They addressed all our inquiries and provided valuable guidance on maintaining our AC units longevity. I highly recommend them for future servicing or installation needs. I also appreciated he had shoe covers when I asked for our baby’s protection since we don’t wear shoes in our home. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

I am so impressed with the service provided! The technicians came out to do a tune-up paid for by CPS. They did a great job and didn’t try to sell me any extra services. After they were done and left, I went outside and saw that they even removed my recycling bin from the street and put it away. Above and beyond what was expected. Thank you so much ☺️

The two gentlemen that came were very respectful of the home. Really informative! Gave me feedback of some tips and tricks I could do. But overall not much needed to be done. But they still spent a good time at the home double checking and fully inspecting. Highly recommend

They came to do a free ac tune up through CPS. Miguel proceeded to inspect everything thoroughly and turns out our system was in pretty good condition they just added refrigerant to specs. Very professional, informative, and friendly.

These men are absolutely the BEST in the A/C business! Noe is extremely professional and he upholds the highest standards when it comes to installation or repair. Noe is not only a man of God but he is very knowledgeable and fair with A/C installation, prices, and customer service. I had an emergency situation on Mother’s Day and Noe responded without hesitation. It is hard to find honest work in the RGV nowadays but these men are the REAL DEAL and go above and beyond. Ive had years of bad service with OTHER A/C companies and Artic One has been a true blessing, GOD sees them.

The Arctic one technicians, Miguel and Pi, were extremely polite and professional. The units were inspected, serviced, and cleaned, and two small issues were found and corrected. Now.my AC unit will be more efficientl and cheaper to operate.

Edit to my newest experiences:Ive had several follow-ups done. However, it has become a trend that I have to call to set one up (when I was told i would get called). The day of the appointment comes, and the team is always late, and I have to call to find out what the delay is about. I understand things happen, but these are several occurences in a row. The people are kind, but the communication and punctuality need work.Gentleman was very nice and thouroughly explained what he did with photos. Ive been looking into replacing my system, and he was kind enough to provide me with quotes and the payment process.

I used Artic One for AC maintenance last year, everything was perfect... few days ago I tried to book my annual service again and called 4 days in a row, everytime they said they will call back for further detail and nothing!!! Not professional at all!

Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered my call at 10:15 PM on Saturday and came to my house and fixed my A/C unit in a timely manner. He explained to me the problem and was very honest, respectful, and professional at all times. He and is worker were always wearing a mask and using appropriate PPE at all times.
