I been using Global A/C and heating for the maintenance of my units for quite sometime now, and I couldn’t be happier with there service. This company truly exemplifies professionalism and integrity. The staff are very honest and always go above and beyond to insure everything is running smoothly. There experience and attention to detail give me peace of mind knowing that my units are in good hands. Highly recommended!

I called them they were very quick to book me to come and clean my ac of about 2 years . They can promptly at about 10 am . After that it was down hill from there. They weren’t able to get the coil down it was too hard. They ripped the frame from the air duct they even moved it. They never asked me permission as to if they were able to do that. Called the company owner was not professional was mad about me complaining about it because his guys were here for 4hrs trying to figure it out. He even told me why was I making a big deal out of it?! How professional was that? I mean of course I am going to be mad why because it wasn’t like that ! They damaged my property and he expects me to be okay with that? He stated they had fixed the issue that was not fixed that is just putting a band aid over it thinking I wouldn’t say anything about it. Worse experience ever!! Never again getting this compay!

Hi. My house needed a replacement AC unit which I was charged 6600. The service was excellent, quick, and detailed. Anything that was done was explained to me so I understood what was happening as a home owner. Some important details for consumers:1. Roland will answer personally to all calls and concerns.2. Global AC works with Goodman so expect that unit brand to be installed3. Workers get a bonus for their hard work on the house (contigent on good feedback from customers)4. The price might be above some competitors (the lowest I found was $5500), but I called 8 different business and none of them had the warranty that Roland offers (10 years labor, parts, and condenser)Overall I was very pleased with the work done and I would recommend global AC to anyone needing a new AC.

Global AC and Heating really came through for my family today June 13th 2024 . I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone needing help with service...Global AC and Heating provided excellent service! They were professional, punctual, and did a great job installing the correct parts that my AC unit needed without trying to hoodwink me into buying a new system. The technicians were courteous and explained everything clearly. Just as I thought they would.And to top it off, just as the technicians were about to wrap up the job the Owner Roland Perez pulled up to personally inspect the project that his crew completed.. As you can imagine to my surprise.. to see the actual owner pull up was very impressive.Mr. Perez professionalism really shows just how much he really cares.highly recommend them! Technicians Roland, Carlos and Mathew. (Apologize if names are wrong) arrived early morning when its coolest for everybody, worked very hard till about sunset in and out of super hot attic of 100+ summer heat to install a new AC system and got the job magnificently done! Kind, curtious and professional. Ensuring commitment and satisfaction. Allowed them to do what need to be done. Superb expertise of knowledge in explaining information. The new AC unit operates wonderfuly, keeps house COOL, allowing breath ability and sleep once again. Most appreciative of their accomplishing efforts. They certainly saved us this summer! 🌅❄️

Over the years I have used Global A/C & Heating at two different residences on several occasions for both maintenance and repairs. Each time the professionalism, honesty, and work ethic of the technicians and the owner have not failed to impress. On this last occasion I called them late afternoon and they were able to come by the same day, after normal business hours, to trouble shoot my A/C issue. I could tell they had already had a long day when they arrived, but none the less they maintained their professional demeanor as they greeted me and throughout the entire time they worked to diagnose the problem. They carefully listed as I explained what had been occurring with the A/C system. They were able to diagnose the problem, unfortunately it was a major component that had to be ordered. The very next day they called me and informed me they were able to track down the component locally and that the determined the part was still covered under the manufacturers warranty. That alone saved me a great deal of money! The next day Tech Trevor Spencer arrive promptly, installed the component, and verified my A/C system was back in working order! Mr. Spencer was very courteous and professional. Great work sir! Global A/C & Heating keep up the good work.

Chuy did a great job, he explained every detail on what was wrong with the ac and did a good job fixing it. We were satisfied with his work and service, we strongly recommend Chuy and Global Ac and Heating.

My downstairs unit stopped cooling my house on Tuesday night. I called Global A/C Wednesday morning at 7:30, thinking I would have to leave a message. I was pleasantly surprised to get an answer from Roland (the owner). He was able to schedule two technicians to come over and assess the problem with my downstairs unit. Cesar and Cruz punctually arrived for the appointment, and immediately got to work. They discovered a Freon leak in the coils and said they would have to order a new coil for the unit. Maggie, who is really awesome, called me about a half hour later and gave me an estimate for the repair. We are on year eight of the original 10 year warranty, so all of the cost of replacement was covered, except the Freon. Maggie scheduled the repair for the following morning, and again, Cesar and Cruz arrived as scheduled. They were very professional, neat (cleaned up all the mess), and did a great job of repairing/replacing my a/c unit. Roland stopped by in the afternoon to make sure everything was going as planned. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to see the owner at the job site. I would definitely recommend Global A/C and Heating to anyone looking for a professional, honest air conditioning company.

I called Global ac this morning for a price quote and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable a new ac unit was. Customer service and install technicians were outstanding. Very professional installers that walk you through the install from start to finish. Financing was a breeze with very affordable payments. Im extremely pleased overall with Global ac and would refer them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you global ac for making my home a comfortable one.I just want to update this review. Ive had this unit for a couple of years now and its been a very good unit. I had minor issues but thanks to the owner, Roland, the issues are quickly resolved. Roland is very responsive and is always willing to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Thank you Roland for always being there to take care of any issues. I was in search for a new A/C unit and found myself calling Global A/C. I made an appointment and held my breath because I had already done this process before in my former home. Ruben came to my home introduced himself and I immediately realized he’s professional, polite, and had a great attitude. He answered all my questions like the pricing for the A/C unit, how many tons I needed, and financing and yes my financing was processed. Ruben called all over for two three ton A/C units he bent over backwards to satisfy my request. Well, he was successful and Ruben told me he would come the next day to install the units with three employees to finish the job in one day. Roland the owner came by to double check my home square footage. I am very happy to have met a company who goes above and beyond for their customers. Global AC has come out to do coil cleaning a few times, and their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Both times, there have been issues that needed clarifying and both times the owner himself, Roland, left me with a surplus of information that made me feel assured that I was getting excellent service from a professional company that cares about its customers and the valley. I strongly recommend Global AC for your coil cleaning needs. Also, their prices are better than others. I checked.

Great service and quick response. Roland answered my call and was very professional. He had someone at my house within 1 hour. Bobby, showed up to my home to service my a/c unit. Bobby was knowledgeable and provided options on replacing my AC unit. They also gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time they would be coming back to my home to replace my old AC Unit. I called Global Ac & heating because my heater wasnt working and they send out someone within an hour. They were super friendly! They are also very clean! & Thats a big one for me, I cant stand when people come in my home dirtying everything with their hands or shoes.

Well, after our 5-ton unit broke down here at home, Global A/C installed the new unit the very next day. I would highly recommend Global A/C to anyone!

Over all my experience with Global A/C & Heating was great! They offer an awesome payment plan and great customer service. Unfortunately due to my move back from out of state my house was very cluttered with boxes, the installers George and Victor were very patient and worked around it and got the job done fast. They are very friendly and respectful hard workers. The supervisor Jordan also came and inspected the job and made sure everything was done correctly. Mr Perez also came out and explained what would be done. They were an awesome team and were very helpful by answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend Gobal A/C & Heating to everyone!

Selling After 4 years with this unit that was installed . I have had 6 coils, 2 compressors, 2 dryers 3 capacitors replaced. I was sold a junk Goodman 4 ton unit. Watch what they sell you because you will spend thousands of dollars just trying to up keep your ac. I still have 6 years of warranty and will probably go buy a complete system else elsewhere. I have paid for 2 complete systems with the money I have spent repairing this junk unit. I paid $7238.00 for a over priced lead weight and thousands more in repairs. Watch those sly words when dealing with this company you will regret it in the long run. BUYER BEWARE!!! Yes I am a customer !!! Your selling junk. Dont give me your not a customer excuse and you havent installed a compressor in ten years. I have the proof of the statement above if your smart you will look in your files. You installed our unit 4 years ago in Alton, just because my wife used her maiden name does not mean Im not a customer. Once you find out go check with the a/c warehouse in Pharr and see what has been replaced with the serial number then maybe you will be ashamed of your reply. I have nothing to hide just stating the facts. Once you check on everything, thing that has been replaced with the warehouse you can change your reply to, he was telling the truth!. Dont give me your not a customer excuse. Nice try when you get a bad review, if you cant take the heat get out of the fire. Nice try! Respectfully. Customer with a 4 ton anchor.

They arrived to my home ASAP, I had a concern about mold in a new built home. They cleaned out the system and gave me peace of mind. My family and I were able to breathe better immediately clearing out sinus irritations caused by dust accumulation from Construction of home.I am 💯 satisfied and will definitely use them for my maintenance needs! Maggie was the person I got in contact with for scheduling a visit. Very professional and efficient.

The technician (Alfredo) had our A/C issue diagnosed and repaired in under an hour. He was friendly and conscientious and wasted no time. He probably saved us from a house fire as well since the issue was a shorted electrical line in the attic!

I called this company to replace my old air conditioning system. The owner Mr. Perez was very honest, nice and respectable. Although the ac was a little more expensive then we thought he allowed our family a great payment plan so we could purchase the ac. His workers came the next day on time and are very nice. They completed the job and the house was super cool. I will recommend this company to all my family, friends and neighbors.

The technician Alfredo was very knowledgeable on my questions and had a lot of feedback on things he noticed while doing maintenance on my ac unit. I really liked that he had actual feedback for me instead of just checking the unit and saying everything looked good. Very professional and excellent service!

I had global AC install a complete air conditioning system and my Park model on the lake at canyon lake RV. Not only was a service impeccable the owner showed a direct interest in how to place the unit and made sure it was done properly, professionally, at a reasonable price. I didnt want the cheapest I wanted a good quality cuz I lived there full-time and I will be there for the rest of my life most likely. And the owner took extra time with me to explain the quality of the unity was putting in. In summary, I would highly recommend global AC as you only real place to get your AC work done in the mission area.

Alfredo was the tech that went to my moms house, he was efficient, professional and explained everything he was doing so my mom knew and understood the situation. He cleaned up after himself and was very respectful, definitely recommend this business and Im glad they were able to fix the problem quickly.

There are no words to explain how good this company is. My AC went out yesterday, and they were here the next morning at 8:30 am. Ruben diagnosed the problem and said that they needed to order the part and would be at my house a little after lunch - Sure enough they showed up at 1:30 and made the repair. My kids were grateful and the techs showed a level of professionalism that I dont see very often. Later that evening I noticed that my ac was not at the temp I wanted - Called the owner and he mentioned to me that it could take between 4 and 6 hours to get the hot air out of my house. Two hours later my ac was working like he said it would - I thank all the hard working employees like Ruben and the owner Roland for all their help. Miguel did an excellent job today! He took the time to trouble shoot my issue and fix the problem. I had about three previous service calls with two other technicians due to the same problem and my AC issue continued while paying a service fee of $81.18 each time for no remedy to the issue. I appreciate you Miguel for taking the time to finally find the issue and fix it.

Great service and support. Had issues with my compressor, they came out to do yearly maintenance and a service call. Seems the yearly maintenance work resolve my compressor issue at the same time. they were kind enough to only charged me the yearly maintenance and not a service. Highly recommend them, great supporting and customer service.

I called Global AC during the weekend and Jordan came by and answered all our questions and let us know that they also do payment plans which was a huge Plus for us they installed my new AC unit on Wednesday. I have to say Im very pleased with the work Jordan and George did. I even like that Roland the owner came by in the morning with them and let us know what they were going to be doing and that we were in good hands. Ive already noticed a huge difference with this new unit it works way better than the old one the house had. Its staying cold in all the rooms and my daughter is not coughing anymore right away she stopped and when we would use the old unit she was constantly coughing like I couldnt even turn it on because she would just start coughing. I really want to thank you guys for your work and making this affordable for us because it really helped out a lot with my daughters allergies. Thank you.

This is an excellent company for a/c service. Global A/C and Heatings owner and technicians were honest and friendly. They did great job servicing my a/c equipment. They had me up and running in no time! I will recommend them to my family, friends and co-workers.

My area was in the middle of a heat wave so naturally the A/C went out. I found a sticker on the unit with the name Global on it. I called them and explained that they installed the units but one was broken. Even though we have only lived in the house a short time, the lady at Global was able to find all the information on the units they installed at the house. She was also able to transfer the warranty to us for a small fee. When the tech showed up, he was very polite and went straight to work, fixing the problem in under an hour. We are completely satisfied with the customer service and the tech that worked on the unit. They are honest and reasonably priced. Thanks Global :)

I truly appreciate his consideration of my landscaping while he worked on the outside unit and during the washing of interior unit. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in Roland and his un knowledgeable technicians that were sent to my home 3 times and yet have not been able to address the problem with our fairly new AC unit of about 4 years purchased with them Global Ac. Unfortunately I feel I was only scammed by paying already$600 dollars and of course their policy to collect their service charge before work. Please be aware of Global Ac u Dont want to get scammed.

Bobby and Damien were the ones installing the AC for our house.They removed our broken AC and put on a new one. They were very kind, professional in their job and did everything right. There were no issues whatsoever. The installation was done on the same day and in a quick manner.

The technicians are very pleasant, they were punctual, clean and respectful. Work was done in a professional manner and as far as I can tell everything is working at the moment.I would suggest to anyone dealing with this company to get your estimates in writing and to compare prices for similar work with multiple companies. I ended up paying 2 times ($7500 vs 3400.00) what other companies would charge for similar equipment and work ( I had another similar unit replaced 1 year ago, and that its what I was charged for it). I am still waiting for a detail explanation of the cost, so I can understand why it was so expensive and where the difference is.Why I paid..? I was given the full price when the work was 1/2 done. I learned then that the quote I was given over the phone was by tons ( I needed a 5 tons AC). Most people will just tell you the total for the work, very dubious.I will update this review when we have the first malfunction to see if the 10 year warranty in labor holds as promised ( the manufacturer already offers an excellent 10 year warranty in the unit).

Bobby did a great job. As with all the technicians I have met, he has a particular skill set: professional, knowledgable, friendly, confident, quick and very personable. I always have so many questions and he answered everything to my complete satisfaction. This was same day service, a plus!

Had my yearly Preventative Maintenance done today and was told by Ceasar that my coil needed to be cleaned; Ceasar did a great job cleaning my coil and reinstalling my unit; he answered all my questions and was extremely courteous and helpful! This review goes out to two Global AC & Heating gents: Ruben and George. Thanks for going the extra mile while installing the new ac unit in my home yesterday. From home-made breakfast tacos, to taping air leaks, to opening up closed grilles in the upstairs bedrooms, you cats did it all in thorough and fine fashion. The house was hot all day, yes, but you guys made it all go by as painless as possible. From the entire Moreira family, thanks for everything!

I came home to a hot house , but thanks to global a/c that no longer is the case. They were very responsive and arrived quickly eventhough it was after 5 p.m.. They didnt give up until they figured out the problem. Highly recommend.

I had Mr. Ruben and Mr. George I believe come in to my house to fix a leak but it was more than that and they ended up putting new drainage pipes and fixing the leak; they are very knowledgeable of what they do and work very clean; I highly recommend Ruben and his partner. The prices are very fair compared to what I would’ve had to pay in the long run and they can do payment plans as well if needed.

Had my home HVAC system replaced by Eric and Jorge and they did a great job. They removed the old one and had the new system up and running in few hours. Would definitely recommend Roland and his team for your HVAC needs.

Ruben Ramirez, A/C Technician was quick to analyze what the problem was. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by Global A/C’s response time. I would highly recommend this company!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Their technician stole my kindle last year. This year they inspected my now 2 year old unit (which we paid $4700.00 for). And recommended a coil cleaning for $250.00. Had the coil cleaned and the unit froze up in 4 days. A different technician worked on it and it worked another 4 days. Quit working on July 4th and we had to abandon our home until three days later on Monday. The temperature outside was over 100 degrees. The owner offered to pay for a hotel. On Monday, they replaced the coil, refused to pay for a hotel. Today, July 20, 2015, the unit was again unoperational! The company said they could get a tech out until 2-4 pm (again in 100 degree + weather). The owner says if I call another company my warranty is void!! Had no choice! Bad bad mistake to have given them my business in the first place!! Live and learn.

I paid $81.18 for the company to tell me that theres nothing wrong with my A/C. I was told by Jordan when he sold me into this contract that I never have to worry for ten years but its not even a year and already have problems. Beware when dealing with this company.

I had gone out for lunch with friends and my sister, when we got home, the AC was out. It was 4:00 p. m. I called Global AC and by 4:15 a technician was knocking at my door! He introduced himself as Domingo and immediately got to work on the unit. He was persistent until he found the problem. Made suggestons for us and we couldnt be happier! Terrible experience...I would NEVER recommend it. After dealing with so many local, small businesses such as this one, I think this ones got to be the WORST Ive ever had to deal with.
