J&J Heating & Air Conditioning

I hired this company to work on my A/C and change the old circular vents to linear vents. The owner completed the upgrades on the ductwork. However, I’ve been waiting weeks for the new vents to come, the A/C copper pipe was not installed properly and the position of a new vent was not installed correctly which I had to fix out of my own money. Please stay away them if you want work done in a timely manner. Owner is giving me the runaround telling me dates and never sending anyone to finish the work his company started.

I received multiple quotes for service to my air handler unit. J & J had the best price, and they did great work. Their technicians were quick, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. Will do business again.

I have used them in the past. Technicians are great and professional. The problem is theyre too busy, never answer the office phones, dont return calls, and dont show up to the prearranged times. If you are busy, thats fine, but be honest and say you cant take the job. Dont leave the customer waiting for 2 days just to not show up. I needed service again, and no shows!
