Ramiro did a thorough job (second major leak repair he’s done on our plumbing) and is always easy to communicate and work with. Plumbing work was well done and made it easy to understand what all our options were to repair the leak. Picture is from midway through install of the new drain line tie in to repair the leak. Hayden’s Service was excellent. Everything else at D&D was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Been at my address for 10 years have used D&D since I moved here for Air Conditioning, Plumbing and many other services. This job from beginning to end was horrible. Hayden was unable to fix Hot Water heater because I needed a part, a Flow Sensor. Had to have part ordered. He told me he would try to overnight it since he left my house at 1 PM, I didn’t think this was a big deal, this is America you can overnight anything you want, as soon as he left my house D&D became worst company in Midland, would not return calls after telling me they had to check to see if part arrived, would not let me speak to plumber to verify if I had the right part number to order myself since they had so much trouble getting part. I waited over 10 days for them to get part, never arrived. I ordered it and I overnighted the part myself (Because this is America) and when it arrived on weekend, they told me it would be an additional charge to come out on the weekend. I stated that the only reason I’m calling on weekend is because I ordered part myself and was unable to verify part number with D&D until Friday, right before 5. They Told me that was there policy, nothing they could do but note it on the bill. I will never use D&D again. No hot water for 10 days with temperatures below 20 in Midland Tx for all 10 days. Vivian at the office was no help, had an attitude, and didn’t care about “My Problem” Hayden was great, was not his fault; but a call back to alert me to a parts delay, a suggestion that I may want to order part myself before weekend arrives to avoid an additional charge, and or just some custom human courtesy would have all been appreciated. D&D let me down. I can’t put into polite words how I really feel about there service and there front office. Extremely Disappointed in a local company that I had been using for years to change overnight and put their customers last.

Wayne and his team are truly exceptional, we had been waiting for another plumbing company for over a week to come and fix the ongoing plumbing issues in our utility room, which backed up our laundry room and left us in a complete flood. Wayne came in, understood the problem and the root of it, explained exactly what he was going to do and scheduled our service within 3 days of us calling in - Wayne is professional, kind and completely understanding of our situation, and how urgent it was to fix the issue so that it didnt affect the rest of our home - we are so unbelievably grateful for the team at D&D and cannot express that enough!

Mike was courteous and very pleasant! Got the job done in no time. Left the place clean. Would highly recommend. I have used D&D several times and have never had a bad experience.

Took a week to come out for an estimate. 5 days after I finally received the estimate and approved it, was scheduled 5 days out from the approval only to get a call 2hours into to their 4 hour window of showing up to let me know they couldnt make it due to emergency jobs that took priority. Called a different company and was the best decision, job completed in 2 days from call and at half the price!

Expecting 19 people for a family cook out and the kitchen singk decided to stop up. Mike was here in no time and resolved the issue with ease. Mike is great! D&D is always my go to. They saved the day.

Our toilets werent flushing in a house we moved into a week prior. Called D&D, they came out after hours, couldnt find our sewer line so they removed the toilet in the master and then said they would have to come back the next day, also said we wouldnt be charged for that night, told us several times that we wouldnt be charged. So we went without working plumbing for the night. A different guy comes the next day with a camera, tells us he thinks the citys tap is broken and collapsed in the line, but he cant see for sure because his camera is going under water. He did get the toilets flushing again, but we cant flush toilet paper while we wait for the city. He put the toilet back in the master, charged us for new parts that broke when they removed it the night before and made a huge mess in the master bathroom. I mean the walls around the toilet were covered in brown water and brown smears. Higher than my head. The floor was covered. It was a disgusting mess. Everything near the toilet was COVERED in brown water and chunky smears. Then when he leaves, he tells us that the guy from the first night shouldnt have told us we wouldnt be charged for that first night where they removed our toilet and did nothing else, we are definitely being charged. We paid $600 for them to flush the line and make a huge mess. Would not recommend. Pics are of after I had already started cleaning, it was much worse.

We called. He showed up in 30 minutes unstopped my main drain ran the camera to make sure nothing was wrong with the pipes. Overall, I would give this company and their technician five stars.

Jose and helper did a very good job. They took the time to understand the current defective design of the plumbing for our filtration system and understood the corrections that needed to be made. The work was done correctly and cleanly. They were friendly and open in our discussions. I appreciate them very much.

This company is wonderful, I don’t always have the easiest schedule and they were able to work with me which I appreciate so much! Technician Mile Perez came out and was so quick and fixed the problem right away, he was extremely kind and personable. Thank y’all so much!

D&D was recommended by my family as well as having good reviews on the Next Door app. My hot water heater went on the fritz and D&D responded promptly to my request for service. I love that they gave me all details up front about the charge per hour and also sent me a picture and brief bio of the technician before he arrived at my home to do the repairs. Hayden, the technician, was right on time, was very pleasant and took great care with the repair. D&D had fair prices and great service. Highly recommend!.

Had the upstairs A/C go out, and called D&D. They were able to get me a tech the following afternoon, who checked out the system, added some coolant, and went on his way. At this point I was OK with the cost & service... but after an hour the temp hadnt dropped, but had in fact gone up. Called him back, and he was able to come back out after his next appointment. Checked out the system again and diagnosed it as a bad TXV valve, which would have to be ordered. Since we still had downstairs A/C, we could live for a few days.A couple of hours later got a call from my wife that now the downstairs A/C wasnt working. So I immediately assumed it also must have a bad TXV valve, and alerted the tech. Since life without A/C isnt an option on 100 degree days, I called around to a couple of other places to see if they might have the TXV valve in stock. Was explained to that it was a model specific item, so I called the company who originally repaired it and they dispatched someone.When I got home I went out to look at the units - the D&D Tech had pulled the breaker and disabled the DOWNSTAIRS unit, which is why it was not working. No sooner had I made this discovery than the other companys tech arrived. He verified that the downstairs unit was working (also a little low on coolant), and then had me kick on the upstairs unit. He immediately diagnosed that the compressor did not kick on with the fan, and tested the capacitor to find out it was bad. He changed that out and suddenly everything was working again!D&D tech was polite and nice to work with, but did not correctly diagnose the problem or make sure the repair was done (i.e. - feel cold air blowing inside), and to make things worse, he actually ended up disable the wrong unit causing more panic. Extremely frustrated by the experience.

D and D do not use! They installed a trane air conditioner almost 3 yrs ago. They installed the wrong unit for our square footage and had to reinstall a whole new unit. Extremely unprofessional, we have had issues with the unit since the install. They have put us on a no service list. They just dont want to admit to their mistakes. Aarons kids run this now and dont know what they are doing. 7 grand. Lol basically flushed. DO NOT USE FOLKS. They have no honor

Called 3 companies and they are the only ones who showed. The two men knew exactly what they were doing and price was great.

We had a gas leak, and D&D put in a new gas line from the house to the gas meter. And made sure we didnt have to wait another weekend to have the gas turned on. It was $1500 less than what another company was going to charge! I was impressed to see that they send a text to show who is coming to the house, after the initial call, and a number to reach with any questions! We live in Odessa, west side. 04/08/23Thank you!

D&D Plumbing has fair pricing its true. $155 per hour plus parts, and the people are very nice. BUT I had called because I needed a thermocouple replaced on my water heater. Thats what my status light told me. However, when they arrived, on time I guess (between 8am and 12pm, it was 10:30), they spent 5 minutes looking at my water heater, told me it was getting poor ventilation as to why it wasnt staying lit and it was gonna cost me $1,500 dollars to fix... for some cylinder tin.. $10 bucks tops because mine is about 5, and goes straight outside through the roof. I said thank you for you time, paid the $155, and sent them on their way. Now, I had a feeling it was still the thermocouple so I watched a couple YouTube videos, went and got the part for $26.99 at Home Depot and tackled it myself and now I have Hot Water! I guess due to my gender and the fact that I called the experts, I was seen as someone who didnt know much and they thought they could push $1500 bucks out of me. But the guys were nice, had some great conversations, and their prices were fair.

Mike Perez did a great job on our toilet issue today! He was polite, kind, and quick! Scheduling was easy as well seeing as how we were already in their system. Two young kids means many toys down the toilet! Thank you for an easy fix so our household can go back to normal!

Me and my Boyfriend have has this particular plumber to our home twice. And hes great! However, yesterday he came and had said that the 4 sewer tap had collapse so we had to go to city hall and get a new one ordered and get the city involved. They came over today and found that the tap is not collapse, and that there was a tennis ball in the line. They moved the tennis ball and everything seems to be working fine. We have no contacted the plumbing company, we dont know if it would be worth a fight. Again, we loved Mike Perez for his great personality and making us feel comfortable and even making us laugh. However, he was wrong what he said was wrong. And it feels like 190 dollars for nothing.

Our water heater went out this weekend. We called D&D and spoke with Tony. He was very friendly and gave us a rough estimate over the phone. He was at our house within 30 mins. He removed our old heater and installed the new one. Great work and will definitely call him back for another plumbing job we have. Weve used D&D for years with our AC and have always been impressed with their work and reasonable rates. Now well use them for plumbing, too.

Mike was so polite and kind and professional and he made sure my pipe clog was absolutely clear before he left. His service is impeccable and I’m really happy with the service from him and dispatch and the office. Mindy and Sarah were so kind and helpful too. D&D will definitely be my go to from now on

I am giving only two stars because they did communicate somewhat better than some places. Other than the supervisor never got back with me about a concern i had. They were quick to come do the work. They had to come back two times to “fix” a brand new job they did. They also recommended more than what I now know wasn’t needed and after confronting them they gave me two or three different stories. “They said the drain pan was rusted…..I laughed and said it was a plastic pan, how can it rust?” After the other stories and false statements, I just asked them to remove the cost of the item and they agreed within the second I asked. They knew they messed up or they wouldn’t have agreed so fast. To agree that fast means they already discussed that they would take it off the invoice. I can’t recommend this company due to the poor workmanship and lack of trust. The tone of the lady on the phone changed dramatically when I asked them to take the cost of the item off the invoice. I really do hope the last time they came out they actually fixed the new job they did. I don’t want to deal with it anymore. And they came in over estimate by several hundred dollars. Get it in writing before they start work.

Thaddeus did a great job, didn’t take him long, knew the problem straight away.

Called for water heater burner/pilot system repair on a 10 year old gas unit. Ended up just getting a new one due to my unit leaking. The guys had it done within an hour and a half. I called into the office at 1pm, tech showed up at 2:40, and they were done and gone by 4pm. That’s with them going back to their shop to get a new unit for me.Paid a slight premium for good service, quality work, professionals, great attitudes, some good conversation and a day of my time back.Could I have done it cheaper?, yes.But I consider this money we’ll spent.I feel like I got exactly what I paid for.Quality work and responsive service costs money and I’m happy to pay for both. I would for sure use these guys again.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking so we called our trusted plumber company, D&D. The first technician, Hayden, was nice, reasonable, and to the point. He paused the ticket to allow me to buy a new faucet after we decided that was the best option for repair. The following day, Jesus, installed the new faucet and soap dispenser. He was also nice, reasonable, and worked quickly to stay within the 1 hour. We will always call D&D for our plumbing/ac needs!

We have used these guys multiple times and they are always quick and fix anything we have. They always seem to be able to squeeze us in. No one calls a plumber when you have excess time in your schedule and they were great about fitting us in quickly. They’re friendly and wonderful at explaining the situation.

Called and had someone named Caleb and Tommy come over to fix an issue with our shower handle and replace sink faucet in bathroom. They did a fantastic job and did not have to cut a hole either! Would definitely call again and request these 2 guys for any future issues!!

D&D sent Michael to our home. He quickly found the issue and made the repair. He was very kind and professional. He took the time to answer our questions and explained options.

We had issues with our AC all weekend. We called D&D for emergency service on Saturday and Ryan cleaned our coils to get the AC back running again. It turned out that wasnt the only issue and the AC went down again on Sunday. Due to a long wait, the next availability was Monday night. Isaac called to clarify the issue and had the right parts to fix our condenser fan motor when he got here after 8 on Monday. He also made sure to make it right since they had already been to our house. We really appreciated the customer service from both technicians, especially Isaac who was super understanding and set us up for a very quick long term fix.

Midland residents, do yourself a favor and do NOT be tempted to “go cheap” when it comes to Plumbing or HVAC. I can promise you, D&D has the best customer service, punctuality, and dedication to your complete and total satisfaction with their services than anyone else in town. They are fair priced and their attention to detail and professional job execution will undoubtedly cause you to become a loyal customer for life. Whereas the other guys will band aid your HVAC/plumbing issues, D&D fixes it the right way, the first time. Here in Midland, don’t waste time shopping around or asking your friends who they use for HVAC and Plumbing services. Save yourself the time and call D & D and let them fix you up the right way the first time. Aaron Rotan, Issac, Alfredo, Rylan and everyone else I’ve ever dealt with over there are world class. Cannot recommend D&D and the Rotan family enough. There’s a reason they are voted Number 1 in Midland every year!

D&D replaced our AC about a month ago. They had an ‘oops’ in the process, but fixed it immediately. They also had to access the attic via our bedroom and got the carpet pretty dirty. They sent Carpet Tech out to clean the day after they were done. They were prompt, efficient and easy to communicate with. The last time they came out they even replaced all three of our filters for us. They’re definitely our go to from here on out.

Mike was prompt and professional. He did the work in a reasonable amount of time and gave me a good explanation.

I had a leak under my slab and over the course of 3 days they got it fixed but the day they filled the hole back in with concrete, they washed the remainder of their concrete buckets and tools right over the main shut off valve to the house and my tool that they used to open and shut the water off instead of using their own tools. When I spoke to the representative to get the problem resolved, they were pretty clear that I would have to wait 3 days without water then pay their fee for a tech to come out, or I could pay them the after hours/emergency cost over $200. They were not willing to work with me on getting the valve and; (my personal tool which they destroyed); replaced for free even though they were the cause of the damage. I made my complaint known and they still after a week have not even attempted to fix their screw up (free of charge).

Caleb did a great job. Been doing business with D &D for years. So far every technician thats come out has done great work. Always polite & personable. Thats why I keep using and recommending them!

When I called and spoke with the receptionist, she was very kind as i explained that our a/c was not turning on and cooling our home. Their price was the most affordable that I found from talking to other companies i talked to, here in town.I then received a text of the name and pic of the person coming to work at our home. Tony and Nick have gone out of their way to help each time they have come to fix something in our old house. They do excellent repairs and never leave a mess. I’ll only do business with D&D after being jerked around by Bos. Highly recommend this company and their great plumbers.

The technician (Robert S) found and fixed the problem I called about along with another issue we were unaware of because he took the time to inspect before leaving. The service was charged by the hour and took less than an hour so I feel this was much better than expected. The company was able to send someone out that same day. Robert was friendly and professional. I also greatly appreciate their safety awareness as my husband was not home when they got here. They sent me the name and picture of the technician before he arrived so I knew who to expect. I will absolutely use them again in the future and I highly recommend them.

Overall, the people I have dealt with at D&D have been professional, friendly, and competent. I have used D&D on two separate occasions. The first time for a water heater replacement and second for AC repair.The reason for the reduction in stars is due to them damaging the Sheetrock in the water heater closet and changing the hourly labor rate from what they had quoted me the day before on the water heater swap, and pushing a full system replacement on the AC repair when all that was needed was a new coil which another company was able to do.D&D may be a decent option for you if you are in a bind and need some fast service, but you may be paying a premium for it.

We have used D&D twice when our AC has had issues on really hot days. Both times they were able to come out same day. The techs are friendly and professional and keep you informed of what the issues are. Very happy with their service.

Nick Venegas was very professional and came after hours and treated us like family and did a great job and diagnosed it very quickly also the lady who I called to set up the appointment was also very nice. Great customer service!

They answered my call right away and the technician came out within an hour. Brock was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He got my system back online quickly and he was thorough. The cost was very reasonable for his service. I had never used D&D before but knew this business has a great reputation in town. They will be my go-to for all of their services. Excellent!

If you need help with your AC, Heating, or Plumbing you definitely need to contact D&D.Isaac Venegas and the person assisting him (sorry I never caught your name) did a fantastic job. They promptly diagnosed the issue our AC unit had, and got the AC running promptly. Isaac and his teammate were both exceedingly professional and courteous. Even with high demand during this heat wave D&D showed up quicker than expected. I would happily and enthusiastically recommend D&D and Isaac to anyone in need of service.

Mike and the team at D&D got me all taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Great hospitality and got right to work helping me address the issue with the sewer drain. Mike also gave me some great tips on how to maintain my plumbing that I will be using in the near future. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who did the work, Mr. Stephen Joiner, did an outstanding job! He was fast, explained everything, and had our sink fixed perfectly in no time. My only issue was the company scheduled me for between 8am-12pm today (6/3/2020) but couldnt get to us till later. Not a huge problem but would recommend a notice that the professional will be later than originally scheduled. Ill still use and recommend D&D for all types of home services they perform, but I hope they will let me know in the future if theyll be late. For various reasons that are typical of a 65 year old house, I have had various companies come out for HVAC/Plumbing maintenance and repairs.I always call on D&D to get the job done right. Each one of their Techs are knowledgeable and pleasant to have in and around the house. They spend the extra 5 or 10 minutes to walk you through what they are doing (I am always curious) and dont seem to be annoyed by it.If you are in need, give these guys a call!

Quick and professional. I call D&D every time i have a plumbing issue.

I love that they call and send you a text introducing your technician, with picture included, before they arrive! My a/c was cooling, but not getting cold. When tech arrived my system was frozen, so he did what was needed to defrost and said he would be back this afternoon. 4 hours later I get a call from the tech to confirm it was a good time for him to arrive and then I got a text with my tech’s picture and info again. He was able to pinpoint my a/c was low on refrigerant and he had it on hand to fix it. He stayed a minute to check everything and make sure my system was cooling and working properly. Probably took 30 minutes max and now I’m back to running my errands! Great service, very proffessional and I highly recommend!

My plumbing issues and sump pump replacement were completely taken care of quickly and professionally. I was updated at every point along the way during the replacement and informed of all costs before they proceeded with my fixes/replacement. The guys helping me did a great job and took care of my things (and the explanations) like they would have had they been the owners of the company. I’m really happy with using them for plumbing issues. They also took care of having an electrician called in to finish the electric part that was needed.

Very professional work. I don’t believe a customer should be charged for time spent on hold on the phone with warranty company but the tech, and apprentice were both top notch and did excellent work.

Weve had several experiences with D and D plumbing lately. They are always prompt, friendly, and do a great job getting our problems fixed up!

I called for an estimate on a water heater installation and let them know that I had already removed the old water heater and would have the new one in place. All I needed was to hook up the water heater and repair a corroded line coming out of the wall. The corroded line, while simple, was the only reason I didnt install myself. When I called I asked for a quote and was told that I would be charged the hourly rate for the repairman and an additional helper. I mentioned that I didnt see why a helper would be necessary, and there was NO MENTION of a minimum charge when providing a COST ESTIMATE. When the install was done, in less than 1 hour, I was told there was a minimum of two hours for both the installer and the helper and was charged $750 for what should have been a $150 job. The staff was professional, responsive and courteous - the only reason for more than one star - but the price gouging and bait-and-switch job estimate were completely unethical. I was basically robbed $600 with a handshake and a smile. More and more of these home repair companies are trying to justify this kind of criminal behavior. D&D should be ashamed at this unethical and, frankly, criminal overcharging. Only use them if you do not care whether you are charged a reasonable fee for the service performed.

This place is wonderful! I called for my AC not cooling and within 30 minutes someone came out. He took his time and was very thorough. My news wasnt the greatest, but he did everything within his power! I always go back to D&D.

Tony and Tim did an exceptional job fixing a leak, replacing some fixtures and correcting a previous plumbing job done by someone else. The installation is real clean and sturdy.

My hot water heater had went out. And I found that it had a small leak in the bottom of it. I scheduled with Lowe’s to have it replaced. They emailed me within 48hrs canceling my appointment for contract service to check out and install a new one. Called D&D plumbing and a they were at my home within 2hrs with a new hot water heater and had it installed within 1hr. The plumber was very courteous and professional. And did a good job on the install. I couldn’t have ask for better service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank’s guys!

I had a clogged shower drain and called D&D. The plumber they sent out was Mike Perez. He was very professional and polite, he got the drain unclogged very fast and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend these guys to everyone. They are very punctual and unlike the other plumbers in town they can fit you in right away. Will definitely use them in the future.

Michael, a D & D technician, responded promptly to our request for ac service late on a Saturday afternoon. He quickly and professionally diagnosed, explained, and solved the problem. We could not be more pleased.

I purchased a water softener and a water heater. They were both way over priced but the worse part is $47.78 for each salt bag for softener. The gas control valve was bad on new heater, instead of replacing the control valve the supervisor wanted to blame the problem on my circulation pump set up. I called the water heater manufacturer and they sent me a control valve. I installed the valve and fixed the leaks the technician left on pump line. NEVER USE D&D AGAIN!

D&D has been our go to as long as weve lived here, which is about six years, and we have never been disappointed. They always are very professional and get us taken care of very promptly. Our house was struck by lightning last night and they were here within an hour of our call today and have already repaired everything they can at this point. We are very appreciative for their quick service and I highly recommend them!!

I used D&D Plumbing, Heating and Air to repair my central heater. It was brutally cold this week. The service guy came out same day I called. Thank God. He evaluated the system, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and well informed. He was honest, gave me options for repairs, and informed me what it would cost. Fortunately the issue was easy to repair. It only took an hour. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

If I could give 4-1/2 stars, I would. Their call center was energetic and sympathetic. They were out swapping my water heater the same day I called. Techs were very professional but I feel they couldve been a bit more informative and educating in exactly what was going on with my water heater. They did clean, efficient work. Theyre definitely more on the pricey side but I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. I would definitely call them in times of emergency again. But if my schedule allows, I would seek to save on labor by doing things on my own first, if possible. Otherwise, Grade A company, glad I went with them on this water heater swap.

The employees at D&D were wonderful, from office staff to the technicians. I had no power to my AC condenser due to remodelers/siding workers disconnecting power to my exterior breaker/power panels. The panels themselves had been broken and left in an very unsafe state. D&D identified the issue, provided an electrician to replace panels and reconnect safely and properly. They also installed a new thermostat. The whole crew was very communicative and professional. Their pricing was VERY good and I highly recommend them over other ‘well known’ Midland companies.

Repairman was pleasant and fast! I I have rentals in Midland, although I don’t live there and it was a Saturday night. I needed someone to repair an air conditioner for an older couple with medical issues. Miguel went out and assessed the situation and repaired the thing in a timely fashion. He was very communicative and efficient! I highly recommend this business.

Has a great experience with D&D. Thaddeus was awesome, fixed the problem quickly and provided good advice. I would definitely use the service again. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is they said between 8-12 and they didn’t arrive until after 2. The nature of this kind of work means that appointment windows may be compromised, but a phone call from dispatch could have fixed that.

D&D is our goto for all our A/C needs and issues! Noticed our outside unit was not kicking on and it was getting hot inside around 3:15. Tried all the things I knew. No luck. Incredible service! They came to our rescue Thursday evening after our heater completely went out. They replaced entire HVAC system the very next day. Our AC unit went out on our new house in the summer and D&D was extremely responsive and came out within a couple hours on the same day. They fixed it quickly and covered it under the warranty. Guys we’re polite and knowledgeable and east to work with.

Tony gave me a call ahead of time to see if I was available and gave me an ETA. Arrived shortly after, performed excellent diagnostic of the problem, educated me and fixed it in no time. As well as, made recommendations on some upgrades.

I called and explained what i needed, the next day 2 tech show up, take out the air poll, add 2 -90* and a piece of pvc pipe. move a RO line, it took them 2 hours, legit. when they gave me the invoice they charged me for 3 hours. they said they had to go get parts, and they did took them an hour to go get 1 of pvc pipe and 2 -90*. they have a big van but didnt have pvc pipe on it. what a rip off. my contractor said they do not use D&D for that very reason. i didnt know that.

Tony did an excellent job, arrived earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it exactly how he said needed to be done and left the work area even cleaner than how it was to begin with.

The service technician was very pleasant over all. I would have given him 5 stars, as my main sewer line was very clogged, it had to be hydro jetted and he stated that that service was warranted. He showed up earlier than expected, which is a good thing. Once the sewer line was unclogged and cleaned he came about the bill. I asked about the warranty and he called his supervisor and there was no warranty for that service. Im glad he got the sewer line cleared and he was very nice, but no need to say there is a warranty when there is not one. I would still use them again. I know plumbing services are expensive and I think most people do. Just dont state as fact something that isnt true.

Always do a great job!! Polite and are upfront about what choices we have and the costs. Super nice and answer all your questions. They check over their work before they leave and treat everyone nicely. Unlike an experience we’ve had with another company in town (had to call them b/c they’d just installed it in our new house). That one stray from D&D cost us about $880 that they billed us later for things they didn’t previously mention. It’s not worth the hassle, Boss. Never will call anyone other than D&D again!!

They were very quick and responsive. Got the issue fixed same day within 6 hours of calling. They actually showed up 30-45 minutes after I made the first call. Both workers that arrived were friendly and professional.

Tech was scheduled to arrive between 8am and noon. I called at 1pm to be told he might be here in 1 or 2 more hours. At 4:15 I was finally notified that they were on the way. At 5pm I was told that they didn’t have the parts, would not be able to get the parts today because of the time and I would have to pay $135 today and if they could find the parts tomorrow they would schedule a time to come back…. Hopefully tomorrow we will get something accomplished assuming I am first on the schedule since my job wasn’t finished today.

Our heat & cool system stopped working and we were afraid wed have to drop a bunch of money to fix what might have been a dumb, simple problem. The tech who spoke with me gave me a quote, but also gave me a few tips to help me look into the problem myself. Thats remarkable professionalism.I ended up not even needing the tech because his advice was spot-on. That kind of honesty, though, goes a long way. Id recommend them to anyone simply because they seem to prioritize solving the problem over their bottom line.

Valerie did a great job with serving my new heater for my free fall checkup. She checked all working parts and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Filters were good. All vents inside the home were checked for proper temperature. Good professional visit by Valerie.

We used d&d in the summer when our a/c was on the fritz and again this fall when our hot water heater sprang a leak. Both times they arrived very quickly and took care of everything like professionals. Its so nice to have a company who cares about their reputation and does great work for a fair price.

Came out to check on leak that I thought I had. They were friendly and all, but turns out it stopped leaking for the meantime. They didnt step inside the house, did not use or unload any tools. I turned on water, checked a few things chatted with them for a few mins, maybe 15 mins. Was charged for a half hour. Nearly $70. I understand their time is valuable, just seemed excessive. $30, $35 would have been nice of them, and earn me as customer for being so fair. Anyway thats my personal opinion, and when it does leak again, I probably wouldnt call them, since I feel they were all about the money. In these times some times it means a lot when you help someone out. You gain their trust, and gain a lifetime customer. That call for the charge was from the office, 2 guys that came out were good, in fact I personally thought they kinda felt bad charging me. Home office said charge him 1/2 hour!

Thought I had a slab leak. Zach M found the actual leak in the wall behind the water heater. Fixed it quick and saved me lots of money and trouble. Use D anD - request Zach M - he’s worth it even if u have to wait for his schedule. He’s been to my house for multiple issues- always great work!!

My first time using D & D plumbing and I was impressed. I have used an individual for years. I feel like I had an expert who gave me details and was courteous. I’m much more confident using D & D and knowing the job got done right. Great experience from the receptionist to the plumber that came.

Awoke to our hot water heater having gone out. Called D&D Plumbing after the recommendation from our home builder. Excellent customer service, response time and workman ship!!

I have never heard anything bad about D & D. I called and the service tech could not have been any more kind! He came quickly and was more than pleasant!! Our AC is old. He could not fix it and put me in touch with the guy to give me a quote on a new one. My options for replacing it were $10,000, $12,000 and $15,000. I have numerous friends and family members that have used this option. In the past they offered a 0% financing option, with payment of $300 a month but that is no longer offered. The only option is 28% financing no matter what your credit looks like. The unit that they can install can be installed in Lubbock for 1/4 the price. I was out $185.... and left with nothing more than a 94 degree house and the feeling of being overwhelmed and hopeless.

After hassling with my home warranty about a leaking water heater and them assigning me a plumber that didn’t even show up to the appointment (a-1 rooter and plumbing services) I decided to just pay out of pocket because I couldn’t wait a week for them to send someone else. Called D&D and they were prompt with their call back and had someone out the same day. Had to pay a hefty amount of course for a new water heater but the service was well worth it.

Arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired heater within 30 minutes. Michael Davis was very polite and professional, took the time to show us and explain exactly what was wrong with our unit. Highly recommend and will for sure use their services in the future.

Jason unclogged a toilet and 2 sinks in a jiffy. Knew exactly what was going on and how to fix our problem.. He also spotted out a leak that we were having. I love the fact that even though he was sent out for specific reasons that he detected another problem and addressed it so we could get it handled saving us from more water damage that we were unaware of..Will definitely recommend!! D&D was recommended and had high reviews so I called them to test my gas system to get the gas turned back on. The tech did a fine job but I couldnt believe they charged 1.5 hours at $135/hr to conduct a 15 minute pressure test. Called to complain and they ended up refunding 0.25 hrs but that was it. They checked the trucks GPS but thats not helpful when the tech sits in their truck for 20 min before and after the job, and stays around to chat for a long time after the work was completed. Extremely disappointed.

How is it possible that this company has more than 1 star on reviews. This is the crappiest service I have ever experienced. We are literally two months now without getting our problem resolved....oh, but did I mention they collected $700 from us on day one? Every time they say they’ll be coming the next day, they don’t. 5 or 6 times now we’ve been stood up...without so much as a phone call. So completely frustrated with this company.

I called them out a couple months ago. I had a water leak. They came on a Saturday and sent two guys. They both said they were stumped and had absolutely no idea what caused the leak and if it came back to call them back out here. Well it leaked again so I called another company. They came out and within an hour had it fixed. They immediately knew what caused it. I called D and D back to discuss the matter. I was told several times a supervisor would call me back. Never got the call. Meanwhile I’m out close to $200 for a job they weren’t apparently qualified to resolve. Would not recommend them unless you already have the issue diagnosed and need someone with basic skills to repair it

They came and supposedly fixed the ac but half an hour after they left, it was blowing warm air again. Im sure there is a good explanation but I just want to be comfortable in my house. Will update when it is fixed properly.*Update - the compressor was bad in my 30 yr old air conditioner. That is the reason why the ac quit working. Bought a new unit and they took the price of the previous repair off of the new unit. Great service and great people. I recommend them highly.

Great experience. I had several large repairs that needed to be done. D&D Plumbing sent Ray and Thaddeus our and they worked like crazy for several hours and everything looks great. I expected this. They were big repairs. Everything works like I would expect it to work and they left everything nice and clean. Thank you guys. Will call you again next time I need plumbing done.

Our faucet broke on a Sunday morning and I received a call back quickly from the plumber (Jason) He showed up ahead of schedule and fixed our broken faucet/valves and cleaned out our clogged line in about an hour. They always take good care of us. Having an older house, we have found multpile plumbing problems (thankfully nothing too big). They come out pretty quick and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Price wise is always better than i expect, so that always helps too.

Absolutely fantastic service. Brandon was amazing.They got us in on the same day without having to wait and were able to fix our problem quickly and very cost effectively. Was recurring problem and he had a simple solution. Recommend highly to all.

The representative arrived timely and was very professional. He respected social distancing also. However, I had fixed most of the problems myself. The air was just not blowing cold because I forgot to turn back on the breaker. I discovered this when he was here and it started to blow cold. He was here only about 5 minutes, didn’t fix anything, but still charged me for a full priced visit. I don’t feel this deserved being charged for a full price visit considering he didn’t fix anything.

Called their answering service. They dispatched to on call plumber. He contacted me in a timely manner. Told it would be a couple of hours. Told me up front there was a $135 charge and an another $50 for the weekend call out. Text picture of issue to plumber and he arrived with proper equipment, made repair in a timely manner! Good job.

When our AC (not originally worked on by D&D) starting leaking through our ceiling at 1130 pm on Friday, D&D was the only company that had someone on call who could come out. Wayne was prompt, professional and friendly. Unfortunately he could not fix our problem, but put as a priority call for Monday. Monday we got word that they would come first thing Tuesday Morning.The crew arrived on time, professional and prompt. They fixed an issue that our builder and original HVAC company had jacked up THREE times. They fixed our AC RIGHT and QUICKLY and for a VERY reasonable price ....10/10 Would use OVER and OVER again!

Our AC froze up and stopped cooling. We called at 4:30 and someone was here before 5pm. Great service and very quick getting to our house. They stayed for an hour just to make sure everything was working. Very thorough and professional. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Our experience with D & D was exceptional. The office staff was professional and delivered on their commitment to send a qualified service staff member, Chris, to repair our A/C units. Chris was knowledgeable, professional and thorough and delivered on his commitment. He completed the repairs and explained the scope of his service before leaving. I highly recommend D & D!

The new ducts were installed by two very nice young men. They removed and disposed of the old ducts. The installers then checked the system to ensure everything was functioning correctly. The installers were courteous and professional in the 2 days they spent at my home. I would not hesitate to recommend D&D Plumbing and would use their services in the future! Linda Cudd

With the winter storm, our water softener unit froze and busted. I called and told them the situation and they were out to home within minutes to shut my water off. Due to being super busy they were not able to come out and repair the leak until the next day but were out first thing in the morning. The receptionist is extremely kind and so we’re the technicians. I would 10/10 recommend and will not go to any other plumbing company for future repairs. They’re awesome!
