SERVPRO of San Juan

If you look you’ll find two write-ups I made on ServPro.I just want everyone to know these guys are professionals and very capable.The discovery of water damage and demolition went quickly. De-humidifiers running 24/7 for five days was hard to live with but necessary to dry the walls. They applied treatment to the kitchen wall boards to kill both green and black mold.They finished yesterday my kitchen’s rebuilding.Their motto “like it never happened” isn’t just words. They mean it.I was sitting in my front room last night watching tv and I looked around. I couldn’t believe it looked exactly like it did seven weeks ago.I highly recommend ServPro both in demolition and rebuilding. I found their office personnel very courteous and efficient.Their work crews appear to love their work. I personally spoke with many if them and they know their jobs well. I liked their su-contractors too.Eddie was my re-build supervisor. I saw him daily throughout the job. He made very good recommendations about the job that made sense and made me happy.Rudy was a paint sub-contractor and he and his men were meticulous in getting everything just right.Like it never happened.Believe it..

The staff was very professional and courteous. They responded quickly and were very flexible working around our hours of operation. The working crew was great they kept us informed throughout the process; they even took the time to explain the forms that needed to be signed as well. At the end of the day, they cleaned everything up and disposed of all trash. Their customer service is excellent.

The crew that came in to clean our home was very polite and professional. They did an amazing job getting the smoke smell out of our home.

Highly recommended! Our tech Tomas Garcia helped us out so much and explained the whole process thoroughly, even gave us honest options which in my opinion was very appreciated. His helper Omar Garza was awesome. Both treated us with a smile and made us feel this was the best solution to our problem. Your DREAMTEAM Rolando, Omar, & Andres came to the rescue at our house today!! A water leak almost ruined our Saturday! If it wasn’t for these hardworking young men the damage to our house would have been much extensive! These guys deserve a raise ❤️❤️❤️

Servpro, was able to repair an entire section of my home in just a few days. Water mitigation is a rough process, but Allan and his team, Jose and Louis, made the experience very seamless and pain free! From raining inside of my house { A/C unit leakage}, to brand new! Thank you guys and lets pray I never have this issue again, but if I do, definitely calling on you again!
