Installed a unit in my home in late 2022, today in late, 2025 ac doesn’t work, they tell me I have a warranty for parts but not labor, fine no problem. They miss the first appointment, don’t call, nothing. I have to call them again, they finally come out. They come out Monday, charge me $125 tell me it’s a bad coil factory default. Great, guy says he’s going to order the part. We were told they would be back Friday. I call Wednesday, and was asked if Richard called me? I said no, ma’am no one has called. I was calling to confirm my appointment on Friday. She said yeah, it’s going to be $2,000.00 plus the freon. I said for what exactly, she tells me to install the coil and the labor. I said, you charge 125 hourly; is this a 16 hour job? She tells me I’m not understanding her, I understood pretty well that they were scamming us. She says she will email me an itemized bill. This is what I got…thankfully I can use another company, and it won’t affect my warranty. Use anyone but these people, they are scamming people.

Our unit was short cycling and Cesar was very professional while fixing our Amana air conditioning unit and even suggested a hard start kit to extend the life of our HVAC investment. Air serv is great!!! They are always fast reliable, straightforward and honest, the technician was very professional and helpful in answering any questions I had, 100% will definitely recommend, it’s hard to find great customer service and care like air serv.

We had an ERV installed to help with ventilation. The installer didnt clean up any of his mess in the Attic from the installation including a light bulb that he broke and just left the glass. He installed the electrical outlet in front of the door of the ERV so that the filters cant be pulled out and cleaned. Where the humidistat was installed, he cut a bigger hole than needed so the humidistat doesnt cover it. I was told twice that a contractor would come fix the hole, and nobody ever showed up. Finally, the humidistat wasnt wired in right so they had to come back the next week to fix that.Update: just found out that the roof vents that they installed for the ERV are leaking.

Cesar was very knowledgeable and had the best attitude even though it was 104 out!! Called at 12pm because air conditioner was not cooling. Cesar had my ac cooling again by 4pm. Highly recommend!!

Had our upstairs A/C go out. On recommendation from a coworker called another local company. Their tech was out the next afternoon, diagnosed it as low on coolant, added coolant and left. After an hour still not cooling things down. That tech came back out and diagnosed as a bad TXV valve, and said it would take a day or two to get the right part in.An hour later get a call from my wife that the downstairs A/C isnt working now. So I call around, find out the the TXV valve is model specific, so I call Aire Serv who the builders used. They should have been my first call!When I got home and looked at the units I found out the other companys tech had disabled the downstairs unit, which is why it wasnt cooling. The Aire Serv arrived right as I made this discovery, and he verified that it was working properly but was just a little low on coolant. Then he had me turn on the upstairs A/C and immediately heard that the compressor did not kick on with the fan. DIagnosed it as a bad capacitor (showed me the readings), changed it out, added a little more coolant, and everything was great!Just wish I would have called Aire Serv first - they will definitely be my first call next time!!!

This company is on the top of my list for great products, service and friendly helpful technicians. I replaced my AC unit in 2018, and anyone with central AC knows this is NOT cheap. They have companies that can finance you interest free and the unit then comes with a 10 year warranty. I’ve had 2 small issues and both were covered, no money out of my pocket, and quick service in the West Texas heat. I highly recommend them!

This company was amazing when we needed our AC repaired, and then later replaced. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and were able to get the job done in a timely matter. Hopefully we do not have anymore issues with our AC, but if we do we will defiantly use Aire Serv and I will always recommended them to a friend.

Been Using Air Serv Since I Moved Into My House In 2016. Never Had A Problem With Them Until Today! And I Will Never Use Them Again! They Messed Up On Their End And Wants To Call Me All Rude!!! Completely Unprofessional! I Was Mad And Frustrated Because The Funds Should Have Been Already Taken Out! I Lost My Job And They Said they understood but why the rudeness??? They have always been so nice. Oh well things change...time to find another place to service my AC!

They are excellent!!! They came out the same day to give me a quote and they had me sold especially when they were able to do a next day install. There was no beating around the bush with these guys. The guys that did the install were very professional and nice guys. They got our family some a/c for these hot summer days and I have two little ones and we really needed it. I definitely recommend them if you are trying to get some work done.

Having a hot home and a 7mo old doesn’t go well together! I was at Home Depot trying to buy everything I had Googled about an AC system and when I walked out to my truck an Aireserv Tech was by his truck. I told him what I was doing and he simply told me to call him if it doesn’t fix it and he’s be glad to help, 24-7! Jose just left my house. Ac working! I tried a guy that everyone said was great and apparently he overfilled my compressor! Jose did let me know that the compressor is running super high amps and won’t last too much longer! Who wants to hear that! But I tell you what he went over options with me even said they could do financing and answered all my questions. I felt he was really concerned for my needs and he wanted to provide the best quality of work for my homes needs. As a new homeowner, having an ac problem in the first 6 months is horrible, but I don’t feel too bad about future repairs Because of the options and help Jose provided! I think I just found my first and only call in the future when it comes to heat and air! Thanks Jose, my family is grateful!

I called at night and they were were able to set up an appointment for the following morning. They were professional, polite and explained exactly what needed done and what my options were when my air conditioner stopped working. They completed the work in a timely manner that same day. Im very happy with their customer service and would recommend them.

The tech came out and diagnosed our newly installed (by another company) mini split AC that was not cooling. He added refrigerant and everything worked fine! They were sent out by Home Depot (where we ordered the AC unit from.They were quick and helped me afterwards to get an invoice for the manufacture.

Idk if they changed owners but this company was amazing til recently I have set two appointments with no shows, I called up there they apologized but still no show. They claimed they called me and that is a lie I was waiting on the 6 hr window they give me waiting around and nothing NADA! No show no call! I have purchased 2 central A/C for my renter homes, I will be taking my business elsewhere now.

These guys were recommended to me by a post I made on Facebook looking for service for.my AC unit. Jaime the boss man responded very quickly and was very professional and cordial. The technicians showed up in a timely manner and got to work instantly. I had already troubleshooted the issue and they tackled it no problem. Horacio and Edgar were the technicians and they completed everything quickly and clean. Ill refer them to anyone I know that needs HVAC repairs or maintenance. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved, the gentleman who came out for the estimate really took time to find out what we were looking for in a system. We were given a few estimates to choose from, they offer financing which was very easy to apply for. When it was time for install, the gentlemen who came were early, and was able to get everything done in a timely manner. Once everything was complete their office person called to tie up the loose ends. Everything was great. I would highly recommend for your heating and air needs. Thank you guys so much.

Chris Fischer, our sales rep and project manager, was great from start to finish, very friendly and stands behind what he promises and made sure we were absolutely happy.The installation crew worked extremely hard and had a great attitude during installation. There were a few unexpected bumps, as there always are in an older home and they made sure it was taken care of to my satisfaction.I highly recommend Aire Serv for any Heating and Air service or installation.

Had my entire AC unit just die on me where I had Chris and Phil come out and completely install a new unit and they were beyond courteous and professional. They really did an amazing job and Jeremiah was great in expediting the process and was out here within 20 minutes of calling and had his guys installing my new unit by the next morning, as well as being incredibly helpful and informative in finding the right unit for the right price. Would highly recommend to all of my friends.

I’m not normally one to put a review online, but my positive experience with Aire Serv feels like others should know about it. After calling many other companies last week and not getting calls back or having my appointment delayed Aire Serv called back within minutes and showed up when we set our appointment time. They communicated well and I felt cared about as a customer. The tech was knowledgeable and kind and while other companies told me I needed a whole new HVAC system, he checked an $85 part that every other company should have checked first. It was broken and instead of just condemning our whole system like most other companies did the tech went out of his way to get us up and running with a minimal expense. Honesty and kindness go a long way. Air Serve has earned my business for life simply off this experience. When I have to replace my HVAC system they will be my first call.

Awesome work. Chris gave a very reasonable quote on short notice, and I could tell he really knows what he is doing. He responded promptly to set up a date to do the job. The crew would have been able to do a full HVAC install including ductwork within just a day had we not run into issues with venting due to the layout of the house. Chris recommended electric and was quick to reschedule for the earliest they were available and ordered new equipment. They knocked the work out quickly and I was very pleased with the job and price. Didnt charge any extra for having to return to finish the work. I highly recommend them.

I requested my AC to be checked. I received their recommendation. I asked if the price could be broken down between parts and labor. I was told no that it is just one price. That makes it difficult when I pay for parts as the landlord and my tenants pay for labor. Then he called back and lowered the price that he originally quoted. So I asked again can you break down the labor and parts. I feel like he was not being honest and was up charging me for no reason. I have used Aire serv for many years and this is the first time I have felt like the technician was being dishonest.

Our A/C went out and they scheduled an install date, they brought over window units to hold us over until then and installed them in the rooms we needed. They ended up actually coming a full week ahead of schedule and ripped out and installed a new unit in one day. I was very pleased with the level of work and time it took to do it. Highly recommend!!!

Chris and the Installer Brandon that worked inside our home where very professional knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. They said they would be here at 930 Sat morning and they were here at 900 ready to work. Highly recommended. Great business. Happy we chose them

Chris and team were great to work with. We bought our first investment property, and needless to say, are keeping a tight budget. We decided to upgrade to a central HVAC. Chris gave me a great quote, and the work looks professional and amazing, and more importantly feels great! Highly recommend this team, and will be using them again.

Chris has been amazing from the beginning to end of our ducted mini split installation. There were issues that arose with getting wifi capabilities to the unit, but him and his team did not give up and continued to work with us through countless revisits to get the system working as promised. Communication and customer service is top knotch!

Was very fast. You need a ac company THIS is the company to call. My AC went down for 3 days. I called this company first thing Monday morning and she set me up for that afternoon. At 10 (2 hours) later the service man called and told me he would meet me in a hour. He was here!!! He done a great job and didnt take long before it was fixed. I recently had them install a whole new HVAC system in my older home and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Workers were extremely friendly and informative and the girls in the office are extremely helpful. They even stopped by a few days later to do a follow up and see how everything was operating. I would definitely recommend this company!

The guy that helped us was great he cleaned out our dryer vent that goes through the roof young adult very respectful solved our problem . Very affordable also. Only thing they need to work on is time scheduling we waited around from 8-1 because we had no update when they might be there of course not the gentleman’s fault

A/C was not working and it was hot out. Aire-Serv promptly returned my call and got someone to my house within the hour. Israel was very professional, checked everything on the system. Figured out it was the breaker that was bad. I went and got a new breaker and replaced it and working great.They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, just an honest diagnosis and I was more than happy to pay for the service call. Would not hesitate to recommend them as they have earned my future business for sure.

Called because my AC condenser was making a concerning noise. Called and the tech arrived and told me the fan motor needed replaced. I told him it was under warranty (10 years) and he told me it wasn’t. He took $125 for diagnosis.I called Lennox and they told me yes it was covered. I called Airserve and advised them it was under warranty. Issue the motor has to be sent to Lennox to exchange for a new one.I still have the motor and no one has bothered to call me back, even after I called and requested them give a guess of when my AC will be fixed. I will be calling another company. Airserve put the AC in but since then they have been a headache to deal with. I’ll spend my money on a local company from here on out.

Richard came out to perform spring service on my AC units. Cleaned suitcase filters up in the attic and checked pressures and capacitors on outside condenser units. Told him the condenser unit coils needed washing so he sprayed them clean with water. Very personable and performed a fine service!

This is a very professional company, and they made me feel like they genuinely cared! The recommendations made by Jeremiah were spot on and couldnt be happier with the job. Make sure you include them when you get your estimate for a replacement unit!

UPDATE .I had them out on a Saturday night late when my Ac stopped working. I was please with the courtesy and knowledge of the tech who fixed it. Also the fact they dont charge double for nights and weekend calls or a penalty was a plus.I was very happy to get an amana heat pump installed and they did a good job, but my house used to be cold on my old unit and my electirc was a little high. I now have 80-84 degrees in my house if it is in the high 90s outside. and my bill is 100 dollars higher in the summer than it was with the old unit even though the salesman told me it would be very cost effective. the serviceman does come out every 6 months and they cannot find a reason it should be so high temp wise. It is unbearable especially considering the cost of the unit . I am still happy with the service, but wish they could figure it out. I had them out on a Saturday night late when my Ac stopped working.

They treat customers with dignity, respect and fairness. I would recommend Air Serve even to my family. Keep up the good work. We need more bussines like yours in the Permian Basin.

I am a very picky shopper! I literally had 6 different companies give me quotes and a couple come to my house! But we stopped dead on our tracts when we got to AIRESERV!They were by far the BEST!!!!! They were on time, called before, courteous, finished in no time. I appreciate they wore masks, gloves n shoe covers. Explained all they came to do. I have used them before n must say this service call was improved from the last time they came. Will recommend them.

If I could rate even worse than stars I would. This company is a JOKE. They absolutely do not care about their customers. I had gone back and forth with this company for over a month about coming out to my store to trouble shoot our H-VAC. They are extremely rude about communcation and act like its your fault if the tech doesnt even show up! Which happened MULTIPLE times. Common sense tells you to call the customer if you have to reschedule. They did this to me multiple times. Their excuse for the last one was that the tech sat in his truck for TWO HOURS and nobody said anything to him so he left. TWO HOURS? He didnt have the common sense to come inside or maybe call? We do not have a building with tons of windows so I am not looking for him. I still have gotten no response from my email I had sent weeks ago. Horrible service!! I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. Would NOT recommend to anyone. D&D Plumbing and Heating is who I went with after and I will give a SHINING recommendation to those guys.

Firstly, 24 hour service is a big win for me! Ive worked in and around service industries my entire life and I was floored when no one in Andrews would come out after hours. So to find out that AireServ worked whenever was awesome!The tech that came out, Jason, was very straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his effort and the help he provided. This was a great experience for us and Ill be using AireServ for all of my HVAC needs from here on out!

Their quotes are low, until you will have to replace your entire system piece by piece after they install it. 4 years after Aireserv installs my unit and Im still having issues. They installed (3.5 ton air unit with heat pump) in summer of 2016 and couldnt get the house below 80 degrees. They blew in attic insulation and it reached 75 degrees. 6 months later winter hits. The heater does not work. Aire serv technician comes out and curses Jeremiah and the company. He fixes my heat, replaces my wifi thermostat with a normal one because the unit is not compatible with the wifi thermostat, and leaves. One month later, I receive my electricity bill $800. Aireserv technician comes out and says it is running off aux heat because I do not have a unit with a heat pump in it. I paid for a unit with a heat pump. I gather all documentation present it to the office staff and threaten to sue. They tell me go ahead. I do not have the funds to take them to court, and my unit is still not functioning properly. I save $3500 to purchase a unit with a heat pump and have another company install it. Three years later and my fan stops blowing last night. The furnace installed by Aireserv appears to be a rebuilt unit ( i paid for a new one). The wiring was so poorly done that it has shorted the fan relay and caused the sequencers in the heat strips to wear out. So once again, I am replacing another piece to the system thanks to Aireserv and their poor quality. At this point I will have replaced everything installed except the ductwork.Update 06/2021: The new manager contacted me and apologized. He offered to refund the $3500 i spent on my unit with a heat pump. He also provided the parts that were needed for the heat to function. My heat pump was ineffective during the winter storm and we relied on the sequencers for heat. I received half my refund about a month after this review and the other half a couple weeks ago. I thank the new manager and his team for following through and making things right for my family.

Jose did a great job. I felt like he took his time and wasnt rushed. He found some problems the other company missed. Will use Airserve again!

Technician was very polite and quick. Took care of the problem within an hour. Which was great for me as it was 100 degrees inside my office. Completely worth the price.

Had my heating and air conditioning system upgraded to a more efficient unit and was pleasantly surprised with value, cleanliness, and quality of work and equipment used. Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly this copany to any one needing services!

HVAC went out on a Saturday evening, Jose came that evening and fixed my unit. Very responsive. Impressed by this company. Every other company in town said Monday or Tuesday we might be able to get to it.

I was promised a one day install by the salesman. Not even close. Was reassured by one crew member who smelled like alcohol late on day two (Sat.) of the install that they would return on Monday. Never happened. I texted the salesman and requested a thermal scope and got no reply, passive aggressive. Basically the methodology of the salesman was to put over powered systems in and that would negate the need for a proper design. No follow up from main office or salesman after finishing 90% of the job. Spent $12.5K and all I got after an incomplete job was a call for payment. 4 weeks passed before outstanding issues were addressed. Issues like unsupported plenum sitting on ceiling, cover panel left off of main fuse breakers in garage, a serious safety issue, thermostats in bad locations, and unsecured wires laying on attic decking. I still have poor flow out of several vents. Very unprofessional. My expectations were low being that this is Midland and I’ve dealt with HVAC companies before but Aire Serv fell far short of even my lowest expectations. High volume sales, poor quality and customer care.

The tech was knowledgeable and informative and was able too explain what he had found wrong with the system. I do have background in AC/Heating untils so I had a pretty good idea what was going on and he didn’t try to over diagnose the problem. Afterwards I’d asked for a written report for my realtor and the report was emailed to me from their office before the technician had left the drive. Highly recommended.

Bobby and his partner were awesome! Came and fix and issue on the heater in no time and were able to explain to me what was happening. Highly recommended!!

Had been having trouble with my furnace since the first time I used it.It would trip the breaker after about 4 to 5 minutes of running.Aire Serve sent out repair Tech (ED Johnson)he took a look at it and made repair .It now works great.He was very courteous and explained the problem.I would recommend using them with service like that.If you are having trouble ask them to send him out. Air conditioner broke at our rent house and our renters had newborn twins who had just been released from NICU.Called numerous companies but none would work me in. Aire Serv was out there within 30 minutes and got everything fixed.Highly recommend and will be using them for all our heating and cooling needs.

Aire Serv of the Permian Basin came through when I needed an HVAC company to come through for me!Me and my family had been without A/C for over a week and had been dealing with headache after headache trying to work through details with First American Home Warranty (FAHW), in order to get a little bit of help financially to install a new A/C system.After the contractor that FAHW assigned to the work order told me, to my face, that my system was old and needed to be replaced and that is what he was going to tell FAHW, we went over pricing and other details, come to find out the contractor ended up telling FAHW something completely different than what he told me.Anyways, Jeremiah at Aire Serv was concerned enough about me and my family to reach out and crunched some serious numbers for me in order to get my house up and running again with A/C. And then Jeremiah got me on their schedule and within the next 24 hours my house was back down to 74 degrees.Jeremiah worked with me and my budget and was able to get my monthly payments for the new A/C just right to where paying for a new A/C system wont break my bank.I am born and raised in Midland, Texas and if youre in the Permian Basin and are needing A/C help, I urge you to call Aire Serv and ask for Jeremiah.

Very poor after care. They put in a unit that I cannot find filters for. The unit is supposed to take 20 x 25 x 4 but the dimensions are actually smaller. Once the unit was installed and we paid for it we cannot get them to help us find filters that fit. Very unhappy with their service.

They’re really good about coming out to fix my A/C. The problem is they have to come out every year to fix the A/C after purchasing a new A/C unit from them.
