Had an AC power issue, contacted Penguinn first, and they were out quickly! All were professional and courteous.

They hooked up a commercial ice machine and then when called back on a leak in a fitting on their side the tech said he wouldnt fix his mistake because he doesnt have a plumbing license.

I m a Project Mgr. for a national general contractor. I had 2 commercial restaurants that sustained damage to their walk in cooler attached to their business. After talking to several companies I chose Penguinn Refridgeration for their professional estimates and customer service. Insurance was paying so it wasnt a low bid situation. I fear w Keith and Charotte Guinn, as well as Laurie and others. They were spot on, professional, and as courteous as could be!
