Called out Action Air Plumbing and Septic to make a repair on a break in our water main line. I initially called D&D, but they couldn’t make the repair or even find the leak without my direction. (Also gouged me on the price). Action’s guys came out quickly and even worked after hours to get us back in service. Absolutely professional, knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Repair specialist arrived and made a inspection of the problem we had. Seeing what needed to be done, they got there tools and parts needed and got the job done. We have used Action Air and Plumbing several times with our home warranty, we always request them and get them. They have replaced our hot water heater, bathroom facets, bathtub facets, and they tracked down a under the foundation of my home leak also. No one is perfect, but I have found no plumbing service that is consistently better than this one.

Serviceman was very efficient. I had asked for AC maintenance. He discovered a problem with my unit. He explained what the problem was. He left and gave me the cost for the replacement part. I agreed and told him I wanted him to replace the part. My AC has been cooling efficiently since. My house is staying cool at around 75°-77° even in this triple digit heat.I am very pleased with Action Service.

The day after moving into my house, I had to call Action Air for my malfunctioning carbon monoxide detectors. The fire dept suggested calling a plumber to check my heater out. My husband found this company and Jake came out super fast.I also a was having some drainage issues so I asked him to look at that as well.Jake had to come out 3 times in four days. He was very polite and friendly every time. And we had another man from the company check out the heater unit. All was fine with that thankfully.My kitchen sink was backing up and Jake got that fixed up for me and it’s worked fine since.It was a very good experience overall and I was impressed with timing and friendliness the most.

I called early and was able to receive same day service for a very fair price. None of the other companies in town were able to come. The phone staff was friendly and our technician, Thadius, was professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. Repairs were quickly made. We are thankful for such great service.

We have had trouble with our HAVAC for three years. We have called another company multiple times, but had no resolution. I called Action for a second opinion. Terry diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. We are now comfortable in our home for the first time in three years. Because of our satisfaction with the service and cost, we bought a second system.

Sam was very respectful, knowledgeable and very courteous, very glad to meet someone of his character.

Our hot water heater went out. Yes we could have put a new one in ourselves, but this was so much more convenient. Price wasn’t too crazy, and they were in and out in about a hour or so.

We have used Action Air for years! The entire staff is knowledgable, always fair, and very personable. They are the most trustworthy company we have ever used in the Midland/Odessa area.

I had a slab leak, located in my garage. I called made an appointment, and they showed up when they said they would. Sam, was able to located and fix the leak without having to tear out too much of the slab. They repaired the leak and the slab in the same day. Highly recommended!

I called Action Air & Plumbing to make a repair to an outside hose bib. The tech took maybe 30 seconds to look at the damaged pipe and quoted $500 to $600 dollars. I called one of their competitors and they quoted me half the cost. Then Action Air & Plumbing tried charging me $125 for coming out. If you feel like paying double and using a company with NO customer service then they are your company!

Do NOT go with this company, they will tell you one thing and do another. They rip you off!We paid 150 to put in an access hole to our roof, I verified with the front desk person and the technician David what they were doing. We were told the would cut a hole box it off, frame it and then lay a piece of drywall in the cutout to close the hole. What we got instead is a piece of drywall laying up there leaving a gap of 1/4- 1/2 down the side creating a draft into and from my attic. When they put this in, I expressed great concern of this because its my babys room. David said it wouldnt be an issue and it would be completely covered.When the owner called me regarding my complaint it was nothing but sorry and lame excuses.We were told we were being charged 100 for a lift (I verified what this was, the front desk lady said a piece of machine to lift the furnace, their tech David also verified this.) They never used this, instead bringing out a second person to help with the entire job and then saying it was his pay. Why is that not labor? which was covered by my insurance?Avoid them at all cost!

These guys were the absolute best! I received constant contact from them and full transparency as well as impeccable customer service. Nobody in town can beat them. :)

They do not show up as promised & order parts without bothering to ask when they might show up. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude, unprofessional, & defensive. It should be noted that this is to repair a repair that they botched earlier & all I get is lip & excuses. I am 60 years old with serious health issues & have been without heat for 48+ hours. Do not hire this company!

They installed a hot water heater that lasted 3 years. It was under warranty for $300 to change it out. A job that takes 30 minutes. Their products are the cheapest they can find and the customer service is terrible. This place is a joke. I wont ever use them for anything ever again.

The technician for Action Air was prompt and very quickly diagnosed the problem, but everything positive about my service appointment ended there. The problem turned out to be extremely common, a clogged condensation drain pipe. His attempt at a solution was to empty two tiny CO2 cartridges down the pipe to try to blow out the obstruction (and then charge me over $130, even upon this measures failure). He then tried to sell me on the installation of a condensation pump, that would, with parts and labor, come out to an additional $400. At this I decided to obtain a second opinion and do some research myself online. After $30 spent at the hardware store, a simple pipe snake fixed the entire issue in less than 10 minutes. While I understand the need to upsell in business, this guy was clearly just trying to rip off someone that seemed an easy victim.
