If you want to hire someone who doesnt take pride in their work or are unprofessional, then you better call another company. HALLS ROOTER AND PLUMBING WERE INCREDIBLE!! Needed a new hot water heater on short notice and they were able to get me in the same day. Joe Heredia had wonderful professionalism and definitely took pride in his work. He was easy to talk to and ask any question or concerns about. The new water heater install looked so much better and cleaner (plumbing in correctly and neatly). He kept the workspace tidy and cleaned up when the job was done. Halls Rooter & Plumbing will be the only company I ever call in the future for any and all plumbing needs!Thanks Joe and Team!

Hall’s plumbing has been a great company to work with. Twice now I’ve had brass Pex fittings fail inside the wall and Hall’s Plumbing has been there to make the repair. Matthew was the plumber that came both times. Very professional. Extremely nice. He went right to work both times explaining everything as he went along. This last repair he had to pull the tub to get to the fitting. I appreciate that he tried everything he could to not have to pull the tub, but it became necessary. He replaced the bad fitting as well as all the other brass fittings to avoid another leak. I was impressed by the care he took in removing the tile, making sure only to remove what was necessary. What a great guy and a great plumbing company.

Absolutely horrible customer service when you call them up and request some type of service they seem like you’re a burden to them almost as if they don’t want business while rushing you off the phone. I’m definitely going to make sure to let all my fellow chamber of commerce members and contractors in the area know to never use Halls Plumbing In Midland, Texas. I wish I could add a negative star.

My Tech (Michael) was awesome! He was very polite and explained everything about what he did and answered all my questions without hesitation. I am very happy with the service I received today. Ill definitely keep calling Halls when I need work done!

I own a hotel in Odessa tx(Ramada inn), and I know how stressful it can get when I have blocked sewer lines and leaking pipes. But stress is now a thing of the past when I started using Halls rooter and plumbing, every time I call them for service I have someone at my hotel right away within 15 to 30 minutes, seems like faster service than 911 dispatch. I have known and dealt with a lot of plumbers and rooters but now there is only ONE. Randy, Sam and kneely are the greatest people(owners)I know very humble and helpful. Highly recommend them.

I had a leak at night and my house was flooded, called a few plumbers but couldn’t get anyone to understand my situation or help me right away. I got Halls plumbing number from my friend and it was a blessing, they came and stopped my leak and solved a big problem for me. Definitely my plumber for life.

As a tenant your worst nightmare is a mega water leak on a Holiday weekend. I called the property management company and Ray with Halls called back in less than an hour. He advised that he was finishing a job and would be to help us in less than an hour. Ray arrived when he said he would and had to dig out the water shut off at the street as it was buried. Once he had the water off; he identified that the seals in the hot and cold water handles had gone bad. He replaced the seals and advised us how to possibly get a credit with the Water Utility. Ray went the extra mile to assist us. He communicated clearly; he solved our problem in less than an hour. Professionals like Ray are really hard to find. If you have a plumbing issue; call Halls. They are terrific people to do business with

AZ with Halls Rooter & Plumbing liner division did an excellent job repairing a cracked cast iron pipe in one of my bathrooms. Other plumbing companies had trouble diagnosing the problem but Halls found the issue quickly. They were able to install a liner and avoided jackhammering the slab. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend!

Our hot water heater went out and we found it close to the end of the day the weekend before Christmas and Chris and Jeremy came out and fixed it, they are very respectful and courteous went above and beyond to make sure things were working properly after repairs. We are truly thankful for their service.

Dustin came out as soon as he could to help us. We let him know that the house had the water shut off. He worked as fast as he could, he did excellent work, great at communicating and went above and beyond. They are a trusted and reliable company. He sent me photos for progress and showed me the before and after.

Halls rep was very thorough and personable explaining everything well so I could understand. Timing on report was a bit delayed but having a thorough report is the important part. Hard to find companies that do a good job on this stuff and Halls is one company I would recommend. Thanks AZ!!

July 2024 The guys were professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost of replacing the hot water heater was less than I expected. Very pleased with the service. Thanks guys!Sept. 27, 2024 I discovered I had a slab leak. He found it, fixed it and did an excellent job. A little dust but no mess. Did a great job patching it up too.

I wont be calling anyone else when we have plumbing issues. I highly recommend Halls for anyone needing plumbing service. Each time Ive called with a problem Ive been very pleased with how efficient the folks at Halls scheduled arrived and completed repairs at a fair price. Wouldnt use anyone else, Im impressed with your company and personal. Great job!

Cons: Details of the bill were not shared until after the work was done and paid. The hours charged (4) did not coincide with the hours spent at our house (2...maybe 2 1/2 and if rounded up, may be charged for 3??) and time away to pick up parts etc. They advised that it is only based on time at our home (so..maybe 3 hours of rounded).The estimate given on the initial call was an hourly rate of $155 plus parts. We paid $230 an hour ($155 an hour for the plumber PLUS $77 an hour for the helper).We did reach out and the company states that GPS can confirm 3 hours and 45 minutes at our home...but we were home and our cameras can confirm they were not here. The company did not comment on hourly rate not being disclosed nor on the fact that paper estimates/invoices are not given ahead of work being done.Pros: Work was completed and passed inspections. They added us to the schedule within 2 days of calling to replace/repair gas line.Side notes and context of pricing for reference ....my husband and I were able and willing so we dug up the gas line ahead of the plumber coming to decrease our cost and hours on site. Our gas line was less than 10 ft and all elbows and risers were replaced. Total cost was $828 in parts the remainder of the $1800 bill was labor. I know many have had much longer gas lines, larger bills and are not able to do the physical labor so I based my review only on my situation and information/numbers for reference.Hope this helps anyone looking.

I called a little after noon time. Tech showed up with a new water heater around 2:30pm. Great timing and the tech was nice. I asked him real quick about a few questions for my home warranty and he handled it very well. Didn’t skip a beat, few hours in and out. I appreciate the quick response and work done. I had to be gone for work out of town for two week and leaving the next day. Timing was great! Would be good if they worked with home warranty companies directly, but I also understand why they don’t.

Young inexperienced kid. Tried charging for over an hour of service when they had only been there 45 minutes. Did not fix plumbing issues. Never sent quote, called several times, they never followed up.

Nick was a great technician and fixed my tankless water heater within 4 hours. Quick with his work, a little pricy with the hourly charge but quality over quantity is the way to go!

We started having some serious plumbing issues at our home over the weekend. I called Halls Monday morning and they were at my house Monday afternoon, note that I live about an hour away. I called around 8:30 in the morning with some drain problems and Austin was there within the hour to service my drain line. Very affordable as well, I would highly recommend and will use them again for any future issues.

Nick came out after hours and fixed our water heater. I was so glad we didnt have to wait until the next day! Its nice to know our plumbing needs can be taken care of quick and not have to wait hours or days. Ive always been treated with coutresy and friendliness by this company.

Nick came to my house today and did an excellent job of replacing my water heater. Showed up on time. Did what was needed and put everything back together. Install was difficult cause the door jam to the closet had to be removed to get the old heater out. Even double checked some issues I had on the roof for the heater vent. Would definitely have them out if another problem comes up

This morning woke up to the sound of a water leak somewhere in the home. The ratings were my go to ,why I chose Halls. They answered & promptly sent Joe who is superior in his field. Found leak under hardwood floors on pier and beam. Of all places. Repairs completed and very thankful for the help and especially Joe.

If I could give 6 stars I would, Ray was incredible in explaining what was wrong with my water heater, what needed to be fixed and what could be repurposed. Incredibly quick service and I couldn’t recommend Halls and Ray more. I will definitely be using them from now on!!

Called Halls rooter and spoke with Leo. Gave us a quote foe $265.00 for an after hours service call in the 79744 area. He called back 10 minutes later after it was scheduled for a technician to come and said he made a mistake and it is $900 for an after hours service call to our area. sounds like a price gouge and a scam!

Good work done but they would not give me any idea of the price of the job. Would not quote job. When job was finished I was told a number that was way more than I thought it would be. Very disappointed

Halls is a great company! Referred by a friend, I called Halls and they had a plumber out within 2 hrs. Hunter so very professional and super nice. Had us up and running within an hr. What I love about Halls is they don’t try to over sell and are very cost efficient. We will definitely be using them again!!! We had the best customer experience with Halls Rooter & Plumbing. We had blockage between our clean out and septic tank and it was causing some issues into the home so we needed someone quickly.We called Halls and they were able to make it out to our home within a few short hours of us calling them.Anthony showed up and was extremely professional and understanding the issue. He was even kind enough to complement me on figuring out exactly where the clog was prior to his arrival.Within a short few minutes of him working the clog was freed up and he even went through a second pass to ensure everything was fully cleared out.I highly recommend them with their timely arrival, customer service and professionalism.

They came out promptly for what we thought was a blocked toilet- they ended up putting a camera down the drain and found construction debris (broken chunks of PVC pipe left over from construction) blocking the line. They were able to bump the debris into a position that allowed the drains to flow temporarily. During their first visit they also found both our sewer clean outs in the backyard to be broken. Isaias came back for the second visit and dug up the broken clean outs, opened the sewer line and removed the debris inside our main drain. He then repaired, and returned everything to normal and cleaned everything up both inside and out. We found this company to be a great company that we recommend highly. Thank you!

Ray and his team were kind, considerate, knowledgeable and excellent at the tasks they were presented with. My wife and I loved that they cleaned up after themselves, answered every question we could think of, and weren’t trying to sell us anything like other plumbers in the area due. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs!

I used this business several months ago and I gave them a 5 star review, but after today after needing them again but this time for a business they were not the same 5 star company I dealt with a few months ago! I asked if they could inspect a job another plumber did and to certify it if it was done good and they would get paid for hardly any work to be done! They refused to come out and take a look since they didnt do the work! I then paid the same plumber to come and undo all the work he had done since he is more of a handy man and cant be considered a certified plumber! I called again and was refused again only because I was not the responsible party that was going to pay even though my friend that is the business owner tried calling herself and they didnt answer the phone! I guess I will not recommend this place to ANY of my friends ever again! These people make a HUGE mistake because I have many friends that are business owners and are always in need of a GOOD plumbing company!

Tech was very professional and tentative. He resolved our leak on our ac in less than an hour. We will continue to use Hall’s plumbing.

Home ownership can be a pain especially, when having under slab leaks or broken pipes however, there’s a company to call, Hall’s. They come out diagnose and offer suggestions for repair, it’s that easy. We like the fact that they’re personable, professional and can fix the problem. Will use them for all our plumbing needs.

The guys that showed up were very nice and personable. Very willing to do the work. I ask them to look at an additional problem I wanted corrected. They were very willing but I think they over estimated their ability. They cut out a vent that should have been able to be reused then spent an hour and a half trying to replace it but were not able to. The work they did do was very good .

I have to give some major, MAJOR kuddos to Halls Rooter & Plumbing! Amazing company and service. Had them out a few time to help with some things and recently, our main sewer line that had a slight lip where two of the pipes met (causing blockages now and again).Called another company to see if the previous work the previous owners had done would be under warranty and never got a straight answer. They sent someone out to take a look and unblock it. He said he didnt see the lip, even though Halls already came out quite a while ago and showed it to me via the camera. After spending roughly $580-$600 (crazy!) to unblock shower and tub drains and the main line blockage (two separate visits), I got done waiting for and fussing with said company.I email Halls and they were amazing to work with, just like the few times before. They came out, took a look with the camera (saw the so called non-existent lip and showed me again), gave me an estimate (which was incredibly reasonable) and I scheduled the work to be done. The tech came out promptly, told me what he was doing and would be doing. Great communication! We had him clean out the other line to our kitchen and add on an access point for that line, which we were happy to pay because, again, reasonably priced. The tech also gave me heads up what could help our main line in the future (one long connected line instead of the segments of pipe that was put in long before we purchased the house).Long story long, I cant recommend Halls Rooter and Plumbing enough! Amazing experiences with them! Thank you, Halls!

Noel came out and was very professional and informative. We have had excellent customer service both times. Since the original issue wasnt resolved the first visit, we were not charged for the second. That is a great case of people taking care of people and going above and beyond to do whats right by the customer. Great experience!

Well Folks!! It’s been a Long Time since I used a service company that I was totally impressed with. The office staff I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to take care of my water heater replacement the same day I called them!! Not a week later like most others!! The field technician was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We found a gas leak through Atmos and were able to locate the issue. Halls came out the same day and quickly took care of the leak.

Had a company out of town come to try to fix our hvac system. The company sent 3 different people out and could not fix it , called halls and they had Michael out within a few hours and he got it going . Definitely my first call from now on .

Had a very unorthodox water softener install because of issues with how the house was built (no drain for pre-plumbed softener lines), and they found a way to make it work without drilling or jackhammering my slab to add one. There were a minor issue after install with a faulty part, but that happens sometimes! They came back and fixed it at no charge and let me know what was wrong and my options. Dusty was great, worked with my work schedule, and I recommend halls for your plumbing needs! Will definitely call them in the future if I have more issues!

I’ve hired many people for many things and time after time after time it’s a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! In this day and age it’s damn near IMPOSSIBLE to hire someone that actually KNOWS their craft. Charles with Halls Plumbing knows his stuff , they made it out ASAP for MAJOR PLUMBING ISSUES in and around our home and we absolutely needed help immediately, being that Christmas was coming up in just a few short days. Halls Rooter &Plumbing is amazing. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and worked around my schedule to update the plumbing for my water softener. Hall replaced a hot water heater that was under warranty for me. The installation was fairly quick and professional. The technician (Ramiro) was respectful and came back to add one part that was missing. My correspondence was mainly with Randy who fielded numerous questions kindly and set things up for the replacement. This was my first time to use Hall’s, and based on my recent need, I would recommend and use again.

Though clear instructions were given on the work we requested, the plumber that showed up the first time only completed a portion of the work. It took three follow up visits and many phone calls to try and get it right, and we still had incomplete jobs. Communication was non-existent, and when we called to try and get status, we were told to go buy the fixtures ourselves. We chose Halls based on their Google reviews but would not do business with them again.

My air conditioner was unable to cool to the desired setting. This happened after hours. Miguel was at my house within an hour, and he worked and serviced the unit. Then 2 days later, the unit began to have issues cooling once again. It was once again after hours. Miguel was at my house within 1.5 hours, and he worked for a couple of hours. He then had to come back the next day. He said there was no charge as their service is warrantied. Although I had been servicing the unit twice a year, the previous company never washed the unit out. This took Miguel most of the morning. I am so grateful to this company! Great service!

We had a slab leak in December 2022 and had Halls locate the leak and repair it. Then we got another slab leak in another place and we had Halls come and repipe the whole house with PEX pipe. They did an excellent job and were always courteous and professional. Ray was very good with explaining everything and answering any questions we had. He cared about doing a quality job and it shows in their workmanship. We brainstormed together the options we had for locations of the hot water manifold since it would be too long of a run from the hot water heater heater to a manifold in the garage and back to our master bathroom. So we located the hot water manifold in the top of the hall closet near the hot water heater so we had similar lengths of pipe runs as the original piping insuring it didn’t take too long to get hot water to any bathroom. It was clear that their top priority was making sure we were happy with the finished product.We hope we never have plumbing issues again, but if we do we’ll definitely use Halls again. Whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.Thank you Ray and Matt! And thank you Halls!

They came the same day and got the job done (snaking my clogged bathtub drain), however, $145???? That is ridiculous! Im now wondering if this is the going price for unclogging a drain. I almost feel like Ive been robbed. My Dad, who was the person who paid for the service, was expecting a $45 bill, not $145!!!

*UpdatedInitially Halls Rooter & Plumbing provided excellent customer service in the weeks leading up to my scheduled home inspection. All my questions about the process and costs of service were answered professionally and detailed. Because I hadnt received the same care with other plumbing companies, I decided to move forward and hire them. Once I was passed along to the field plumber in charge of my inspection, I was surprised by the difference in professionalism. To no fault of the field plumber, he did not have access to the lock box left on the house by the sales agent and waited approximately 15-25 minutes for the door to be opened. At that time, I tried contacting him multiple times to ask if he was able to get inside the home for inspection but there was no communicated updates to me. Fearing that the plumbing inspector had abandoned the job due to the inconvenience, I called the companys main line who also had no information on if the inspection had begun. A (very) short time after, I received confirmation from a department of the company that the job was completed. I was grateful for the notice and asked for the inspection report same day after being told the invoice & report would be available the next day The tech department worked quickly to get it delivered same day! When I received the report, I noticed a lack of detail; which was not what I was sold in reviews and phone calls that promised very detail oriented inspections. Hoping to get more value for my expensive scope inspection, I called the plumber who preformed the job and asked for a rundown of the inspection report. I was told right away that the report was straightforward. I explained that I was not familiar with the jargon and information on the report. At that time the plumbing inspector explained each line as I read it off to him. During that call and previous calls, I requested an estimate on repairs be given but only received a vague and wide range estimate. Unsatisfied with the value for my dollar, I requested the scope footage from the field plumber via various calls and texts. He said he would mail the footage so I could move forward with next steps in resolving my plumbing system issues. Its been nearly 2 months and I have not received it.*Update here: Responsive to reviews, resolution within 24 hours of my review. Quality scope inspection with clear imaging and detailed location and time stamps.

Halls Plumbing came to clear a stoppage in my toilet on Wednesday and we thought it was fixed but it started backing up again that night. I called them on Thursday and we rescheduled for Friday morning. He arrived on time, pulled my toilet, cleaned out the drain, reset the toilet with a new wax ring and when I asked if I owed them anything more they said it was under warranty from Wednesday and there was no charge today. So far the toilet is flushing like a champ. I highly recommend them!
