Mr. Ellis, Billie and the rest of his crew did an amazing job installing my HVAC Unit. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Very prompt, kind and courteous !! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I’ve used Ellis multiple times in the past I would call and they would come out that week and get the job done. I would be respectful, polite and pay what they’re owed with no problems. I guess they look at the situation differently because I’ve called on two different occasions and never got any response back. Just sitting on the waiting list for WEEKS until I have to go else where. No updates, no calls, no show. I have no clue what I did to that company but to me “now” they’re bias and help who they want to help. If I call they just take my name address and number. That’s the last of it

BEWARE - BAD Experience with this company Called the owner to complain about the charge of $1,668.00 to replace a water heater at my rental home in Midland, and then he added another $65 to the bill. I just changed out a water heater at my home, and it was $580 for the water Heater at Home Depot, and it took me 2 hours to install. His reason for charging so much was because other plumbers in town charge this much instead of charging me a reasonable amount for the time spent. I have many rental homes and the usual labor charge to install a 40 gal heater is $500 or less. Charging over $1000 for a couple of hours work is price gouging in my honest opinion. It is getting absolutely ridiculous what people are charging these days for their services. They seem to think there is no limit and people will have to pay whatever they ask.

Ellis Plumbing called first thing this morning to make sure I was ready for them to come fix the garbage disposal and unclog a sink. On a Saturday, most companys would charge more, but Ellis did not. They were fast and did a great job!

Richard is the nicest! They arrived when they said, gave a reasonable estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Ellis for your plumbing needs! The Dad is just as nice. Very pleasant to do business with.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Simply put, they get it done and at reasonable prices. Very professional, very courteous. They have taken care of my hot water heater, air conditioner, and various other tasks around the house. Each time they show up in their orange van, Im relieved that theyre here and I know its going to be fixed right.

I asked them to check on my AC unit when it stopped giving cool air. The technician came he refilled Freon in it and checked it, did not work, and then checked for a while and said the condensor needs replacement , estimated more than 3000.I went for second opinion to another company. The second guy able to recognize from the sound of the unit that it needs Capacitor replacement and charged $80 for the part. Checked the unit for any ther problem and found that there is too much Freon to a point the whole system can get damaged, so removed some. Since then, Working very well.I called back Ellis company to report on the technician , they boasted that they in the bussiness for 50 years, but did not agree thier wrong doing..They still charged me for 1hr.I feel like someone came to my house to cheat me and claiming that they have 50 years experience and still charged me for their visit.

Absolutely the best plumbers and AC guys in town! They are quick, honest, fairly priced, and do the best work Ive seen. I have been working with them for about 3 years. Highly recommend.

When I call for my moms business they always come right out and get the job done. But I been on the wait list for a clogged sink at my house since March . Glad they are staying busy though.

I was Tired of using incompetent big name plumbers,, they are expensive and never do the job right. Ive seen the Ellis van around for years. Called them they were knowledgable , polite, professional . They permanently fixed a problem that other plumbers were never able to do. I have found a new plumber, along with my parents and neighbors.

Ive tried over and over again to get them out to my house. They say their going to come by so I take off work and they never show up. I will never call them again and I recommend no one waste your time.

Been knowing Mr Ellis sinces I was in 4th grade and he works with me , but prices going up these Days, getting to expensive, cost of living is ridiculous!

They are terrific men. I had them put central air in my house. They do nearly all my plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone.
