Eli and Barry did a fantastic job solving my problems. After having to fire the previous electrical contractor, the guys at Bosworth jumped right in and completed the project quickly and efficiently. I’ve been using them for a long time. This morning I called to get them to send a technician for a small outlet job and the first thing they wanted was my credit card on file. This is not acceptable. The way it works with contractors is: You will send a technician to my house to provide a quote. I will give you my credit card if I take the job. I will be using a different company moving forward. Awesome way to drive your customers away. By the way, I called you to fix an outlet you installed for me, so I was willing to pay to fix for a poor job you did.
Called them for a Lennox Heater that was having issues.They were here within 2 hours and had me fixed and up and going in an hour.My hats off to Trent and Brian for being such professionals and showed me what to look for in the future!5 stars!!
We had a problem with the power to our dryer and believed it was our breaker because it happened before. The Bosworth electrician came out and did not look into the power problem we were having and said it was our dryer. We called an appliance repairman who checked the electricity to the dryer and he said it was the power/electricity. I called Bosworth while he was here. They sent the electrician over and he bent the prongs on the breaker, shoved it into the breaker box to connect it and left. It started sparking when we used the dryer so we called another electrician who replaced the breaker. We were charged for two visits by Bosworth, once by appliance repairman. and again by new electrician. Bosworth is demanding to be paid. I don’t think they earned that right. I would not recommend this company for reliable service.
Andrew called to verify the size of water heater we needed replaced. He went above and beyond to find the correct size as it is not one they normally carry. He let me know what my options were. I wasn’t sure so I told him I needed to call my husband. He said “no problem.” It took several phone calls with Rheem for our warranty, calls to my husband and calls with Andrew. But every phone call, he was so polite, never acted irritated with all my questions and answered everything in great detail. Andrew came to replace the water heater. He and Canon were very polite, worked quickly, left no mess and honestly, they just made my entire day better! Thank you Bosworth for having such amazing employees!

We’ve been a loyal customer of the Bosworth company for more than 20 years. I imagine we have spent more than $50,000 over the years in replacements and repairs with them in that time. But never again. We had a bad experience the last time we had an issue but chalked it up to it happens. But this weekend it happened again. We were hit on Friday with the big power surge. Took Oncor until midnight to figure out it was a problem in our house not the lines. We called Bosworth after hours support, was told they’d call us back. No call back. At 6:15 in the morning called again, told the same thing, again no call back. Called again at 7:45. Told if no call back with half an hour we were calling someone else. Big surprise, no call back. We called Corey Sly. Not only did they call us right back, they had a technician out to the house within 30 minutes and the repair made within an hour. Bosworth finally called us back around 2pm. Basically, their attitude was oh well. We won’t be using them again. Their poor customer service wasn’t a one time thing it’s pervasive. I will go to someone who demonstrates good service and value customers that are willing to pay for that service, like Corey Sly demonstrated so very well.
The labor fee was too high. My shower had no cold water, and the faucet also had a problem. They replaced the cartridge and the faucet and charged total $430. Not recommended.
Okay originally I was not happy with this company. They had failed to get back to me with a quote for the replacement of the main gas line to my house. But Carlos saw the post and immediately called me and got it resolved. They got out and were able to get it fixed as fast as possible. They were even able to beat the quote from others. We will look to use them again.
We have been using Bosworth for a very longtime.Oncor finally got to the house at midnight and told us it was on our side so I called Bosworth. To make a long story short I called three times and a technician never called back. At this point our power had been out for 24 hours. I called Corey Sly and within the hour they called, came out, and had power restored. Bosworth finally called about an hour or so after Corey Sly left. I will never use Bosworth again for electric, heating, AC or plumbing. You just lost a 2o year customer.
I received excellent service! My request for someone to help me with a leak was promptly answered. The technicians were very polite and helpful. They resolved the situation in no time at all. I very much recommend the Bosworth Co.
Had a bosworth truck almost rear end and sideswipe my truck which had my kids in it. He was literally trying to squeeze his way through a turning lane which just so happen to be a single lane. He was driving so fast he literally inches away from rear ending me.
We had plumbing issues with the kitchen sink. I called Bosworth (I’m a returning customer), was treated politely and respectfully over the telephone, and my contact information was given. I was telephoned soon after by a repair team and arrangements were made for the repair crew to come by for repairs. The issue at my house was not an emergency, and I was pleasantly surprised in their quick service. The crew arrived shortly, and they immediately got to work on unclogging the sink. This crew was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. No problems here; I’m very happy with the results.
So I had a slab leak and Bosworth was quick to get to it and so efficient with clean up after the repair. communication was superb and the 2 gentleman that came were friendly and informative and ON TIME! They also did some plumbing working for me in other areas and I never worried or was concerned having them in my home. Super respectful and even text after to make sure everything was working smoothly! Highly recommend
I have used Bosworth for years and always had success however, this last time dealing with my both of my air conditioning units - they were except , especially Jamie! He is a true asset to your company with manners, respect, and Hard-work. I am thankful he is the one sent to my home.
I called Bosworth to do a spring tune up on my AC unit. They actually called and canceled my first appointment which was a day of 105 temps. They explained that they had several customers who were without AC and would reschedule me for the following day. I actually appreciate that they did this because it shows that they care about their customers! Imagine telling someone you couldnt get their AC going when it was 105 degrees while they did a tune up on mine which was working fine. I appreciate their discretion in doing so. The next day, Steve, the technician came to complete the tune up. We were prepared to spend hundreds since wed never had it looked at and I was pleasantly surprised when Steve didnt try to add unnecessary costs to the service. He was very professional and explained things thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. He left his card and told me that if my husband had any questions to feel free to call him. I was very happy with the service I received from Bosworth and the price was very reasonable! I would recommend this company!
Id like to share with everyone what a great experience I have with this company. They care about people!...They truly care more than you would know!!!! They have us as their customers in their heart. Reggie who is my technician is the most awesome technician I have had in years. I recently had issues with my warranty company contracting out a technician who said I had mold and I really didnt have any in my unit. I was told I need to pay a lot to have a remediation certificate before any other technician would even come out and take a look at my unit through the warranty company. Reggie repaired the true issue that was wrong with my unit. He is prompt, fast, professional, and pays attention to the customers needs. If you have to use a HVAC company, I would definitely choose this company.
John Ochahan came out on Friday evening, 8/25, to check on my air conditioner unit that was not blowing cold air. John had been out the week before to replace a capacitor on the unit. On this Friday he discovered that the unit was iced up. He walked me through what I needed to do for that evening. He returned the following morning, a Saturday, to put coolant in the unit and make sure that everything was working properly. John helped me make sure that my air conditioner was cooling as it should. He was professional and courteous in every way. He represents The Bosworth Co. in a manner that you should be proud of.
Our technician was absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what the problem was with our air conditioner and fixed it before our house temperature reached 90 degrees! She was someone I would love to hire and definitely represents Bosworth in a great way!
I called them Thursday the 24th after waking up and our water heater had sprung a leak. Shut water off to heater and called a few other plumbing companies who couldn’t get to us for 2-3 days however Bosworth was able to get there same day. We talked about a traditional tanked water heater and also a tankless. I chose to go tankless and was told that we’d have to wait until Friday however that wasn’t possible. Andrew said let me figure some things out and see what he could do. Welp he made it happen and sent Eric and Joe to do the work and they were awesome! Very happy customer here! Will use them as a goto for sure! Thank you Bosworth!
We have used the Bosworth Company for years. We have always been very satisfied with all of our dealings. We have purchased heating and air conditioning systems and a whole house generator. We use them for regular maintenance on our RO system and have called them for plumbing issues. The response time is quick and the service is always professional.
I work as an Operations Manager in the Oilfield Industry and our AC/Heating unit was not working so I decided to call Bosworth before these deep freezes would get here. I called and the receptionist stated that a tech would contact me with in 24 hours. I waited 3 days and no one called so I called again and I told a different receptionist what had happened and what I needed and again she stated the same instructions that a tech would contact me and this time its been over 10 days and still no one has bothered to call or come out to the location. Im very disappointed with the Bosworth company and their employees! My employees had to endure cold and uncomfortable days without being able to turn on the heater to warm up! This is unacceptable and horrible customer service! I deal with alot of customers on a daily basis and I always give them the best customer service possible. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
They replaced my hot water heater and put in a water shutoff valve to it.As usual, they were here on time, very courteous and did excellent work. Many thanks. I will call you again when I need something done!
My wife and I discovered a HVAC problem on a Friday evening going into a Holiday weekend. We were worried we would be without AC for several days in 90+ degrees. From start to finish Bosworth did amazing customer service! As well as fixed our issue that very morning! I will be recommending Bosworth to all my friends and family.
We had a water leak from the AC pump and the Bosworth techs came to repair the AC pump after hours. They all did an excellent job and truly know the meaning of great and friendly customer service!
I called this company for my AC indoor unit freezing up. The technician showed up and said the condensor was dirty. He proceeded to clean the unit without taking the panels off. It took him 20 minutes to do, and I was charged $150. 2 months later the unit is still freezing up, and my condensor is still dirty. This company is very bad and expensive.
Came home from work and my air conditioner is not working. Call Bosworth because they did a great job replacing my water heater a few years ago. Living south of nowhere I usually have to wait till the next day or even longer. Not today, thank goodness! Tabitha was sent and had my A/C running before the sun set. We called this company after reviewing their website and reviews we were excited to work with them... When I initially called I was told I needed to first set up and account with them. They wanted the company name, address, phone number, and my credit card number. I was hesitant about giving them my card number because they would not give me any pricing at all... I was informed a manager would call me later in the afternoon or first thing the next morning. I have called a couple of times as we are needing services urgently and was told I would be contacted very quickly which still hasnt happened. I understand people are short handed and busy, but please be honest with me on a timeline. If you have no idea when you will be able to call say that then I wont be counting on a certain company. Also, I think them requesting my card information is a little extreme when I cant even get a quote or timeframe when a technician will be able to get to us.. The receptionist was nice.
I had city come out to tell me why I used 54,000 gal of water this month, they said I have a leak and left. ZERO help. I called Bosworth immediately and was in tears, the lady that answered was so kind and helpful. I was assigned another plumbing company by my home warranty company-but Im going to cancel them. Bosworth has my trust 100% so far.
I had a gas leak, I didnt have a clue where on the property it was. Tony and Antonio came out from Bosworth in Midland, they were very thorough and detailed. They found the leak underground in the T. They communicated with me every step of the way from start to finish!! They provided outstanding customer service and they cleaned up and put the dirt back!! Outstanding!! Do not use them. They will overcharge you. They charged me over a $1,000 for a commode thats $399.99 at lowes. Plus installation... Save yourself a ton of grief and do not use this company.
-1 stars... This company will make you wish you NEVER trusted them in your home. We hired them for a simple plumbing issue, and the tech ended up flooding half our house! Our hallways, 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets, and the bathroom were completely flooded. Of course the best part is dealing with their out of town insurance company who has no knowledge of West Texas construction services/fees so the low ball you and cut a check that doesnt begin to cover the cost to restore your home the way it was before you let these crooks in. The Darville company, its associates and their insurance company hide from you, avoid return calls, and avoid taking responsibility for the at fault case to fix what they broke, so they cut a minute check. Their insurance company even wanted us to have our home insurance help them cover the cost for their fault. Our next step is filling with the Better Business Bureau. They dont maintain the right to reck customers homes and get away with it. Do not hire this company for any services, or you will quickly regret it.

Tabatha from the company just left my home. Very fast work she got my Ac back up and running within 15 minutes with a fair price of a part replacement. She helped me with changing a vent as well, held great conversation mostly about her finishing all calls and fulfilling customers needs. Rafael was incredibly professional and timely. He helped me to install 2 HDMI plugs in the walls and a new power outlet to hide wires for TV mounting. He also hung the chandelier in my new house. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided!! I will definitely use Bosworth again for any future projects!
I was very satisfied with service I received, the team can in with quick action and tackled the list of issues I had. I was very surprised how quickly they finished. The day prior to the arrival I had contact with the electrician to make sure they came prepared.
We lease a water softener from Bosworth. I noticed after a couple of weeks that the crystals had not resolved. I call the office to schedule repair and was told it would either be the day I called or the next. I got a call about to hours later that they were on the way. They had it diagnosed within a few minute. Had to go get a part and returned about 45 minutes later. The issue was fixed and we are back to having soft water.
Our thermostat went out in 110 degree temps. We called Bosworth and soon Levi was on his way. Even tho it was soooo hot, Levi never hesitated to go up into the attic to fix the problem! We have used Bosworth for over 30 years for ALL of our household maintenance and the quality has always been superior!

My air conditioner blower stopped working. I had a lady come out from Bosworth, Tabitha, and she was so nice and knowledgeable. Not only did she show up when she said she would, she came back the next day and got it ALL working again, right before a holiday weekend with triple digit temperatures . She found my warranty when no one else had a clue. I will definitely be asking for her on all future repairs! Thank you, Tabitha!
The house needed a few major upgrades, and I decided to use Bosworth and just get it all done this summer. Man, I cant explain the depth of my relief nor my gratitude! Carlos and his team replaced the ancient, hole-filled main drain line and took care of a few minor interior problems, while Ira and Barry replaced the sketchy-old breaker box and fixed the flickering lights. Every person who visited was super friendly, professional, punctual, and, most notably, patient with my confused, long-winded, question-riddled text messages! Recently had an issue with my HVAC and called Bosworth. The tech (Reggie) came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and noticed my other unit was leaking. He blew out the drain line and we thought it was fixed. It kept leaking and I called to let him know. He came back the next day and discovered he missed one line when blowing it out so he took care of it. No additional charge.
Loss of freon.... Constant. Last summer many techs came out and could not detect freon loss. Finally decide to replace front line in attic about mid summer 2022. AC would not start in May 2023.... freon loss. It is July 2023 and I am again waiting for tech to come because AC is not working. I am frustrated. It seems to be a constant problem and money pit. Its 108 outside and 86 in the house.
We asked Bosworth to come out and give us a bid for a short in a 10 well system. Barry came out and said he would do an hour of work, no charge, and got to work. Less than an hour later, he had found a problem and took it upon himself to isolate. We needed 3 bids to get work done. Then I get text from Barry, charging me for isolating the problem. Didnt ask him him to do that. Needed a bid. He said he couldnt give me one. We Will never use them again.Corey Sly electrical is a much better company.
First of all, I love the new text feature where I can text what my issue is then receive a call. The Bosworth guys were awesome and gave me a call before heading out here.They were able to help fix the garbage disposal and help us install a new faucet. I appreciated the lady I spoke with to schedule the service. She was upfront and said they are very busy so if they cannot go out today, it will be tomorrow. Great customer service from both the dispatcher and the plumbers.
You get what you pay for? Well, I know Bosworth is more expensive than others, but the service is invaluable. We havent had AC since Saturday on a holiday weekend. Things got worse Tuesday when the holiday weekend was over, but Jaime at Bosworth has busted his BUTT to do what he can to make the situation bearable. If you ever have an emergency AC situation, call him!
They called me several times, to meet us to look at a/c. We were not avail, but they called til we could meet. Very nice to accommodate us. They were polite and professional. And took care of the situation at hand. We will use Bosworth again.
Bosworth saves the day, again! We are loyal Bosworth customers and they proved, yet again, why there are our first and only call when it comes to plumbing or water related issues in Midland. During the Greatest Texas snow/ice/power outage/frozen pipe Storm in the last 100 years, Bosworth answered the phone on the first try, and showed up to my house, as promised within 48 hours. Our technician, Andrew, had all of the parts needed on his truck, to get my frozen/busted tankless water heater up and running in less than 2 hours. He was punctual and professional and he was kind and calm even amongst his crazy schedule and working hours during the storm. I cannot thank he, and Bosworth, enough for a job well done. All of the Bosworth technicians we have ever met are great to work with. Thank you Bosworth! They are the best in the business in Midland, and affordable too. They could have easily lied and told me I needed a new water heater. Instead, Andrew was honest with me, and he took the time to repair my unit while it was less than 20 degrees outside. Highly recommend Bosworth!
Had to have my water heater replaced and Eric and his helper showed up, got the old one out and the new one in relatively quickly. They were both courteous and efficient, I was very pleased ! If I need help for plumbing you can bet I will be call Bosworth again..
Great service! Belinda came and helped with our ac whoas. She was knowledgeable and friendly and got the job done quick! Called and they were able to come out the same day to look at it and fix it. Very happy and finally nice and cool after roasting for a week trying to figure it out on our own.
My A/C had been quitting on me and I called Bosworth to come look at it. Of course when they did it was working so they gave it a once over and said if it quit again to let them know. We’ll sure enough, it quit again and I called them at around 3 pm I had a new motor installed and working smoothly by 5:30 pm.

I was sure that once again Bosworth had send the best! Antonio was very professional, friendly and very respectful! He explained what he was going to do to fix the problem and went right to work! The Bosworth company is absolutely wonderful. I have used them many times for my heating/air conditioning system and pool maintenance. They are quick to respond and always so professional. I highly recommend them.
(Plumbing)Charged me way too much. They changed a bathtub spout/diverter and charged me $77.03 for a $20 spout, tried to charge me $96.60 but when I called about it he said they made a mistake and took some off. They also charged me $20 for shop supplies which there were no other supplies needed other than the spout I was over charged for. He was only there for 20 minutes and the bill was $276.22. After he took some off of the spout the total was $255.76... still way too much. There is $150 per hour fee with an hour minimum which is fine I was told this from the start and agreed with it but the shop supplies charge and the cost for the spout is ridiculous (they are already making a killing with the hourly fee especially on 20 minute jobs like mine without adding a BS fee and price gouging on parts). This is a good example of how companies take advantage of people especially in the Midland Odessa area. I will not be using them again.
Great experience with The Bosworth Company. Called last minute on a Friday, yet they were able to fit me in and actually showed up sooner than expected. The technicians were top notch professionals. They were very courteous and able to quickly diagnose and solve the issue with my heating system.
I have used Bosworth for years and they have always provided great service. I recently had the pleasure of having Gerald sent to repair my AC on two occasions. I recently purchased a home and everything has needed replaced or repaired leaving me in financial ruin. I am currently trying to sell the home, and during this past weekend, I saw another issue that I thought could be devastating. I couldnt call a place for help - as I didnt have any money to pay and till owing Bosworth on a bill right now! I reached out to Gerald on the cell phone he used when he confirmed the AC work appointment a few weeks ago, and he responded right back. I explained I just wanted to talk to him to explain the issue and see if he might know if its real serious. He offered to come look the next day! He knew I could not pay the service fee and he came anyway. I have to say that through this horrible house experience that has left me destitute- most vendors or people I owe and contact - have not been understanding or helpful at all. And with Covid-19- I was hoping for some compassion. Gerald showed compassion and simply blessed me so much! I cannot say enough about Gerald. He is professional, very knowledgeable about air conditioners - and has such a heart for customers. Every company could use alot of Geralds!Thank you - Gerald and Bosworth

Their service Staff are exemplary, always very professional and knowledgeable, as well as dependable. My recent contact with Belinda for my furnace PM visit was nothing but the very best. She even went out of her way to make sure that the right filter for my furnace was installed as I had requested when I made the appointment. Kudos to her.

Bought a new house and noticed an electrical outlet didnt work so we called these guys to come check it out. After they solved the problem I asked a question about a switch and the guy was explaining it to me as if I were stupid, possibly because Im a woman. We also asked if they could check all outlets in the house. They didnt check them all and then we get a bill for $225. We called to ask about the outrocious bill amount because we were unsatisified and the guy was stuttering in his response..
Our technician was Tabitha and she was amazing. She had the issue figured out before she arrived, (which was quick considering we live in McCamey). She was thorough and explained everything she found. Also she was very pleasant. Best experience weve had with any technician.

I gotta feeling i got overcharged on part that was 50 dollars but i could be wrong. The guys did a great job and seemed very knowledgeable. I would use them again. Also they worked fast and got job done right first try.
Absolutely nothing. Thats what they did. First, it took them two whole days to schedule my service because the answering service apparently doesnt relay messages. Keep in mind, it was 100+ degrees outside and I have a baby in the house. They finally came to my house and looked at my unit for a total of three minutes. They didnt have the part and couldnt get it for two days (for some reason), so my husband went and picked one up and installed it himself. Three weeks later, we got a bill for $390. I recommend saving yourself some heartache and hiring a company that hasnt forgotten about customer service.
Had almost an emergency as I was going out of town for a few days and the toilet water shut off valve broke in my hand while trying to shut it off to replace the flapper. They were able to get someone by in less than an hour AND had it fixed in about the same time! Even had the flapper (which I had purchased the wrong size) would definitely recommend!!Edit: Called them back to fix my bathroom sink. Tony was amazing! Was very good at communicating and working with my schedule and got it all fixed up! Can’t say enough good things about this place!
Originally called the company that put in HVAC system. They were here charged my $125, didn’t fix anything and then ghosted me after telling me it wasn’t under warranty. I called Bosworth they were here in 15 minutes and had the part and fixed it right away and checked the complete system. Yes it’s still under factory warranty. A+++++
UPDATE: I received a call from Operations Manager, Ruben R., and he worked diligently to resolve this issue. I am very pleased with the outcome.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wish their employees were a little more trained as far as knowledge of services covered. We rent a water softener from Bosworth, and one day found the connection that they installed from our drain the softener leaking. Rather than trying to fix ourselves since its their equipment, we called to see if the repair was covered. The operator admitted she didnt know, so she said shed forward the information to the water softener technician and hed be able to answer. He called me and said it was covered. When he arrived, he was very friendly, but was not prepared. He said he was given a different van that did not have the parts he needed. We had to wait about an hour for another technician to show up with the right tools. The leak was fixed within 30 minutes. Two weeks later Im holding an invoice for $294 for the visit. Ouch. I called to ask if there was a mistake, and the lady said that the service wasnt part of the rental agreement (which I wasnt given a copy of at installation). Had I known this, I would have definitely reached out to a more reasonably priced plumber. One of the main reasons we wanted to rent a softener was to be covered if any issues arose. I hope this connection was installed correctly this time and there are no more leaks that WE have to pay for.

Then I asked about a sound from my kitchen sink and they said they will come the next day to fix that, it would cost 200 $ to run a snake through it as it appeared blocked , They did not have th equipment with them , so I wait the whole next day and at the end of the day when I text to ask why they are not here, he says he got backed up and cannot come. I would have expected him to let me know so I am not waiting the whole day. They never said they might come the next day, they said they will come by which I expect them to come that same day.Very unprofessional service .Do not recommend.

My tankless water heater stopped heating in the middle of a shower. Called about 9:30, the tech called me back about 11:30. He arrived in a short amount of time. Of course, the water heater was working fine when he got here, lol. It hadn’t shown any codes and had power when I checked it. We finally determined the sand storm on Wednesday must have blocked the filter. Derek removed the supplied special screw and changed it out to a regular Phillips head so that in the future I can clean it myself. Told me if I have any more problems , and codes are displayed, to send him the pictures directly. Very courteous young man, answered all my questions.
After having an issue, I revived a call from a high level representative Ruben he called me and left a message in response to my 1 star rating that I made. He made things right the same day. The sent out a very excellent tech that didnt just show up to fix my issues but made sure that everything was in proper working order before he left my house Ty Brayden for your excellent customer service.
I like using the Bosworth Company. Ive used them many times. They usually come the day you call or the next day. I appreciate that their plumbers are knowledgeable and know how to fix most any issue. I even use them for electrical problems. If something isnt quite right, they will cheerfully come back and fix it. All the plumbers Ive had come are very nice and polite. I recommend them highly. They are expensive. I guess all plumbers are.
Levi was very respectful and polite. When he wasnt able to fix the problem he came back the next day with a couple of helpers and fixed it up with no extra charge. Thank you I will recommend you in the future.

Adrian, my technician, did an awesome job. My issue was with the outside unit, and he had it repaired within 10 minutes of arriving. He was very professional, explained exactly what he did, and answered all my questions. Bosworth’s hourly rate is also cheaper than what I saw elsewhere. It took them a couple days to get someone out, but my unit went down on a weekend in the middle of summer... so that’s to be expected. I will absolutely use Bosworth again in the future.

We had a leak at the shut off valve of our toilet over the weekend. My husband was able to temporarily stop the leak. I called first thing Monday morning and Bosworth was at my house before noon. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to about my AC. I liked the fact that no one tried to sell me anything I didnt want. I told Leroy my problem, he looked into it, gave me rundown. Gave me my options on what needed be fixed. Didnt try to sell me any additional equipment. Gave me a day when they could come fix it. Everything was just smooth. Ive called other companies but they tried selling me something I didnt want, never fixed the leak. Great job all the way around.

Ive used Bosworth for five years for plumbing, electric, and AC work and theyve always done a great job. For the mini-split AC in my garage, they had the lowest bid in town by about $500 and their installers did a perfect job. Everything else, theyve been in line or slightly less than other bids. I trust them to help me maintain my home.

We called Bosworth this morning to ask for help with a drain line that was partially plugged resulting in over-flow. The female employee who took our call was very pleasant, efficient, and spoke distinctly.We received a call earlier than expected from Tommy, our plumber, who came with his helper, Brian, and unstopped the drain quickly after asking several questions about our situation. My husband and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Jackson Inman! Over the July 4th weekend we experienced problems with our air conditioning unit. Jackson came to a call at 12:30am to help. Called me back as soon as they opened in the morning, technician was at my house the same afternoon.Was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Had the replacement part on him, replaced the bad part. Check and verified the A/C was working before leaving. Paid on site, reasonable costs for same day service.Will be using in the future for any other problems!

Responded to my service need within a couple of hours. My problem was not an emergency and the service tech still was called and arrived when he said he would. He was polite, tidy, and very knowledgeable. He had all the parts on his truck even one I assumed was slightly unusual.
Our water heater split down the side and they were there within a couple of hours to replace it and get everything in working order. Great work, would highly recommend.
I have used Bosworth for a few jobs at my home. The guys who come out are always friendly and professional, and the do quality work. The price they have charged have been reasonable in my opinion too. I have been happy to do business with them and will continue to call them for plumbing needs in the future.

My AC wasnt draining I called it in and started a ticket. This happened a 8PM and I still got great service. Tech showed up around 8:15PM got me situated and fixed quick. Verry good service.
Service technician was prompt and professional. He was knowledgeable and fixed the initial problem, but also took the time to check the whole AC system. He found another issue and returned the next day to correct it. He had my unit cooling the first time, and working correctly after the second.
We have used the Bosworth Company for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. Years ago they installed two different heating and air conditioning units for us. The few times we have had problems with them, they are quick to come out and very professional in figuring out the issue and repairing it. I would give the company and its employees a five star rating.
A normal hour charge for this business is $130/hour. Because they needed to replace a $15.00 fuse, the charge became and electrical rate and went to $222/hour (flat rate). The gentleman that came to my house was exceptional and did an amazing job. I also appreciate the fact that the business recognized I have a disabled person in the home and made every effort to have the AC fixed that evening. Im just not completely sure why there was such an extensive jump in the rate.
I have used Bosworth for several years because they show up!! They’ve always been honest and knowledgeable about my issues. Definitely worth every penny I have ever paid them. I highly recommend for plumbing, air conditioning and even electrical work.
My Central AC unit was not cycling down. The techs came out, checked the condenser and recommended a simple hose rinse as the pressures were high. They rinsed the unit down, never checked the air handler, (inside unit) and 15 minutes later charged $195. Im positive the rinse served a good purpose, however it did not fix the problem. The fee was insane.
Technician Tabatha was on time, fast, responsive and honest. She came over on Sunday and had the AC running on the same day. We highly recommend this company. She was honest about the issue and was affordable.

They addressed my needs the only item that would have been nice to know is the cost prior to starting the replacement job…I didn’t ask and they didn’t say. They did a great job and were very professional but I was floored by the replacement cost.
At first I was disappointed, the dispatcher said she put me on the schedule for that afternoon, but when I called to check in at 4pm they did not have me intheir system. Thankfully I remembered the dispatchers name, and while they couldnt get to me that day, they were very apologetic and got me on the list first thing in the morning. The tech who visited our house was friendly yet professional, and very knowledgable, and went beyond what was necessary to make sure we got the best service possible. I will definitely stick with this company in the future. Prices were reasonable for the excellent level of service we recieved.
I trust Bosworth with all our plumbing, air conditions issues. They have always been prompt in there response and professional in their service. The only reason I am giving four stars and not 5 on this last call is because we were given a price from the front office for drain issue and asked girl if she was sure and she assured us of price. Then when the guy finished up and gave me total he told me a price $50 higher than what we were quoted. I asked him about it and he said there were three levels of drain cleaning service and they get it wrong at the office often. I wanted to say not my problem and demand I be charged what I was quoted but I dint press the issue but this does need to be explained when people call for quote. Not a deal breaker. We will continue to use Bosworth in the future.

I have used Bosworth for years for air conditioners, plumbing and electrical jobs They are always professional, on time, polite, clean up their work area and the prices are usually fair. I asked them to come by and check the age of my water heater and discuss how I could get hot water faster in my house. I did not realize they would charge an hours labor for that but when they came last week and replaced my old water heater and installed a comfort circulator they added that hour to my invoice. I was surprised but did not argue the point. I love the comfort circulator and wish I had known about them years ago. I am satisfied with their work.

Had them install generator at two different locations, great work and service. Had some issues during the installation which pushed the completion date a little longer, but you run into these issues on older houses. They did an outstanding job.
The technician was very thorough with the check and clean service . He found the drain was restricted so he blew it clean and also vacuumed out the leaves from the compressor compartment.
Each time I scheduled an appointment, the technician gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival to give me enough time to get home. The service is quick and the technicians have all been very professional.
Our a/c quit cooling overnight. We all know how hot it has been here in Midland this week. I called Bosworth & was told they would be here that day or the next morning; but as soon as a technician was available they would get them out here. At 1:45 the technician called to say he was on his way! He repaired our a/c very quickly and had it cooling! It was 102 outside! He is my HERO!!! If you need any a/c work done, I highly recommend you call Bosworth!

The technician called when on the way, was personable, and very thorough. Also, cleaned the area well. The price seemed a little high for a cleaning and inspection of a small home furnace. Overall we were pleased.
Very reliable company, the only plumbers we call now that we discovered them. Having an older home means we need them a little bit often but always a good experience and the problems get fixed. When it’s urgent they’ve been there very quick too so that’s important!

We recently had a water heater in our home that was under warranty go out. Tony with Bosworth promptly called me back for information on the WH and he was at our house within an hour to professionally remove the leaky WH and install the new one with new connection. Tony was very courteous! GREAT JOB!Yesterday, Ryan R with Bosworth replaced the 4 filters for the first annual maintenance on our R/O Unit that he installed on 2/19/21. Ryan called me to tell me his arrival time. He was quick on his work as well as being very courteous. He is an expert on our R/O unit and our water softener.My wife and I are long time Bosworth customers. Our heating & cooling systems, our two water heaters, our water softener and our R/O unit were all installed by Bosworth and are all maintained by Bosworth. We have much appreciation of Narra with Bosworth’s who has performed the annual maintenance and repair of our two HVAC units for many years.
I had a small water heater catastrophe. Called Bosworth at 8:30 AM. They were at my house by 9:45 and a new water heater installed before noon. Good price, excellent service, very professional.
Im not impressed with them. They were supposed to call me back and didnt, then they said the plumber would come that day and he didnt. I got the run around. Then when he finally came, he spent three hours doing what my husband said shouldve only taken one hour. My husband was a landscaper so he has knowledge of this stuff. We decided to have the plumber do it so that the leak was insured just in case, but at $130 an hour, those extra hours really upset us. Then he was going to come back that same day and fill the hole but he didnt come back, and he didnt call to say he wasnt coming back so my husband fixed it himself. And every time I called and sat on hold, I had to listen to that annoying message about Bosworth being the dependable company which I disagree with.The guy who came to listen for the slab leak was right on, so I give them three stars.
Two very professional individuals (one an apprentice) arrived at our office on time as agreed. They carried the part they needed to fix the problem in their truck and had the heat restored in short order. I sincerely recommend The Bosworth Company anytime you need the prompt services of a knowledgable technician to resolve your HVAC, plumbing or electrical problems. Its great to have a company you can trust to do the job right, on time, the first time.
Workers did a good job explaining my problem and correcting it. I do not believe a certified HVAC tech and an apprentice are worth $130/hour so I am giving the company 3 stars. Many calls (like mine) do not need two people anyways. It was a service call, not an installation.
Repairman excellent. Phoned quickly and came over when ice in AC had melted. Problem already known so just added four pounds of AC coolant. AC working fine now. Only complaint is the high cost. $250 to just add coolant to AC system. Seems high to me for 20 minutes of work and cost of refrigerant. Very frustrating problem of slow leak in system and can’t afford to trace and repair, especially if coil is responsible ($2,500 for part and labor). Technology needs to catch up with this common problem.
I called them to see if they could install a vent hood over my range. The one I bought had different exhaust than the one I was replacing. They said they could and they sent out a crew of 4 for the job. Only two worked on the vent hood while the other two walked back and forth through my house tracking up my floors apparently bored. The whole install took them less than 45 minutes. I was billed $800!!!!! I guess thats $200/hr for each of the guys there - even the ones that just walked around doing nothing.
Daniel and John were at my house this morning a holiday at 7:30 am to replace the water heater that had flooded my house overnight. Daniel was able to give my options and the cost impacts.Within 2 hrs I was just waiting for my water to heat up in my new water heater. I’ve always had a great experience with bosworth. I have an older house that needs lots of work and they always get the job done well. The only thing I wish is that they don’t seem to have a consistent system for payment, sometimes they want you to pay as soon as the work is done and other times they don’t ask for payment and expect me to call them. Either way is fine I just wish there was one way they did things.
After 2 years of problems with my A/C, Neri @ Bosworth was able to locate & FIX the issue right away. He was also very courteous, knowledgeable & professional. I will definitely be calling them again if I need to!
The Technician Levi came out on a Sunday within an hour of being called, in the heat of the west Texas summer to diagnose our AC unit and get repairs setup. Was very nice, courteous and professional. Would gladly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done.
I called them at 4 PM during the worst cold spell we had seen in decades and they had someone here by 6:30 PM and worked until they were done at 8:30 PM. Turns out it was warranty work. The technician was competent and good spirited despite having to be out so late working.
I came home from work to find that my AC was not working and my house was at 87 degrees. I called Bosworth and they sent someone out within an hour and they had it fixed in no time! I really appreciate them coming out and fixing it so quickly. I will definitely use them again!
I am very satisfied with the work done at my property. My rental trailer had serious clogged pipes due to irresponsible tenants repeatedly putting grease down the kitchen sink. The 2 guys from Bosworth had to crawl under the trailer to unclog the pipes. They were friendly, patient, and got the job done. Thank you.
The air conditioner wasn’t working. It was 90 degrees in the house. I called Bosworth and they sent a tech, Lavi the same day. He was very quick, polite, explained everything in detail what was going on. It was a great experience and we slept cool that night. Thank you, Levi and Bosworth!
Had Bosworth out to change the filters on my units and check them. Neri called to let me know he was on his way. Service was done quickly and professionally and he noticed that one of the units was slightly low on Freon so he added some and that there was a part going out, so he replaced it. They may not be the cheapest in town, but I can always rely on them being on time and doing things right.
Our hot water heater went out last night. My wife called Bosworth and they were here this morning and had completely replaced the heater by 1030AM. Hayden and John went above and beyond, completely cleaning up the affected area. They were both extremely polite and courteous. Our AC went down Friday night, called them Saturday am and the repairman Meri Venegas was here that afternoon. Efficient and polite he explained the problem and completed the repairs. The unit has been running properly ever since. I would recommend them anytime for AC repair and for plumbing needs which we have used them for in the past.
Winter Storm Uri made a horrible mess here in Odessa (as well as most of the US). At my rental property there was water gushing from storage area at carport where water heater is located and we couldn’t get the water turned off nor could we find the water meter in the alley under the snow drift.I contacted three companies before I called The Bosworth Company and they could not send anyone out for us. When I contacted Bosworth, they understood my urgency, sent someone within 30 minutes, turned the water off and fixed the busted pipe then went to the next needy customer.Thank you!!!

Slab leak...the employees located the leak and very precisely cut into the floor. The technicians only removed what was necessary to fix the leak and the hole in our floor was much smaller than expected. The techs cleaned up the area and were most courteous the whole time in our home. Thank you Bosworth Company!
We recently had work done by Bosworth, and there was a complication after the original work. Bosworth employees came by to add coolant to get us through the weekend until a resolution could be made, even calling to check on us and adding more coolant on a SUNDAY before the upcoming holiday. Today, they are here, as promised, replacing the compressor. I have been blown away by their service, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond, during a busy season where many companies are backed up for weeks. This is the BEST choice for your needs!
Took two weeks to get a toilet in and installed. Thats ridiculous. The original person that came out did not keep me informed and it took me calling 4 times (after a week had passed) to get a return call. I asked for a supervisor to call and, nope! No call. Disrespectful of time and inconsiderate of inconveniencing me and the supervisor not calling was utter failure in respect to customer service and care. Only gave a 2nd star because a different person came in and installed and he was apologetic and nice.

Weve had them out twice for two separate problems. Both resolved quickly with a lot of knowledge. Not sure what others have complained about previously on pricing, they are slightly above average in cost but quality and knowledge far exceeds others in the area.
Our first 100+ day and of course my AC went kaput.And of course Bosworth is overbooked with calls like myself. Bosworth promised they would contact me back and cant remember time but was late and never so happy to hear If you still want us to come wer able to now! They toubleshooted problem and was breaker switch on unit But was able to hot wire it till they got a switch ordered. Super nice guys working in the dark in and out side with flashlights and dealing with scary electic issues Cant say Thank You enough!

He has the parts necessary and had my ac up and running in no time.I was “afraid” of how much it was going to cost-but it was less than I expected!! Especially for after hours.Can’t thank them enough!!

Our gas line was replaced, to serve indoor gas cook top and outdoor gas pool heater. The installation successfully restored service, though the restoration was somewhat delayed by slow Atmos service once the line was installed. The installation itself is remarkably public and unattractive, and we strongly feel that it could have been done in a much more attractive and unobtrusive fashion.
Negative- I have American Home Shield, they responded on Tuesday, with a company from Big Springs... they responded at their convience... I had been without air since the previous Saturday, upon arrival, the Technician immediately informed me the actual fan blade had shirred off in the outside unit. He did not have a blade and it would take 5-10 days to locate one. Maybe I should consider just replacing the entire unit for $7500.00 and they would get to it in a day or two.... After they reported back to American. I called Boswoth they came out immediately and within 24 hours they replaced the fan blade and just to humor me the fan motor... for less than $900.00, and everything is back to normal/cool. Lesson learned Do Business Local and with people you know, and will be here tomorrow! Thank you Bosworth! Excellent Service

Called at 10:45 am on Saturday with a plumbing issue. Have called back 4 times and am yet to receive a call from Bosworth concerning my service call. It has now been over 31 hours. This company does not appear to care about weekend issues despite the fact that I’m sure they get a premium for weekend call outs. Even a courtesy call to say that they can’t get to it this weekend would be preferable over no contact whatsoever. This is obviously a company that doesn’t care about customer service.

Zeke Rodriguez was an excellent serviceman when he serviced my RO system. I found him to be thoughtful and respectful. He cleaned up after himself and even saw that my tank needed additional pressurizing. Thank you Bosworth for having such knowledgeable employees.
The Plummer who came out was excellent but when I called to set up appointment the lady I spoke with said the price was $130 /hr and that was ok but when technician came out after 20min of work he said that there was a 2hr minimum. I was not informed about this and I would have used someone else because I knew that my problem was a quick hook up. They need to better inform future customers.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Back in 2016, my AC Unit was acting up. I called the Bosworth Company and two people showed up, looked at my unit for maybe 10 mins, said I needed more coolant, and left. I googled this issue and found that was not the issue. The next day, MY AC UNIT DIED. I thankfully used another company my mother recommended to replace the entire unit. I called Bosworth to inform them of this and asked that I not get charged a service fee. Months later, they called to ask me to pay and I complained again and said I was not going to pay it! They also charged me for salt delivery fee for my water softener when I stopped using them and got my own salt at the grocery store. They hounded me over that again and again. THE WORST: I moved from Midland in 2017 and now it’s 2018 and A COLLECTION COMPANY called me asking for $209 for the AC unit service! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! I paid it because I don’t want my credit hurt but DO NOT USE BOSWORTH! Please! Don’t!
Bosworth is a great company. They have taken care of my household needs in plumbing, cir conditioning and electrical for over 30 years. The quality of their work has been outstanding all these years. We are lucky to have such a fine company in Midland.
Called for trouble on a water heater. Almost instantly diagnosed it with needs replacing and started to discuss replacement options. Had to ask for just a replacement of the elements. Installed them- and never hit the button to turn them on. We where without hot water for about a week longer until someone noticed it when trying to measure the area to replace. I would feel a little better if that didnt seem like a way to have us buy a new one from them.
They installed the system many years ago and have done all the maintenance and repair. I have called them out 4 times over the years and have been well pleased with their support. Probably not the cheapest in town, but I don’t mind paying for good service!
Needed some plumbing work done. Called Bosworth and within a few hours Victor was at my door. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed done. He showed me all that he was doing and had done. Answered every question. Thank you Victor and Bosworth. Will call again. Joanna Wagaman

Had a water leak in the wall behind our washing machine. Micha identified the source quickly, removed Sheetrock, removed a defective copper pipe, made a new connection with plastic tubing, tested the connection, did a great job of cleaning up and putting the washing machine back in place. Micha was very professional and efficient in his work and kept me informed on what he was doing.
I love Bosworth do not get me wrong, but I have been having an issue with my AC for a while. I could not seem to get the issue fixed by anyone, until a fine young man by the name of Gerald looked. He was very professional and got the issue fixed in no time. When I need Bosworth to fix my AC again, I will make sure to try and get Gerald.
Replaced water softener and flushed out all faucets. Romero was prompt, polite and courteous. He answered all our questions and was respectful to our home. It was a pleasure to work with Romero!
I was quoted 6-7 hundred dollars but the bill was just less than 1,000. The main problem is when reading the report, the tech stated he had to call someone to assist which took much longer. What he failed to mention in the report is what he told me. He put the filter in backwards causing the unit to still not work after installing the new circuit board. I didnt realize until after, that I paid for the extra labor which wasnt even necessary due to the negligence of the tech in the first place. Because he stated to me that when they realized the filter was in backwards then everything worked.. Shouldnt have been something stated in the report with the labor so high because of the help needed and not explained to me prior to payment
I called the 24 hour number on Sunday, got almost an immediate response by phone and the plumber was there in about an hour. I don’t think I could’ve gotten better service anywhere. A couple of calls of been placed to other publish 24 hour service, and we had not even received a callback OK when you’re leaving is star review five is this one I know but it’s that all the way to the right
I wasnt home when the technician called. He waited a couple hours and call me back so I could still get my filters changed that day. He was friendly and dressed professionally. He was quick and didnt make a mess.Thanks Bosworth
The technicians were kind and helpful. Price was reasonable. My only small complaint is that it took a very long time to get an answer of when the estimated time of arrival was. But overall pleased with the service; will definitely call them again if needed.

Being new to Midland Texas I didnt know ANYTHING about water softeners or why I should get one, so I called Bosworth. My service tech is very nice and knowledgeable. You could have them being salt for your water softener monthly, which for me was a no brainier because as a new mom I know I would forget. The office staff is always polite and helpful. Bosworth was the right choice for me!
Guys came out to service our hasting system and were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The next week the RO was serviced. Then the next week the guys installed a new faucet. Bosworth is the best

Serviced my whole home generator. Excellent job. Techs were helpful, efficient, on time and even petted my dogs. Nice to have the same person (Charlie) every year.

Worst customer service with incompetent techs. Upper management could careless if the job actually is being accomplished and refuse to contact the customer back when there is a problem. I have used Bosworth for every aspect of my homes ac and heating along with plumbing needs for the last 10 years. But after this week of no sevice, improper diagnosis and pure incompetence on the part of their techs it will be the last time. Contacted bosworth because during the hottest part of the day the ac would freeze up and quit supplying cold air to the home. Originally booked for Wednesday when I called on tuesday. They were a complete no call, no show. Contacted them on Wednesday and tech finally dispatched on thursday. First tech came out and told my wife it was the filter which was causing it to freeze up. After he replaced it I told him that would not fix it because I keep them regularly changed. He was more argumentative than helpful and seemed to be more pressed to get to the next disappointed customer, than he was about doing a proper job. After hours and no fix because and temperature continuing to get warmer in the house my wife called him back out. This time he stated to her that it was a part on the condenser, and that it needed to be replaced, which he would could replace for $1000, or he could move it and that would correct the problem. Did I mention that this new ac was purchased from then 6 years ago and is already worthless. When they didnt work he failed to answer her calls again and on the second day another technician was sent out. This guy was by far the most worthless waste of time. He comes out and informs her he doesnt know why the heat is continuing to rise in the house, But The UNIT is working properly. Even after I confronted him over the phone of the ridiculousness of that statement, he offered no repiar. Contact supervisor and after 2 hours neither the supervisor or the owner felt it was necessary to contact me to fix the situation. I have purchased a new ac, furnace, tankless water heater, and trusted them to redo some ducts in the house. After the time and money spent being loyal to the company you would think they would have more loyalty to their customers. Unfortunately this is not the case. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go with a smaller company that values business opposed to this larger one that only cares about money opposed to doing quality work and delivering quality products. All products that I replaced with them were done at the relative sametime and have had issues with each. Goodluck if you use bosworth, because you are going to need it.
They got to me as soon as possible. Came out same day, on a weekend mind you. Micah was awesome, he was patient, quick, and worked with me and my family. Looks like I found my plumbing service for the future.
I called the office 4 times to reschedule the ro filter change and left messages. No one called back to schedule a time. I finally was able to get someone to answer and schefule a time. Or tech was outstanding, fast efficient, and professional
Recently had a major leak, water spraying, called Bosworth and they were out in minutes, turned water off and repaired leak in about an hour! Great service, and Ill always depend on Bosworth! I recommend them highly !
Everyone was extremely professional and polite. All of our questions were answered and the service provided was excellent. They went beyond the service call to help us look into warranty and took really good care of us the entire time.
I called last week and made an appointment to have a RO system installed under my sink. Ryan from Bosworth was very prompt in getting here for the scheduled appoinment. It took him what seemed to be less than an hour to get it installed. He explained how to use the system very good. Thank you Ryan for making it enjoyabl to drink the water from home. No more trips to buy jugs of drinking water!
Bosworth takes care of our AC and heat. Tankless water heaters are checked regularly too. New technician who was hard to understand.

If I could give a negative star… Horrible communication. Very rude customer service, sold us a disposal that we didn’t need (that didn’t fix our plumbing problem) I had to call several times to get them back out to fix whatever the original problem was, and not sure if it is fixed. So very frustrated!
I have used The Bosworth Company several times over the past year, and the work they have done has been absolutely amazing. They have been very professional and upon completion of every job I am always more than satisfied with the end results.
Zeke Rodriguez is an excellent team member and adds value to your company. Zeke went above and beyond to take care of me at 5001 Green Tree. I was out all day and missed my appointment with Zeke on my salt delivery. Zeke not only called me back stating no problem, he also showed up at my house later that day around 5:30 on a Friday. Most team members want to leave early on Friday, not Zeke. Zeke wanted to take care of his customer and give great service. Not only he gave great service, he was also very friendly with a positive attitude.It seems rare to find employees in the Midland market such as Zeke.
