J & T Refrigeration

2 great respectful guys that came out, nothing against them personally, but J&T prices are just WAY too high. They got me for $2,100 for basically running a copper line. You got to watch those “hourly” labor rates.

After a bad experience with First Degree Heating and Air, JT refrigeration came to the rescue..I bought a new unit from 1st degree only to have a pinhole leak the first season to which 1st degree did nothing about....I contacted JT refrigeration and his tech Justin came out and fixed my leak right away and added freon....which is all I wanted from 1st degree...JT refrigeration rocks and the cost of their freon is affordable...1st degree charges 100 a pound which is outrageous....THANK YOU JT REFRIGERATION..IM COOL....AS IS MY FAMILY

I called this business Monday 9/17 and scheduled an appt for a plumber at 5pm for Tuesday 9/18. Closed my office early, left work early, got home early, and rcvd no service. Not only did the plumber never show, but no one ever called to say they werent coming. I called several times only to be sent to a machine. And for $98.00 an hr, you would think they could at least pay someone to cancel an appt! Needless to say, I still need a plumber!

Horrible service, I called to make an appointment I was told they were really busy this year but they could help! I called almost every two days to see when or how far out I was on their LIST and no one could give me an answer I even had a tech I call and see what was needed. finally after 2 weeks of trying they stated I wasn’t even on the list and they could not help me after saying they could. Poor service I’m very disappointed. Would never recommend to anyone.

Great guys! Stay until the job is complete. Very professional and respectful. Always come right out when I call. You wont be disappointed!

Candace, We do not have a plumbing department, we do not do plumbing work, and we do not have an answering machine. We use an answering service that answers the phones 24 hours a day. Please reconsider your review, as it can not be accurate.

They over charge because companies are in need
