Brandon and his son came to help us do the Ceiling fan installation, outlets replacement, and ceiling lights repairs. They also helped check and fix the issues with our fluorescent in the utility room. Highly recommend! And thank you very much for all the professional suggestions and help.

We have a home warranty and Wescon is the only vendor for electrical work. A work order was placed in February 2017 and we have yet to have the work completed. I called several times, left several voicemails, several text messages with NO response. I only got an answer when I called from my work phone #. It took weeks of me calling from my work phone to finally get somebody to come look at the problem this summer. It is December and we still have not had our electrical problem fixed nor heard anything from Wescon. Customer service is non existent!!!!

Called Allied Home Warranty when My AC condenser fan stopped working, they dispatched the Job to Wescon LLC, a Local AC/Heating and Plumbing service Provider, Wescon came out within 4 hours of the call, diagnosed the problem, and quickly replaced the Fan. Everything went Smooth, Very polite service man, went above and beyond by double checking all the capacitors, and the Freon levels. Thank You Wescon LLC.

We called home warranty April 10 and they dispatched wescon to our house that day. The guys were very nice and thought everything is great. They said they would put in the claim the following Thursday so they could do more than one claim since it took so long to get thru to warranty. Which was fine. We waited 3 weeks called home warranty... no claim made. Called the next week (a month later) they called Wescon abd asked for a claim to be made. Wescon said they would. Called home warranty back 8 days later... still no claim. They again called wescon. Called back today 8 weeks after the visit, they again called wescon AGAIN and they said the claim would be made and they would call us by close of the day. Absolutely nothing. Not to mention ALL of the attempts my husband and I made to contact Wescon. Now I am out my deposit and have to try and find someone else who will do the job! Never been so irritated at a company!!

Pool heater wasn’t working. They came out and said it was the pump. $1396 later and new pump didn’t work. They came back and said it must be the mother board and it needed some kind of part. I’ve called and called for about 2 months now. Nothing. It seems I paid way too much in the first place. Never Never do business w this company.

I used them for my property to clear some storm drains and replace a boiler unit.frankie was the man him and his crew got it done in good timing and good price. I as a maintenance technician would recommend them over all.

Zero customer service. Did not let me know that they had taken another job after I went home to meet them because they were on their way. Then said they would try to work me in the next afternoon. When I asked try, he refused to do the job, which was fine by me. Do not use.
