WTR and Edgar were incredible, from dispatch to completion was incredible. Edgar was fast when my family needed them, he was professional and informative. Great service and highly recommend for anyone with AC problems in the area.

Called in 2 weeks ago today still no one shown up when I was originally told its was only 2 days out called Thursday and again was told tomorrow or Monday today is Monday officially 2 weeks and no one has shown up. Instead of giving us the runaround just say youre not gonna show up and wasting our time will not be recommending this company again I used to but after this never again.

Omg! These guys are great! I called on a late Friday having walk in cooler problems and they came out within a couple hours diagnosed and fixed the issues. Colton was super kind, and profession. Everytime I will call them!

So glad I called! Paul was out here QUICK at 10:00pm with such a friendly & happy attitude. House was 85 and he was in and out after only 10 minutes. He assessed and figured it out quickly. Gave me great advice and tips for my security set up too. I will most def be calling for any future AC conundrums. Thank you!!!

The WTR group quickly got me on the schedule, stuck to it, showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable! Got my AC replaced in a day, and were happy! Highly recommend.

I recently had a whole home generator installed by WTR. I was pleased at how professional the experience was, they had a great crew and any questions I had about the process were immediately answered and/or addressed. Ill be using WTR for all my refrigeration / plumbing needs going forward.

I use West Texas Refrigeration for all of my A/C and Chiller system repairs. They are top notch and extremely knowledgeable about chiller systems. Im not sure what I would do without them as chiller technicians in the Permian Basin are few and far between. They are the best.

WTR tech came out to repair my hoshizaki ice maker. Tech was friendly and professional and he was able to get it working again! Would recommend WTR to anyone needing ice machine service.

Called this company .talked on phone about getting a compressor.they highly recommend a new unit.Really 5000.00.I called another company. They came out within 2 hrs.i didnt need a compressor.only a 100.00 part.Really WRT.
