Jimmy came out to our place as part of a home warranty call out as our furnace was not working. He performed the necessary checks to ensure that there was nothing wrong with the furnace or its parts. The problem turned out to be an incorrect programming in the smart thermostat. So Jimmy fixed that for us and everything works great now. He was professional, came on time, and did a great job. I will be using his services again for future maintenance on our HVAC system. Thanks again.

Our a/c had been down for several days. Elite Air worked with our warranty company and were able to schedule us in less than 24 hours. Jimmy showed up and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it very quickly. It was a very pleasant experience.

Crew did amazing work. Was able to complete job in a timely manner for a whole new HVAC system. Crew was extremely nice and attentive.

Jimmy did a fantastic job getting our air conditioning working again very quickly! He also came back and did a wonderful job cleaning our condenser and then showing me his state of the art equipment that gives the readings on his phone. He went above and beyond sharing what our problems were, and then removed a dirty filter, which took care of a big part of it and the readings on his phone confirmed it. Very impressive work!

I live in west Texas and AC is essential. My AC quit cooling on a Sunday, and by Tuesday, I had a brand new unit. All work was done professionally and courteously. I would highly recommend Jimmy Rogers and Elite Air.

I hardly leave reviews but I had to leave a review for this outstanding AC company!My AC unit failed to function in early April 2024, following an AC tune-up on March 25, 2024. I had a repairman from Midland, TX, come out to investigate the AC problem, but he could not find the leak and simply replaced the refrigerant.In the middle of May, it malfunctioned again, but this time, Elite Air of West Texas was contacted. Mr. Jimmy called me on the same day and booked a diagnosis for the following day. He was exceptional from start to finish with great communication! When I met him, I felt like I called my uncle for help. With his expertise, he discovered the place of the leak and ordered the evaporator coil box. He went above and beyond and provided the most expedited professional service. I felt like I could trust him and his company first time in my life as I have never had received such an excellent AC service like Mr. Jimmy has provided. I was very grateful and was able to enjoy the summer in Texas! Elite Air of West Texas is the only AC company I will use in the future for all of my homes AC needs!

Placed a request for issues with my heat through my home warranty. My home warranty sent Elite air out to help us. They were extremely responsive, even when I texted super late at night. They also kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Talked to someone I knew who also worked in HVAC for a separate company and he even said really good things about Elite Air. Our HVAC stopped heating. I started a warranty claim and they sent out a different company. The technician took an hour to diagnose and said the brand new unit we just installed a little over a year ago needed a new board. The warranty did not cover the part because it is still under the manufacturers warranty. So the other company said they can order the part for $175 on top of the $100 service fee. I sent him home and immediately started googling and THANK GOD for that because we found Jimmy at Elite and we are blown away. He not only came after hours, he came when he said he would. Took him 30 minutes to diagnose and found out it wasnt the board after all. All it needed was a good dusting of the censors and boom! We were back in business! Charged me a service fee and that was it! We need more honest people like Jimmy and his team! Thank you Jimmy! Glad we finally found someone honest to service our hvac!

Best HVAC company.Period. I’ve had a couple of other HVAC people come check out our system but always seemed they did barely the bare minimum or were not prepared ( they didn’t seem to have the proper tools to check anything even though it’s their profession 😑) Jimmy, owner, is definitely up with the times, has the right tools, and inspected everything. Was easy to get an electronic quote that listed everything that was going to be included to replace our HVAC system. He also made sure to check in with us to make sure if we had any questions or concerns during the time when we were shopping around.He even went above and beyond when it came to dealing with our home warranty.
