A/C Heater would not turn on. Contacted US Air and Heating for a warranty claim and they sent their service tech within 3 hours. A/C techarrived then diagnosed the problem and made the nessesary repairs within an hour.Great customer service, highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Mr. Serrano was very professional from answering all our questions to the installation of a new unit at our home. The process was explained in detail and the job was done within the time frame proposed! Highly recommeded for all you HVAC needs!!!

After the tech checked all units…he did not put the ceiling lid to the attic back on, which I reported to their dispatch. And after the tech added freon to my smaller and larger outside units…the larger unit began to make hissing noises. They did come to assess and said it was fixed, but has continued making hissing noises.
