BOUGHT A DR stump Grinder..3,500 $ from TSC WORTHLESS never worked trying to get Refund tsc is good but through a company in Tennessee. Watch out warranty and 250 $ extended warranty is debateable fighting it.Now from what I Saw at MAE.. I screwed up should have checked them out sales service parts .is Awesome.. as soon as I get refund I will head toward my new honest purchase..🤨.

A lot of knowledgeable people that can help you with your lawn or lawn service. They have the major brands and provide service as well.

They either need a new phone system, or a gatekeeper to monitor who is on hold for ever and ever.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. This is NOT just a lawn mower shop! They are an authorized Cummins Onan repair facility. They performed a repair on my RV Onan generator, under warranty, due to a safety recall. I also asked them to change the oil in my generator, for which I paid their standard labor rate of $42 for 1/2 hour (plus oil disposal fee and tax). I was extremely happy with their work and their staff and highly recommend them!

Not once but second time I order parts from them but Quick to charge me and haven’t received the part and it’s been 2weeks

Went for a warranty repair on a string trimmer , but the individual that assisted me, advised my issue is maintenance due to his experience. I offered to still leave it but he insisted it’s a simple repair and there would be a fee to diagnose problem. I had no issue paying but his bad attitude made me take my business elsewhere.

I was hesitant to rate this business but gave it a 3 star based on my phone conversation. I called for info on a husquava chainsaw carb service and was told they rarely did those but could. The man also said that there was a 2 week delay in getting it worked on if I took it there. They would charge $85 per hour plus parts. Decided to do it myself and saved much time and only spent about $35 overall.

This place is legit! My Honda HRX17 was having issues with the self propelled system. They fixed it and made it better than when I got it new a few months earlier. Some little adjustments were made to give it a little more power and the self propelled system was fixed flawlessly. Best part besides the professional service is that they are very reasonable with their prices. I am a very happy camper!

Took my ms170 to get looked at that I had only a couple of months that had just been purchased but is no longer working had bought close to 70 or more of the same model never had a problem until purchased here .when I took it to them to fix it still under warranty they said it would cost me around 200$ which was crazy because I had just bought it and I didnt even pay that much but how I told the guy you live and you learn wont purchase here again

I had originally got a quote from Oscar, but Casey was the one I spoke with when I went there. He answered all my questions and was honest with about the question I had. I also like the fact he has been there 26 years! Definitely on the short list.

Unfortunately Im going to give it a 3 for this time might improve dont know yet. My husband ordered a part for our lawn mower tractor we are going on the third week and if we dont go and ask if part arrived which has not, they dont even notify us apparently it was going to take 7 days for part to get here now they said will call to check on the order to give it another 7 days so lets see what happens.

Terrible terrible place sold me a dirty or used band not only that but wrong size too ... go back to get it exchanged at least to the right size and had the adastity to tell me to buy another on and throw what I had ... seriously. ... then offered me a 10% discount never going back here again ! Worst customer service ever !!!

I will never shop again at this place again. There customer service is horrible i bought a Honda mower there when i got home it would not work they switched it with a new one. Went home used once and stoped work i took it in for service. They have had it for about four week and havent reached out to use. To see what the problem is. I call the store an talk to service they did not know what they had done to it. He said he would call us back 2 days later still havent received a call. When i call the number it hangs up on me..

CALLED PHONE RANG MANY TIME THEN A ANSWERING MACHINE SAID WE ARE BUSY TRY AGAIN LATER. IF YOU CAN NOT ANSWER PHONE IN PERSON OR TAKE A MESSAGE AND CALL ME BACK WHY DO I WANT TO KEEP CALLING AND GETTING HUNG UP ON BY A MACHINE?
