Always a great customer service experience.especially with our animals lol. Each technician is so friendly and knowledgeable. No one wants to hear they have a problem. Today they got us right onto the schedule and Joe explained everything in a way that makes sense. And hopefully keeps us comfortable in our home and keeps all the equipment in proper working order. Ashley always picks up the phone and is so great! She definitely makes us smile! Keep up the good work.

I had a problem with my tankless water heater and the amt of water coming out of my faucet. James was the technician and he did an awesome job! He was knowledgeable and professional as well as educational. It was installed by a contractor and James explained the problem and repaired the issue. This is my new go-to company for all plumbing issues we have!!

I never leave comments, but I thought this time I had to make an exception. My mother is elderly, with 24 hour caregivers. I showed up at her home on a Friday afternoon and was told by the caregiver that they had no hot water. I checked the hot water heater and it was working, but no hot water was flowing through the pipes. I called at around 3pm, and a technician was there by 4 pm. He discovered an unnecessary sensor on the hot water heater wasnt working as its battery had run out. The sensor had then cut off the water flow. The technician disconnected the sensor, and voila! Hot water was flowing freely! I fully anticipated she would go the weekend without hot water. Thank you, Dial One Johnson!

Dan proved experience is a valuable asset.Although it is very hot in my attic Dan did not hesitate to enter in order to verify the air handler motor has loose shaft bearings.I heard Dan express joy saying “easy fix”. Dan immediately found the issue of manufacturer insulation had came loose and was logged in the fan. This insulation caused the fan to become out of balance resulting in the low frequency noise I heard as the home owner.End result was a huge savings as the fan motor did not need to be replaced after Dan removed the insulation that had gotten stuck in the fan fins.Dan has proven his integrity and professional attitude that is refreshing as a home owner.I highly recommend and endorse Dan Richtertal and Dial One for your AC service needs.

Technician arrived during designated time to check airconditioning system! Joe explained the service he would be checking out. He eventually suggested a new motor that would use less energy when the air conditioner starts. Also suggested cleaning out a pipe that was backed up with water. Got the work done and explained the process in a way I understood! Very personable and professional.

I thought for what was done a short time on site it was high$$$$$. I know parts wouldn’t have been more than $35-$40 so $220 for 20-30 minutes labor is more than we want to pay in the future on very simple toilet tank fixes.

Shortly after buying a new home in Cedar Hill, Texas, we found out that our upstairs A/C unit wasnt working. Since we had previously had great results using Dial One Johnson for issues with our hot water heaters, we contacted them for help with our A/C.Jose R. was the Dial One HVAC technician who responded. From start to finish, Jose did a superb job taking care of our HVAC issues. He ran diagnostics and identified the issue. He gave us several options for taking care of the problem.Since both our HVAC systems were older ones and it didnt appear they had been well maintained in prior years - we asked to just have them both replaced (this wasnt pushed on us - we opted to do it so that we could have a fresh start with the HVAC systems in our new home).Within days, Jose had a fantastic, hard-working crew come to our house to install the new HVAC systems. He stopped in periodically to make sure that the HVAC installation work was being properly done, and he and other team members returned to tend to a few other tasks and to clean our air ducts. Every aspect of their work was professionally and promptly performed. The service providers were respectful of our home and took great care to clean up stuff after their work was done. They were friendly and informative, and Jose maintained great communication with us throughout the entire process.When the city inspector came out afterwards to inspect Dial One Johnsons work, they found no issues at all with any of the work Dial One Johnson had performed.We are loving the improved A/C air flow throughout our home and we appreciate the outstanding degree of care and thoroughness that everyone from Dial One Johnson put into their work.Thank you Jose and Dial One Johnson! My experience from the initial call to the actual service was top notch. Kerlin arrived ealier than I expteced which was great. The description of the problem Kerlin gave was very accurate and he did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. The work he perform was pretty quick and the workmanship look good.

Upon request, they arrived the next day to see if the issue we were having was related to the repair work they had done several months ago. Once they confirmed it was not related, they checked for other possible causes and made a professional recommendation to address the issue, all without charge.I highly recommend this company.

First of all, Mr. Emmett was EVERYTHING!!! He was super early and arrived IMMEDIATELY. There was almost no wait and once he arrived, he identified the issue almost immediately with the AC unit and began to work. He engaged everyone in the home and was very warm and down to earth. Called to replace my water main. Dial One wanted to charge a service charge just to give an estimate but this was waved when I told them there were others that gave free estimates. Very friendly and professional service tech. I did not go with Dial One because I obtained four other estimates which were within a few hundred dollars of each other. Dial One was $3400.00 more than the highest other bidder. I can understand a few hundred dollars but $3400.00! No thank you!

Had a fairly new water heater start leaking and the original company that had replaced it wouldnt send anyone out for over a week. I called Dial One and they sent someone right over and it was replaced under warranty they are awesome. I highly recommend them.
