The customer service is terrible, especially in the afternoon, without failing to mention that I have already had two negative experiences where they have charged me in excess to my card when I have requested help, although happily they have reinstated it, If any supervisor who is not one of those who do not know how to do their job is interested in seeing the evidence, they can contact me, I have the receipts and bank statements as a sample
Workers need more training they are clueless

On December 8th I returned to Home Depot because I needed more floor tiles and online I had to buy the entire pallet. When I arrived I felt like I had my problem solved because I recognized the great team that helped me last time: Mallory, Jesse and Kiki. They made several arrangements and phone calls and I left there very grateful again and with the floor slabs that I need. Thank you today I received it very well
