5 stars isn’t enough. Here’s our story: We bought a house with an old system in it, we had another company come out and quote us over 20k to replace the system. Insane! We were referred to call Nick here at One way and on the day he came out, he diagnosed all the problems and gave us a fair and honest quote for way under what the other company gave us. On install day, Nick came out and got things started with John and Devin. John and Devin worked well after dark to get us up and running. They even fixed our old A/C condensation line and made it look way better. Everything looks amazing and very clean. I can’t recommend this company enough. They are simply amazing. Thank you One Way!

I have had a great experience with this company. Geordan and Tyrone are Honest and ethical. One of the few companies that I feel listened to my problems and worked hard to find the final issue. They worked well into the evening to take care of my heat before the cold snap. I highly recommend them.

ONEWAY Heating and Geordan was a refreshing change to most experiences I have had with Heating & AC Companies. I called for a repair for my elderly parents and Geordan went above and beyond to take care of them and ease any anxiety I had about it. He was quick to diagnose the issue which was a switch the previous company failed to turn back on, serviced the unit and program the thermostat for my Mom (made her day)! He even offered to bring in a couple of large packages in that were left outside for them. I highly recommend them!

During the first heat wave in West Texas, we called One Way for their positive reviews. Nick and Ramiro came out after hours and quickly assessed the problem. They went to the effort to get my AC to work through the night so my family would be comfortable.They have an amazing inventory and were able to install a new unit early the next morning and did not leave until my entire family was completely satisfied.Strongly recommend using One Way for any HVAC needs for their great service and quality products.

10-13-2023: ONEWAY replaced our worn out 16 year old cooling system with a Trane 2-stage heat pump, variable speed air handler, new refrigerant lines, and a new thermostat. The hard working installation team (Edgar and John) did an excellent job. Their work was very neat and totally professional. They were very careful of our house and property, and left everything cleaner than before they arrived. Our new system works perfectly, is quieter and more energy efficient (saves us $$$), and does a great job maintaining the perfect temperature in our house. I highly recommend ONEWAY for any air conditioning installation project or repair job.3-28-24: ONEWAY tech stopped by today to do our Spring A/C Checkup. Just like when they did the installation, I could not be any happier with the service from this company. All of their employees are very professional, technically proficient, and super friendly. They show up on time, get the job done quickly and efficiently, and answer my questions. Highly recommended!

Technician was very knowledgeable and repaired issue. He also ran into a second issue while here and stayed til it was running correctly. Gave me good signs to look for on part that could be going out and gave me the game plan if that happens so we could get it taken care of. I’ve used 3 different air conditioning companies. This one was by far the best. My technician was Nick and he was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The ladies in the office were very nice as well.

Was at my door in less than an hour on a Monday evening. Geordan knew what he was doing and fixed it quick. Then he did a full system check and showed me a separate issue. His explanations were easy to understand and transparent. Stephanie scheduled stuff and was kind on the phone. She had accurate time estimates and communicated clearly.Update: they (Tyrone) came out for a second unit and got me fixed up again!I wouldn’t use any other company.

Our heater wasn’t working so we called and OneWay sent Nick and Issac out. They showed up, had it diagnosed, and fixed all within a 2 hour time frame. Both techs were super friendly and professional.Will be using OneWay in the future!

Fair deal at a fair price. Company went above and beyond with the installation even after running into neglected previous home ownership upkeep, or should I say lack-there-of. Not sure the house has ever felt this good. Cleaner, lighter air, and the unit doesn’t have to work half as hard to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. Would highly recommend.

We had an issue with our outside unit, with it steaming and getting really hot only to find out that it was designed to do that to defrost the unit, Geordan Fuller went into detail about how and why our unit was doing it, he also inspected the inside unit and showed me my heating strips and informed me that one was strip was broken snd they could replace but there was no need because the house was keeping warm with no issues, this company is does amazing work and they do not sell you anything you don’t need. This is the third time we have had them out here and they have never disappointed us. Thankyou so much Geordan.

My Rheem heater sounded like it was literally going to explode because of how bad it was shaking and the loud noise.I called at 0515 am, got placed on the list, 0812 service tech arrived, diagnose bad blower and motor, items in stock, by 11:30, system up and running!Friendly, professional and competent service! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend One-way heating & air conditioning Jesiah, Jacob & Julio were very courteous. They laid down multiple drop cloths & were very professional & clean. Did an excellent job at installing my mini-split. I will surely refer them to my friends & family.

We have had heater issues for months and as a result we have dealt woth plenty of HVAC employees. Tyron(e) has been the best HVAC man sent to our place since our issues began. He was diligent and fast and kind (despite our annoying dog), and he was finally able to fix our heater!

Worst company to have service provided from. They were great about availability.But they were “done & gone in less then 30 minutes. Felt like a quick money grab! They were advised 2 months prior was charged with Freon 2lbs supposedly, that there has to be a leak. They disregarded everything advised! And filled with 3.5lbs then were gone. They definitely wanted to sell a new system or “add ons” but didn’t want to find the leak. Oh and didn’t a lot time to diagnose! But surly stated we can come back next week! Instead of doing the job today 9/12/24 when asked for assistance! Oh and the “Freon” charge was $450 bucks. Plus the $125 service fee which was expected. So be careful if you hire them to “fix money grab patch job” before you call for their services.Also office gal like to text and twist stories glad I merged calls with the wife as a witness to the conversation. Definitely not quality business and they don’t respect women as my wife ended up having to handle the service call due to me being called for a job!

We won’t use anyone else! We needed a new unit installed in an old home. Erazmo came out right away and was very honest about what was needed. We were given several different unit options that were all high quality so we could work with our budget. John and Efrain came out and did a perfect job with the installation. They explained the new system, maintenance, and patiently answered all our questions. They even adjusted price down when everything listed in the quote wasn’t necessary. The office staff was wonderful as well. You can tell that this is a company that takes pride in their work. Excellent job.

First tech that came out didn’t quite get the job done but when I called to let them know our AC still wasn’t working we had another tech come over at 10:30 PM an we were good to go in about 30 min. Tyrone Brooks was absolutely amazing! He had an hour drive time, just to arrive and realize he was unable to do any maintenance. He graciously came back early the next morning to get it taken care of not only efficiently, but very quickly. He offered optional solutions, which isn’t something people always get these days! We will definitely be using One Way again along with referring them to friends and family!

Called due to A/C not cooling he came out did a quick check says he didn’t find or hear any leaks, proceeds to tell me all it needs is Freon after $675 and 12 hours later the A/C was already out of Freon and they only book appointments to find leaks. I turned the A/C off and clearly heard the leak coming from the condenser coil outside. They also don’t fix leaks that day you must make an appointment which is hard for family’s in 105 degree days I do not recommend

I’ve called Oneway Heating & Air Conditioning twice in the last week. The first time was for a rent house I manage and the second time was for my own home. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Julio and Joel, the servicemen who came out and got the units running again! Both men were professional, fast to respond and thorough. They had the units repaired and running again in no time. The office staff (I remember Stephanie but can’t remember the other names) did an excellent job of communicating and I knew when to expect them instead of being given a 4 hour time frame to wait. I’m really impressed with this company and I’ll definitely use them again for my heating and AC needs.

April, Joel and Nick did an outstanding job on our Unit. If you’re looking for someone to get your AC back up and running without spending an obscene amount of money then One Way should be your first pick if you’re in Midland because I’ll be honest. Most companies here will try to bleed you dry just to make a profit and it’s not fair to the everyday working people. Thank you One way for saving us a very hot Texas summer of fun.

We just had our old ac/furnace replaced by One Way and I’ve got to say they are a great company. We were very impressed with Alonzo, his professionalism and suggestions on what all should be done to our system. Unit installed 6/2020. Blower motor just went out on a weekend. 185.00 to diagnose what I already knew. 550.00 estimate for Labor with free part. Seems too high to me. Usually a descent company but this labor charge for 30 minute job? I would think twice about this company. I feel like I’m being held hostage since they have my warranty. They don’t seem to care about the high Labor charge for a replacement blower motor.

Julio came out to give me an estimate and although I was not there. He was kind enough to give me a call and explain all my options and walk me through my proposal. When it came time to install my unit the install crew, Edgar and Joshua were very thorough with their job and made sure that my equipment was where I wanted it to be and looked good. They also took the time to show my husband how to use the equipment. I had been without AC for months, but thanks to One Way. I can now live in a comfortable fresh home. I highly recommend giving them a call for any of your HVAC needs.

We were able to set up an appointment the next day. It was so convenient and I didn’t have to spend hours calling different shops looking for someone available & affordable. Not only did they have the best and most reviews on Google, but all the teachers I work with recommended One Way due to their fair pricing, good quality work & great customer service. I called on Sunday afternoon; Geordan from OneWay was here the next day before noon. He found out the problem right away and checked the outside unit as well and replaced 2 pole contactor and added freon all under one hour. Great work!! Will use them again if needed. My AC started to blow warm air and I called a bunch of companies and ONEWAY was the only one to answer and actually come out an hour later. Julio and his two workers got straight on it and figured out exactly what was wrong and didnt try to sell me a whole new system. My AC unit went out a month ago. My home warranty company sent out a technician a few days later. After two weeks of total incompetence, I looked online for another company, willing to just pay myself. I texted OneWay, based on their good reviews, late in the evening. The next morning, I was going to call the office and before 8:00am arrived, someone contacted me first and indicated a technician would be at my home later that day. The technician, Tyrone Brooks, arrived as scheduled. Now, I believe in complete transparency so I will tell you the job took longer than I would have liked. The system, although only purchased a few years ago, took some extensive damage from an unknown source, probably a power surge. The extent of the damage was not discovered initially, so waiting on parts to be ordered took some time. I mentioned this for a particular reason. When a job goes smooth, it’s easy to give a company five stars. This job had a few bumps and I STILL give them five stars. The customer service was hands down the best I have ever dealt with. At NO POINT during this transaction, did I not feel that they actually cared about my issue and wanted to get it rectified. Tyrone, the technician, was thorough in his communication of what happened, what needed to be done and how long it would take. It was easy to tell he took it personal that the process wasn’t going faster than we both wanted it to. The young ladies who were either texting me or calling me were always professional, and showed care and concern. They always followed up when they said they would and Tyrone always arrived when he said he would. Living in a hot house was not fun but knowing this company was on the job gave me comfort and reassurance. I can’t imagine calling any other company for any issues I may have in the future.I wanted to add to this review. There was some internal damage done to my unit and so I had to contact OneWay again to come back out. The customer service was exactly the same as the first time and they came out immediately. It was a perplexing issue so Alonzo, who identified himself as a supervisor but the website indicates he is a co-owner, came out himself. He throughly explained what he believed to be the issue and tested the system on multiple occasions. I didn’t lose air but the system was not operating properly and Alonzo indicated he would come back as many times as necessary to check and correct it. He replaced two sensors and at the time of this update, the system has been working as it should. The best part about it was they never charged me an additional fee for coming back out several times and ordering parts, which may or may not been under warranty. I can’t express my appreciation for the professional and personal attention I received. I would give ten stars if I could.

This company was a TRUE blessing to my family. They came out at 10pm even though we live in the middle of nowhere! Nick was very professional and very educational and worked quickly. Stephanie and Nick gave their absolute best service and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again!

Nick came out today and got us all fixed up! Stephanie was so polite and professional when setting up our appointments. We did have to wait for a part to come in but it was super fast and Nick got us in and done as soon as it arrived. Over all this was a fantastic interaction!!! These guys are awesome! I had an appointment set up with them for a Wednesday due to being out of town. Well we get home and our ac is not blowing and it’s 95° in the house! Oneway Heating was able to find a replacement board for my mothers a/c unit. Josh came out and replaced the board, made sure everything was working correctly and answered several questions we had. It was nice having someone come out and just repair the unit instead of trying to pressure us in to replacing unit. Great service and very professional technician. ***UPDATE***This unit has been a complete disaster. Poorly installed the damaged unit they sold me. Avoid at all cost. Have paid around $2000 since installation to have the unit repaired. Several warranty claims to replace parts. Just a horrible experience. So many better companies to use in Midland that will save you money in the long run.Very Disappointing Experience. After waiting a week with no a/c in 95 degree heat for them to have a unit shipped in, they sent out a damaged unit and then did not honor their offer. We now have a “new” unit that we paid full price for that has replacement parts and does not have the manufactures label or serial number on the unit. The whole process was a circus and completely not worth the headache. Only positive was installer was nice.Highly recommend using another company that cares about their customers a little more and takes care of business much better.

Geordan Fuller is a very kind, well mannered life saver! My ac unit made a horrible sound earlier this evening. I called them around 7 oclock and they were able to work me in still today. He was here for about two hours found and fixed every little problem I had and its running better than it ever has before Ive had these people for air conditioning and heating for a long time and theyve always been very good. Id recommend them to anyone.

My air stopped overnight n have 2 kids n husband on dialysis that we do at home so it cant be hot.
