The Colair Team did an excellent job on installing our new Furnace/AC unit at our home. They took care to keep the inside work clean and neat and the outdoor work tidy as well. They took care time estimate was less than expected and when they were done everything was clean and tidy as well. They, in all, were very efficient and professional. I would happily recommend this company to anyone needing Heating and AC services!

12/21/2024:: Kudos to Mr Noah Gonzalez, who did a fine job outlining a plan to replace my homes aging HVAC system. He is very professional, has good communication skills, and demonstrates a great deal of knowledge on the subject. I was impressed by the level of effort he made to ensure my satisfaction - giving me a wide range of options in terms of equipment and financing. THANKS to Colair for GREAT products, installation, and above all customer service!! I had my 3 AC units replaced. Day 1 Tyson came over and he was training 2 new techs. As a former teacher I saw how his questioning and patience would be of great value to these new techs. They did outstanding. In day 2 Tyson came again but this time he had Dominque with him. They made an outstanding team. Also, Juan Carlos and Davon worked on the inside units They rebuilt the platforms needed and brought everything up to code. Placing new breaker boxes and doing a very clean job! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the professional work done by Colair and its teams. Colair techs made sure I had units functioning each day and was never left in an uncomfortable environment. I will definitely use Colair in future needs!!

ColAir send us to amazing Tech’s to install our new Carrier 3 Ton A/C.Diddy & Jay are the two tech’s .. I advise there supervisor that I would have breakfast and due to the amazing work the wife and I treated them bar que sandwiches plus cold drinks during the duration off performing the installation. The wife & I feel as long as there doing work for us, we need to keep them from dehydrating for the temp is extremely hot and they require fluid to perform there work.Col Air owner you should be extremely proud of does two tech’.. Plus they were very polite that we enjoyed the most. I also have to mention that our daughter had her a/c installed by your tech’ and she very happy also .. Hot day issue and Colair dispatched fast. Tech Castro was very attentive explained every step. Diagnose the issue quick and explained the repair options and warranty. I can’t express how much I recommend Colair.A few weeks later I scheduled a maintenance and it was cold and rainy Tech C Castillo did the work with a great attitude and took the time to explain the recommended repairs. I had my AC unit replaced in April 2024 by Colair Inc. With this polar freeze that we had in the Valley, I finally had to use the heat on the unit. The unit was set at 78°, but the thermostat showed 53°. The house was freezing. I called Colair on 01/22/25 and Raul Martinez was sent to service the unit the following day. He found the problem and worked diligently to fix it right away. He kept me informed along the way. He documented what he did with photos and cleaned up the area where he worked prior to leaving. Im very happy with the service provided by Colair and especially Raul. Its difficult to find honest businesses with integrity to provide great service and follow up without taking advantage of people who arent savvy with the inner workings of AC repair. Raul was courteous, professional and respectful of my property. Thank you.

Exceptional HVAC Service with a Personal TouchWhen it came time to replace our HVAC system and redo our entire ductwork, we chose Colair Inc. and couldnt be happier with our decision. Noah Gonzalez, the Sales Supervisor/Technician, guided us through the entire process, from the financing application to educating us on what to expect. His expertise and patience were invaluable.The installation team, led by Juan Carlos, was outstanding. Despite the job being scheduled for two days, they completed everything in just one day! Their efficiency, speed, and cleanliness were impressive. The new Goodman HVAC system, recommended by Noah, works flawlessly and has made a noticeable difference in our homes comfort.Colair Inc. delivered top-notch service and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication.

Colair employees are very polite, professional and knowledgeable about their job. The reason I gave 2 stars is their openness about their work order and pricing. I asked for a breakdown of parts/labour and was told that they do not provide such information. The original diagnostic was for 1,400.00+$ including a 99$ service call at which time they replaced the capacitor. They were to come back the next day to replace the fan motor. Overnight I used my furnace / AC extensively and everything was working perfectly. I then checked for parts online which ended up being about 3 to 400$. Finally the next day they came back to close up the front panel. At that point I was charged 312$ for the capacitor ….. online check for a capacitor is 11.99+ tax. In the light of what I witnessed , I do not recommend Colair for their insanely expensive prices and their reluctance to provide detailed billing of labor and parts which in my point of view is the right of a customer to know what they are paying for

I was impressed by the service provided by Eddie and Dominik. I was called ahead to let me know estimated time of arrival which allowed me to complete a couple of errands and not be tied up at home wondering when they’d be here. They immediately got to work on my unit upon arrival and were ever so mindful of not messing up my floors with water and mud from yard due to heavy rain we’ve been experiencing. I was explained in great detail, with pictures, of the work that was performed and I was given options for follow up maintenance and cost of any additional services I may need. These young men are very respectful and earned my trust. They represent their company well and I highly recommend their services.

Eddie Ramirez and Raul B. Provided amazing service. We are northerners from Alaska, that just moved to SPI. We are very unfamiliar with AC units. These 2 guys did an amazing job looking over our system during their tune up and inspection. Provided a lot of valuable information and ways to improve our lung health. Even recommended a product that cleanse the bacteria in the ac ducts.These guys are a true asset to this company, whatever they are being paid...isnt enough. Colair, dont lose these guys from your team!

Our 1989 park model had its original furnace which had been having issues. We called Colair for service and they showed up same day and got us going. We knew we needed a new furnace and they gave us a great price. A big thank you to Francisco Rodriguez Jr and his partner for a great install. They were very professional and considerate of our home and pets. We are up and running and feel much safer. Thank you to Scott and Joe for the original service call and getting us set up for the install.

Eddie R. and Enrique came out and provided a great service. It was fast, efficient, and thorough. They also provided me with some great options that I am definitely going to install on my systems in the future.

I got both indoor and outdoor units brand new installed 2 years ago. Since then, Ive been having reoccurring problems with the AC going out despite keeping up with maintenance (I got their monthly membership to help with maintenance). I last had them come out here in October, and now it’s end of February and the AC is out again. There’s a $90+ fee for a technician to come out here to inspect the unit. The AC has been going out every 4-5 months since it’s been installed.(One star)Update: A technician was sent out to inspect the AC. He was able to fix the issue and the service fee was waived. I appreciate that someone was able to come out here to fix the problem after hours, so I wouldn’t have to miss work tomorrow. The customer service is great! (Bumped to three stars for efficiency and customer satisfaction)

After leaving a great review for Coolair, I feel the need to retract it. We signed up for the twice a year cleaning and they came out. While up in the attic, Carlos dropped a metal canister. We were in the other room and he said “everything is fine.” After him leaving I noticed our hall rug was beside the wall and when I moved it, there was a big hole in our new floor. They sent a repairman out and ‘fixed’ the hole. It looks terrible. I sent them a message two weeks ago and have still heard nothing. Sad that people damage your home, hide it, and think you’re going to want them to do another service. Not as reputable as those commercials make them sound.

Adrian Garcia and Enrique Lopez both are very knowledgeable about A/C systems. They were able to diagnose and find my compressor problem and helped me research the warranty which was good. As a result I am able to replace and repair my rental A/C system. Good professional help from them!!!

Raul Martinez was our technician today. He explained everything he did, and fixed what needed to be fixed. We also added the UV air cleaner. His work was interrupted by our park shutting off the water. The unit needed more insulation, so he went to get that while waiting for the water to be turned on again. He apologized for taking a lot of time. But with the water issue and the extra fixing, the time was warranted. Very nice young man!!! I hope we see him again.

Today we had a maintenance check for our A/C. Technician Eddie Silva provided excellent service, was punctual and friendly. He explained to my mom in great detail what he was doing, he also made some suggestions on how we could optimize the unit. A job that would of taken 2 days to completed they finished in a 1 day (14 hrs shift). I recently bought a whole house water filtration system from Col-Air and it was a great investment. I now feel better about drinking our city produced water, not to mention using such clean water to wash clothes and to shower with. From the sales personnel who came to our house to test the water, plus the installers who did an excellent job and arrived on schedule to do the install, Col-Air runs a professional and customer friendly business. The follow up meeting was with Mr. Luis Palacios; he insured the system was running as intended and gave instructions as needed. Luis left us his number and said to call him should anything come up. I would strongly recommend buying a whole house water softening and filtration system from Col-Air.
