Mitch and Steve met all my needs as a General Contractor. They help me design my projects and get the job done fast. In West Texas is hard to get someone to show up, answer the phone, or get the job done quickly. Great company!

We had the whole set up replaced furnace and all. They were fast to come out, fast to install, friendly, professional, got the job done! Works great, so far so good!

Steve was quick, professional, and the repair was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend Aztech and absolutely hire them again if I have AC needs.

Dishonest, called them up to come put Freon in my a/c compressor. Supposed to be $90/hr and no charge for travel time, Plus Freon. Guy shows up and keeps talking how expensive R22 Freon is because they are not making it says its $60/lb. R22 is $550-$625 per a 30 LB tank, thats $18-$21/LB. I know a little markup is common but triple the price is ridiculous. Asked him about a mini-split system his price $10k installed... Ive priced it out with other places at $3700. No wonder he was able to come out same day, hes got no customers as hes over charging.*edit for owners response*Lets see upfront about R22 Is so expensive, almost dont want to have it in the truck acting like you are not gouging prices, if you were upfront and honest about things you would have been saying, Yea i triple the price on it and make a fortune instead of trying to convince people that you are giving them an honest price.No charge for travel time, that is laughable. Sorry to say, you are not in a business that gets to charge travel time. None of your competitors that i called do, so you cant get away with it and i am sure you would if you could.And yes you were very honest on the fact that you wanted to charge me the price of 6 mini splits and install only 3.Since you want to toss the Carrier name into the mix as if it means anything, other then its over priced as you are paying for a brand name. Ive pulled the RETAIL price for the 3 units and it comes to $4955 that includes all mounts all trim all lines and Freon and shipping and tax. Wholesale is much cheaper. Now lets take into account your quoted labor rate of $90/hr, each mini split being as they are easy to install should take no more then 1 hour, maybe 2 if you are old and slow. So figure 6 hrs to install, thats $540 for labor. So a fair price would be $5500. So yes once again you were up front about charging almost double what it should have been. Thank god Im smart enough to not be taken in by a charlatan.Now people know the truth..

We bought a new home and right away ac stopped working. Called Aztech and they were right out. So professional and great price. I am in the apartment industry and will use them going forward. Highly highly recommend!

I have always had great service from Az Tech! I texted Steve this morning (Saturday) that my AC was broken and by 1:00 pm it’s up and running! I always get timely and friendly service and you can’t beat their rates! I highly recommend them!!
