Diesel Fleet Care/Iron Shark Tow and Transports owner is great and down to earth.Owner Roman Garcia answered and was not at all rude and giving attitude like alot do. He took care of my Rig from beginning to end. Truck turned off on the side of the road and didnt turn on. My wife called and was able to get a quote from them. Which was the lowest she and I could find. The tow operator, Juan, arrived and was very professional and nice. Wait time was around 45 min. Truck was worked on Thursday and was ready to pick up Friday morning. As soon as Owner Roman Garcia found out problem I was notified. Told me his plan on the fix. Got the job done without guessing here n there. A true professional. Thank you very much for having my truck ready like you promised without breaking my pocket. Lets keep this business going we need more Shops like this. God bless you all!

Had a great experience. Very professional, explained everything to me as to what was going on with my vehicle. Quality service and friendly environment. The shop is one of the more organized and cleaner shops I have seen. Had an overall awesome experience and would reccomend to others who need quality work and at great prices.

I bring the truck for problem to star the ignition ( it has a hard time to star the engine). They make the diagnostic ($500 wich consist in $125 to plug the computer and $375 for troubleshooting diagnostic). Fix some problems, replace the diesel pump and fix wire of the computer this improved the ignition but the root cause was not found it. Call back to let them know and the answer was It can be thousands of problems thats an old truck (2007)and do not take the responsibility of wrong diagnostic. I give them 2 stars because the truck improved , but the problem still there.

Very well maintained shop, came across it when I was in a jam and they helped me through my vehicular crisis. The employees were very friendly and professional, very kind and welcoming. Was content with the time it took them to diagnose the problem and have it repaired and at an affordable price. Completely recommend to others.
