring this company and can tell you their (millennium) prices were reasonable. Previous company I had hired in the past charged way more. Another thing I took notes on was that other companies weren’t too open about prices and info over the phone. Not Jordan. My first experience with millennium was great, Aug 2024, I have had a variety of issues with system that was about 9 years old. They were able to fix my issues and give me some quotes on future replacement and upgrades. Blake and Hector were a great help. Now have had millennium ac here 4 more times, always a pleasure to work with, now waiting on final piece of project to make sure our ductwork is correct nor cobbled together and have added ionization and uv light to keep any growth down, since our climate fosters growth of stuff we dont want in our lungs.

Rick came out and looked at our HVAC system and diagnosed the problem. Gave us a few options on how to resolve our cooling problem. Our system was an old system, fixing the existing unit would just be a bandaid fix. We decided to replace the system thru financing. Rick gave us a good deal and scheduled the work for a later day.Ivan and Ivan came out on the day of the removal and install. Got to work promptly and were efficient. The whole process took about 6+ hrs, on a 100+ degree day. Both great workers. Thanks all of y’all for making this process go smoothly.

Respectful, honest. the quoted price for the unit was more than others quoted but came with a longer warranty. So i went ahead and went with this company. Blake and Luis did my install. I didnt get to meet them face to face because I had work. however Blake kept me up to date with the progress and any findings and recommendations for other updates needed in the future. so far my ac is working great. my fire alarms keep going off now though. idk if thats related to the ac change or not lol 🤔. Im just waiting for my electric bill now before I decide if Im fully happy with this upgrade 😜

Luis came in to complete a dryer vent cleaning service. He explained the process and how he was going to complete it. He also did a courtesy check on AC filters and made recommendations. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with Millennial’s products and customer service. Our 3 ton Carrier was thirteen years old and leaking from the coils. The duct work was also as old as the home and needed replacing. This was a big job so we really shopped around for not only the best price, but quality of product and services. After several quotes and research of customer reviews, my husband and I chose Millennial for a 3.5 ton Trane that’s energy efficient and dehumidifying. The service men showed up on time and they work hard throughout the day with only one lunch break. They clean up as they go and are quite professional. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner by either Jordan or Rick. The job was complete in two days, the air is now evenly distributed throughout the home, and it feels great. We highly recommend Millennial A/C.

Luis did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts! I moved into an apartment and my allergies were awful. I contacted Millennium A/C and spoke with Jordan, he gave me a competitive quote and booked me for the next avaliable appointment. Luis arrived and spent about 2.5 hours cleaning all the ducts in my apartment and then sprayed an antimicrobial cleaner throughout my system. 2 hours later, my allergies have eased dramatically. I can breathe so much better. Luis did an excellent job and I would recommend them again in the future!

My wife and I couldnt be happier. Our mini split was on life-support so I called Millennium this morning, Rick came out much faster than expected and gave us a quote. After the sticker shock wore off, we agreed to replace the old one. We were told originally it would be tomorrow before the new one could be installed. However,a couple of hours later Rick called and said installers could do it today. Enter Ivan and Luis. Pure professional, informative, and you could tell they enjoyed their job. The quality of their work shows as well. We couldnt be happier! Oh, I do want to add that Millenniums quote was $700 less than the other ligitament quote I received!

My A/C was making a noise like tennis shoes tumbling in a dryer when it would turn on. I called the people who installed it 2 years ago and they said it wasnt anything they did and wasnt their problem. I called another company and they said I would have to have all my duct work replaced at around $4000.00 and the third company I called came out and diagnosed the problem but said they would not do duct work but told me I needed a sheet metal company and charged me for a service call.I called Millennium and they sent Rick (no charge) to diagnose the problem and give an estimate to repair the problem. He said there were 2 possible fixes and if the first repair didnt work they would try the other repair.Needless to say, I am writing a 5 star review because they did a wonderful job (no more tennis shoes in the tumbler noise). They fixed the problem, were knowledgeable, courteous and stood by their word.

Still waiting for them to fix or replace a noisy unit. Been going on since February.This is a new unit that is very noisy. They came out to repair it and didn’t. Kept making commitments to come back and do something and then not following through.Lets be clear. I was their customer when I put a 5 star review. Now that there is a problem Im not? How convenient.The units are noisy, but one more so than the other. One unit is 71db and the other is 90db. (see proof below)This is not similar. Actually, the 90db unit violates the noise ordinances in our town.But he wants to play the victim because he sold a defective unit and wont man-up and fix it. I dont trust people like this that manipulate the scenario and dont live up to their commitments.I would not recommend using them. Im reaching out directly to Carrier so they know who is repping their equipment.Do not hire.

I went with Millennium over the other bids I had for 2 reasons 1st was their professionalism when they showed up for the evaluation and 2nd their pricing. They weren’t the cheapest but they did have 0% interest for 48 months. The guys just finished my installation and I couldn’t be happier. They were able to schedule an appointment with our tenant quickly, and adjusted to their available schedule. They also provide regular text update when there are changes with the appointment. They sent a photo of the technician on the day of the job, and a tracker when they are on the way. Fixed the job quickly and smoothly.

The technician had zero regard for our home. Left a mess in every room he entered and worked in. The technician was asked if the repair they were advising would take care of the issue and the response was yes. They made the repair and it didn’t fix the issue. $400 repair that took 20 minutes to complete. I called the owner and he actually refunded the money which was the right thing to do and even had another owner come back out and the checked the attic and advised the repair that was needed was more insulation. Different repair/fix from the first guy that came out. Damaged my vents and the owner offered to replace them, advised him that was fine. It’s been almost two weeks since that conversation and the response was, “we are trying to find the vents”. No follow-up about the vents, I got the update because I called them. For me it’s a 50/50 shot when calling this company. They seemed like they cared about the bad second visit, but no follow up about the vents that THEY offered to replace. Hopefully in the future they follow up with customers and care more about helping others than just a good review. The owner did try to make it right, just no follow through with the vent replacement.
