Josh was respectful, personable and very good at his job. He talked me through all my options and then walked me through every step of what he was doing. Consequently, my mind was totally at ease. When he was done, there was zero mess left behind, and that was impressive with the amount of dirt and mud he moved to dig up my pipes. Not only that but Baker Brothers really stepped up. We needed a plumber NOW and they sent someone. Ten out ten would recommend.

Cristian Arias and his teammate arrived on time and did excellent work replacing my water heater and bringing the installation up to code. They resolved two concerns I had with the initial work quickly and completely with no argument. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Brett has done a ton of work for us and he does an amazing job every time! We wouldn’t have anyone else in our home. He cares about the work he does and always educates us on what we need to know. This time he did a whole home surge protector and an EV charger. Great job Brett!

Great plumbing technician did an excellent job even showed me on the camera where it was clogged and how we was gonna fix it. He gave me some good advice for the future and an idea to keep it from happening in it again. I would definitely Use these guys again

My one major problem at this point is that you don’t provide 7 Stars. Cameron was very personable, flexible, prompt, and very efficient. I have an older unit which is showing signs of old age, and I very muchAppreciated his honesty in giving me several options with varying degrees of complexity And affordability while still addressing my needs. My previous service company is no longer covering my area and so I was apprehensive about using a new provider . Cameron inspired confidence that I made the right decision And I am very pleased.

Just happened to kneel near the gas pipe coming in the house and smells gas. I shut off the gas and called them. They were over pretty quick and found the leaks and made my house code compliant. Very happy with having a much safer home.

Fantastic job. We had a pipe burst during to freezing. Baker Brothers came out very quickly and took their time finding the pipe, using the best way to get to it with the least amount of damage to the wall. They stayed until all was good and were so professional and courteous. It was a late night for them and I am so grateful to them for the quick and affordable repair. Amazing service!!!

Be very careful with this company. When you use your credit card to pay, make sure to check carefully before signing on their payment machine. They charged my credit card over $680 when the actual service fee was only $68.I had an agreement with the service provider, and I approved the work. His name is Mike. The first job was fixing a pipe issue in my backyard, replacing it with a new pipe. The price for this was $387.66, which I paid with one credit card. The second job was fixing a noisy toilet, which cost $68, and I paid with a second credit card. I told him to send me an invoice.When he came home he emailed me three invoices:1. $1,166.002. $378.693. $680.00I called them to complain, and they only refunded $300. When I called again, their response was extremely rude. The woman I spoke to refused to return the rest of my money.Everyone, please be careful with this company. I had to report the charges to my credit card provider. These people are very dishonest, so always double-check before signing because their card payment machine is very small.

Excellent service. I had a bathroom leak that needed immediate attention. They were able to accommodate emergency appointment. Daniel Guerrero was very kind and respectful. He did an amazing job and fix the bathroom leak in no time. Very satisfied

I have used Baker Bros consistently for over a year now for the HVAC, plumbing and electrical for my rental house and residence. Contacted Baker Bros to install a second water heater in my residence. They quoted $1,775 for electrical and $3,400 for install (I would supply the water heater). The day of install the technicians asked where the new water heater was located. I had already informed them that I had purchased it from Home Depot. They called the Boss who said that it would cost $200 for them to go get it from Home Depot. The Home Depot is 7 minutes from my residence. I asked the technician if he was kidding. $200 to pick up a water heater??? After spending $1,775 for Baker Bros electrician and going to spend $3,400 for install?? That is nuts to charge a loyal customer $200 for pickup, especially when that customer is spending $5,000 for a water heater install. Price gouging at its finest, shame on you Baker Bros.

Michael Bryan is technician sent by Baker Brothers for our shower line leak. He identified the issue and pinpointed location very quickly. All repairs completed in timely manner. He was courteous and respectful. All was cleaned throughly when work complete! Highly recommend Baker Brothers and especially Michael Bryan. What an asset he is to the company!

Corbin was absolutely phenomenal with resolving our plumbing issue and performing it in a timely manner. After the experience with the original plumber that came out through our home warranty service, they destroyed our yard, did not resolve the issue, and put us thousands of dollars out of money to go nowhere. Baker Brothers and Corbin came out quickly and efficiently, found the problem within minutes, and gave us a quote that was reasonable. Corbin also was very thorough with showing us WHAT the actual issue was, rather than just giving us an estimate. I appreciate all the work he and the company did to help us in our time of need!

Great service from Brian for my heating issue! Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew exactly what was needed and even went a step beyond. Baker Brothers customer service is exceptional as well... Calls are answered promptly, schedules are accommodating, text notifications as well as calls are at least 30 min ahead (no waiting around for a 4 hour or all day window), pics of the expected tech, and online map view of the tech enroute. Reasonable prices and outstanding service.

Called at 5:15 PM on Monday and had a plumber out here at 9:00 AM on Tuesday! Non-emergency call, just had a backed up drain I couldn’t snake myself. Customer service was excellent as well. Yasir was on time, explained everything very clearly, got the job done quickly, and walked me through next steps to keep my drains clear! Prices were also much better than some other people I’ve used for similar jobs.

Baker Brothers is consistently great. Ive recently used them for plumbing and HVAC installations and their service is simply outstanding. Atticus, the Baker Brothers plumber, fixed the leak, replaced the plumbing valves that no longer shut off the water, and installed new kitchen faucet! Not only does everything work but he created more space under the sink cabinet. I am extremely pleased with his work!

Ashton was the best. He helped us with our situation in a timely manner and told my son Happy Birthday. He is very friendly, understanding, and kind. I couldnt have gotten a better blessing then him to come over to help is in our time of need. We had a contractor that was supposed to come by, he never showed or answered the calls or texts after last night. We contacted another company only to be told they can see us tomorrow and they had an opened schedule #noeta. We then called Baker Brothers and it was our best decision. Truly a happy client. He deserves a raise!!!

Had a new water heater installed today. Cristian, my installer, did an excellent job! I had several questions, and he answered all of them thoroughly. He cleaned up the area before he left and hauled off the old heater. Thanks for an easy process!

Drew was great. Great experience. Cant go wrong with warranty.Update: what I thought was great work turned out to be questionable when dealing with their office. I asked for a couple estimates to help with insurance and they never got back to me. I also had questions regarding the thoroughness of their work when doing leak detection and so far no response. Don’t call if you want responsive service.

Highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism Justin Childress showed. He did an exceptional job communicating what actions he was going to take to find our leak and then made sure I was aware of the charges before he moved forward. He was able to take care of the problem on one visit for less than I imagined it would be. I will definitely be using Baker Brothers again! Highly recommend!

Bakers Brothers did a great job I was having electrical issues and my technician, Caleb Patterson, came in and did a complete evaluation and fixed and replaced everything and ensure it was working prior to leaving and kept everything clean. Caleb was very professional and showed he knew what he was doing. I had a great experience.

Update: Unfortunately I had the need of a plumber. Baker Bros sent Javier. Turns out I have a slab leak and also in need of a new hit water heater. I had a thousand questions and Javier was very patient while answering each one. The repairs are scheduled and I am hopeful I don’t have a need for Baker Bros again in the near future, but will call them if I do!James was great. Very personable and professional. He gave me honest options on my repair and took time to explain each one. Will definitely use Baker Brothers again and ask for James!!

Michael Bryan did an excellent job. He is patient and meticulous. He knows his job well. A real professional. Does good workmanship and has good common sense to troubleshoot the problem. He is patient in explaining what he is doing and makes good progress under the circumstance. He is thorough and took the time to cleanup the work area. As a customer this is the kind of person you want doing a job for you. The company also has an efficient system in place making the process smooth and quick. Before the job started the supervisors took some time to follow up with my case, but it was also during the holiday season during the New Year and some not so nice weather going on, so i believe that has something to do with the initial slow response. Once things got started it was smooth sailing. I think Baker Brothers Plumbing is one of the best, if not the best choice if you ever have a plumbing problem. Michael the tech pro was excellent. I am fully satisfied with his work.

Daniel did a great job. He was friendly and very professional. He also explained the process he was performing during the water heater replacement. Really appreciate the work he performed after hours especially as the temperature was dropping because of the wind chill coming from the winter front approaching.

Our old water heater decided to leak… (oh so much fun on January second!) We called Baker Bros because we had had excellent results with them before. This was no exception. Jake was clean and quick. As I have in the past, done some work along these lines, I can also tell he is an excellent plumber. (And he has some excellent stories about his car…) The price was fair. We will continue to go to Baker as the need arises.

Love the reliable and fast service from Baker Bros. Ali and his tech did a phenomenal job in cleaning out our ducks. The house is over 20 years old and was in really bad shape but they did such a thorough job and made sure everything was done completely before leaving the site. I couldn’t be more happy with their service.

Baker Bros Techs have always been very courteous and professional, do their job thoroughly and answer any questions. We use Baker Bros for everything! Kevin did a very good job repairing my water leak issues at a reasonable price and went out of this way to make sure everything was good!

I had an issue with one of two hot water heaters igniting on 2011 tanks. They all said they wouldn’t touch them vs replace them but never even came out to assess if there was a simple issue. After obtaining quotes from others I called Bakers Brothers as a friend had a very positive experience with them late last year. They did provide an over the phone quote and all in cost of repairs that are standard for them including pulling the needed permits from the city which a lot of plumbers fail to do. They set up for a tech to come the next day and first tried to see if they could get it working before pushing to just replace as they were in very good condition. I will note these are 2 50 gallon in a two story home that sit another level up in the attic. Due to age replacing was the consistent conclusion. Within 3 hrs they were done including ensuring they reconnected the circulation plump that I had just replaced late last year. They honored their quote no hidden fees. The technicians were incredible and I honestly didn’t know they were here they were so quiet in getting the job done. They took special care to protect my floors but I honestly barely knew they had removed the old ones because they were so quick, quiet and neat.i inspected the job with Jason the tech and he thoroughly went through all the stuff they did including better reinforcement for the pressure container and more ideal easy access drain and shutoff valves. The job was so neat I couldn’t even tell they ran new pvc up to the tanks. Ironically for what felt like twice the effort than others were including in their quotes their pricing was 25 percent less and the tanks came with a 12 yr warranty ( standard is 6). I would highly recommend them for water heater needs

We lost a breaker on Friday night. Baker was able to come out Saturday and not only fix that breaker, but assess our electrical panel, replace all our breakers, add a house surge protector and give us peace of mind! Ryan was professional and I personable. He worked quickly as well. I highly recommend!

My experience with Bakers brother was the best! I Called in, got an estimate, and next day a plumber came over to fix the leak in the ceiling. Evan Roberts provided excellent service! He was so kind to re-explained to me almost 4x of what’s going on and was super knowledgeable about everything when I asked him about the leaking situation. He and his team fixed it within 1 hour as well!I was hestistant to find a trusted plumber but Baker company did a fantastic job with everything from scheduling, to clear transparent pricing, and provided detailed explanations. Hello, my appointment window was between 8:30 and 9:30 am. Andrew showed up at 8:30, very impressive. He was very informative and explained every step he was going to take to locate the leak. He located the leak and triple checked himself to ensure that was to correct location. He offered three different payment options and explained the better option. Thank You Erica Proctor

Ryan was very clean, polite, and professional during the whole process. He came to give us a quote and was patient with all of our questions. During the day of installation, it was a quiet and quick process. Him and a team member had everything completed and picked up in a few hours. They left the area as clean as it was when they came in. Christian was VERY professional and took time to explain the whole process of replacing a water heater. He notified us he was coming and showed up ON TIME! The job was done in an hour. He then explained some features our new heater had such as individual hot and cold water shut off valves and how to adjust water temperature. Best install experience that I have ever had. Josh did a great job. He called us an hour out to let us know he was on his way. Leak was under ground and under some pave stones. Josh did the hard work to move the stones and hand dig down until he found the leak. He showed me the issue and presented me with a fix and a cost. He completed the work in quick order and briefed me on the solution. Check the meter for evidence of any additional leaks and once I was satisfied, he went on his way. Would be glad to have Josh back on any new plumbing issues.

Having requested an estimate, these folks came out the same day. The representative who would be visiting--Mr. Sparks--called me to say when hed be in and when I indicated Id be in a meeting until 15 minutes after that, he indicated hed stop for gas and be at my address at the time Id just suggested. The update text came through that he was close by and I chose to leave my meeting early rather than potentially miss the consultation appointment, but I should have taken the Mr. Sparks word: the app showed hed stopped at a gas station just up the road from my address exactly like hed said he would, and appeared at my driveway precisely on time, to the minute.It is always advisable to have a question or two on hand to ask a salesperson that you KNOW they wont love to answer from a sales perspective: in this case, why are quotes Im receiving for AC work 25% higher than my understanding of the national average? In my case, I received a cogent and reasonable explanation related to the fact that were building more houses in the Dallas area than nearly anywhere else in the country--working for the schools I know thats the case in my town. Companies charge that much because the demand is there, and thats been consistent with my experience and my discussions with other folks getting similar work done.I appreciated the honesty, integrity and transparency I received from Baker Brothers and from Mr. Sparks. I will likely measure future AC discussions against this experience.

Received notice that tech was on route at 8:00am. Tech did not arrive until well after 10:l00.Presented tech with a coupon for a 5% VA/senior discount. He said he would take care of it. He didnt.

We developed a leak near our water meter on a day when the low was 21 degrees. Baker Brothers sent Josh out and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Since it was almost dark on a Sunday evening, we agreed to delay the job until Monday morning. Josh arrived 30 minutes early prepared to deal with the issue as well as the frigid temperatures. Leak was repaired and water was back on in less than three hours after having to excavate a large amount of clay soil from near the meter. Since access was needed into our utility room to introduce air into the water line, Josh protected the floor with tarps because it was an extremely muddy job. Cleanup left the room spotless. We will definitely use Baker Brothers again and will request Josh if he is available to do the job. Very professional and answered all of our questions. Job well done Baker Brothers and Josh! Michael did a great job. He came in, loved on my dog and cat too! Got the job done in under 20 minutes! So fast. I was very impressed. he is very polite. Just supprised at how much a 20 minute job would cost. I assume its for transportation, the companies share of the $$ and then his salary. He should go into business for himself!

Ive been a happy plumbing customer of Baker since 2021. Their pricing is great and comes with a warranty. They have always honored their warranty and if something goes wrong they go above and beyond to make things right. Their customer service is truly incredible!

You can tell Shawn has been in the plumbing business for quite some time. Shawn has so much knowledge and experience to pull from and was able to identify some very tricky plumbing issues that had stumped other plumbers I had talked to in the past. He was very friendly and helpful and able to explain what was happening and provide me with the best options for addressing them. I appreciated his help and expertise and plan to use Baker Brothers again for any future plumbing projects.

Baker Brothers is our go-to for home maintenance and repairs. I can get help immediately which is awesome. Today Storm did an excellent job and a few weeks ago our sewer repair was exceptional. I think our service technician was Josh. He and his helper worked hard digging a deep hole and attaching new PVC.

Sean was great! He did a reloop of my pipes, used the best route with minimal damage & hole cutting to get the desired result. Explained what he was going to do and checked to make sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up before leaving.Chuck came and was also great! He checked my water pressure and made sure it was flowing higher before he left.

Excellent service by Brian Cheever. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He worked on configuring our new ECOBEE thermostats for a multi-zone system and understood perfectly what was needed. While here, he clarified some things about how the system was configured. Much more informative than the last very popular vendor I used on my system. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers and, specifically, Brian. Tracy was the best. He explained everything he was doing to troubleshooting the issue. Then completed the resolution in no time. He even discounted the charge because he thought it took less effort than anticipated!

Matt at Baker Brothers came out to inspect our 20 year old HVAC system a couple of hours after I called for the first time. He was extremely professional and friendly. He made us feel comfortable about needing to replace our entire system without any hard or high pressure sales techniques. What he did was a more thorough job of evaluating our homes deficiencies than I expected and he offered multiple solutions with different price points and left the decisions to us. After answering all of our questions to my satisfaction before he left our home.

We had an emergency electrical issue. They were out same day, good price, and Ryan was super friendly. They even wore boot covers inside 🙂. I told them they didnt have to, but they insisted.

A correct diagnosis of my Amana furnace problem, along with concise and specific advice regarding its repair situation. As an older unit it apparently is a brand-specific valve type that must be ordered (no surprise), but the final job quote is what actually sold me. Very fair and reasonable pricing indeed! The technician was great, spent over 4 hours trying to unclog my drain. The drain is still clogged and it cost me $226.00. I consider this poor business practices. Not blaming the tech but this is a poor way to run a company. I can’t recommend them!

With the temps so low my outside faucet was frozen even though it had a cover on. It broke and needed to be replaced. Baker Brother has a plumber out right away. Oscar did a great job!!! Great price, no pushy sales tactics and they even lowered the cost of finding the leak when they found out they could fix it by shutting off my sprinklers(the sprinkler company I used will have to repair their system.) Of course my situation is lucky but im super happy with how simple everything was. Easy appointment system, came in at 8:00 and problem was fixed by 9:30. Also workers who use shoe covers when inspecting the inside are always a welcomed sight!

Alex Acosta from Baker Brothers plumbing spent the entire day (2/4/25) replacing our water service line from the street to the house by pulling the new line through the existing line rather than digging up our front yard. Exception job, clean up and checking all faucets inside the house afterwards to ensure everything worked fine. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I am extremely happy with the work that Alex and Ruben from Baker Bothers provided me today. We had a huge leak under our front side walk. I first called another company, but they simply tried to sell me things I didn’t need and charge for multiple hours of diagnosis. We called in the middle of the night due to our schedule when our furnace stopped working properly. We talked to someone that night and had someone out the next day. Lucas was friendly and quick to resolve the issue. Baker Brothers will definitely be my first call for all our needs.

This time Trevor was our tech to install a kitchen faucet. Trevor was exceptional. Very friendly and above and beyond in patience as I had to go to Lowes twice while he was here because I bought the wrong part. He explained how everything worked and took great pride in his work. I called this place to come check out my furance because it wasnt working properly. The technician they sent looked at the unit and pretty much said that we needed to replace the unit and it would cost us 17k. Today I had someone else come look at it from a different company and he pretty much said that the unit needed to be cleaned and did not need to be replaced. So after having the unit cleaned it works flawlessly like it did before. I wouldnt trust this company at all...they are just in the making money business and just want to rip people off.

If I had five Erics, I could rule the world! This guy was fast, professional and friendly. He came here, got to it immediately, cleared the clog,tested it,scoped it again and he was gone! He was in and out in a half an hour and thats manually retracting the snake a 100 feet! And the price was great! I will definitely use the Baker Brothers in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Landon did a great job. I was told by a competitor that the unit needed over $2,500 in repairs and could not guarantee that it would work. Strongly recommended that we replace the unit for $17,000. Landon looked at the unit and cleaned the flame sensor and everything fired up and was working correctly for $159. Definitely will call Baker Brothers first next time.

Very pleased with Baker Brothers Electrical Service. Needed one of my smoke detectors replaced and the others inspected. James was very respectful and professional. He was prompt and explained how to identify when units needed replaced. Good job James.

I called two places to see what the availability was for a furnace tune up. The first place said Dec 12th so I called Baker Brother’s. They gave me an appointment for the next day (thank God because this morning was cold). Baker Brother’s called ahead of time as they said they would to confirm if someone was home to let the technician in. Rafael was my service member. He was very professional while in my home inspecting my furnace. He went over in detail what he did showing me pictures of what he found. I really appreciate the level of service Baker Brother’s provided. I will call on them again for the AC tune up come March or if I have a plumbing or electrical in the future.

As far as plumbing goes, there isnt a company I trust more than Baker Bros. Of large companies, they provide the lowest bids on large jobs while also providing a higher grade of service. The plumbers are always polite and friendly, and they show up when I need them to. I highly recommend them for any job, but if its a big job that needs to get done right by someone that can be held accountable, I fully trust Baker Bros.

Phenomenal hassle free experience. I am usually skeptical dealing with most companies for services I find online, that being said Nathan came out promptly and did an honest job. I called to have my clean out unclogged, however he was able to run a video down the line, confirm the clog had cleared itself without attempting to charge for anything else. Definitely plan to call them in the future if a need arises for their service!

It very easy to schedule an appointment and if they have cancellation they reach out to see if it’s convenient for you if you want to change the schedule. Every technician that has come to my house has been polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Matthew was recently here and he gave me great advice on how to care for the plumbing in my house. He worked clean and was in and out in no time at all. I would give them ten stars if I had the option.

I cant tell you how pleased I was with Jacob Johnson with Baker Brothers, the tech who came out to look at my Water Heater tank that was popping like popcorn every few hours. Very annoying especially at night. He took the time to empty out the mineral deposits in the main tank and fix a slow leak in a T&P valve that was replaced. The noise is not 100% stopped but 90% better with the popping noises. I was told prior that this popping issue couldnt be fixed although the tanks are only 3 years old. He was professional and knew what he was doing. Much appreciated.

Wolfgang Kiess was very knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing , and then correcting the problem. He was courteous, kind, and professional. He went above and beyond while completing the job at a reasonable price! I am so glad I contacted Baker Brothers and purchased the Family Plan!

I called Baker Brothers and was able to get a same day appointment. The technician was called to let me know his eta. When he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself, I will definitely use them again.

Our tech was professional and knowledgeable. We certainly didn’t like the news but that wasn’t his fault. Compressor went out but thankfully it was under warranty.They came out today as soon as possible and got us fixed up again. Price was as quoted. Both techs were absolutely friendly and knowledgeable of what they were doing. Would recommend.One other comment, we called two companies right in town of Prosper. One was closed until middle of the following week. The other never would answer the phone. Baker Brothers answered the phone and communicated with us over the top which as a business owner myself communication is key for me.

I have been a customers for years and part of the family plan. Baker Brothers is slightly more expensive than others, but up until know I was happy to pay a premium for their impeccable customer service. Well, not anymore. They had the brilliant idea to introduce an AI agent: so on top of paying a premium, they want you to interact with a machine so they can save some extra money. Not me. Family plan is going to be canceled in the morning.

James T did a great job checking on my tub/shower issue and gave me 3 options to choose from. I appreciate that he didn’t use any pressure tactics to close the sale. Thank you for the great service.

Garrett was very helpful in addressing my concerns with the electrical in my home. What started as a simple quote, evolved to discovering a safety concern in my living room that could have been disastrous. I really appreciate the time he spent on explaining my options and offering several approaches to fixing my issue.

David Cruz from Baker Brothers was friendly and professional. He arrived early, completed the work to my satisfaction, then cleaned up before leaving. I’m pleased with Baker Brothers. Their plumbers are very well trained.

2/26/25 update:I had a water leak that looked like one of my water heaters might have failed. Alex Wampler arrived at the apointed time (got an eMail and text notification). He determined one of the flex lines failed. He replaced the damaged one and also the other three as they could have a defect. Since the workmanship has a 12 month warranty, I expected to be charged for the labor but the whole charge was $0. Reinforced my impression that Baker Brothers has INTEGRITY with a capital I. Totally satisifed.1/18/24 UPDATE:I referred a friend who was facing a questionable complete system replacement for over $9k and the Baker Brothers tech diagnosed the problem and fixed it for $250. They continue to exceed expectations. You should at least give them a call and find out what experts with integrity do.FIRST REVIEW 12/14/23: Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric are rock stars. Dalton Broussard and his helper did an exceptional job in replacing two gas water heaters. They improved the piping and were exceptionally professional in every way. Baker Brothers will definitely be on my go to list for work in their skill area. No upselling, just reasonable high quality workmanship. 12 year warranty (L&M) is reassuring. Communication, updates, access through the home office was exceptional. I could not ask for anything more. Thank you.

Cameron was very helpful With the whole process. He and Josh did a great job with my AC Concerns. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers.(Follow up) On October 2 Billy McMahon came to my home to replace 2 AC coils. Billy was very respectful and professional. He did a great job overall and I would highly recommend Billy and Baker Brothers for any of your AC or heating concerns.

We called Baker Brothers because we could hear running water under our pier and beam house. They sent Luis out to fix the problem for us. He had to make his way through a lot of mud in the crawl space to get to the location to make the repair and was careful not to make a mess in the house when he exited. He did an amazing and professional job for us.

We had a toilet reset & two lavatory faucets installed. Both service technicians were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast working. Both jobs were done to our satisfaction. We will use Baker Brothers for any upcoming plumbing problems that may occur.

We had a great experience with James! He did a great job repairing our shower which needed a new valve. James did a good job breaking down the pricing for different aspects of the repair and giving my husband and I space to discuss it (rather than pressuring us into a certain repair).He also was very kind and great with our 5-year-old (who is homeschooled)—he answered all of his questions and taught him as he went along with the repair. It was very sweet.Good experience all around!

Baker Brothers is our go-to HVAC company. We gave BB a try after years of trying other companies and always being let down or feeling that we were being scammed. The team at BB has always been professional and straightforward. They actually stand behind the work they do too (a welcome change).The techs are great. You receive a text message with info and a picture before a stranger shows up at your home. Jason M was in my home yesterday, and just like the rest, he was professional, helpful, and didnt leave a mess behind.

I had an emergency hot water crisis and I had to take an invigorating cold shower. I called Baker Brothers (recommended by my sister) and they scheduled service the same day and had Marco Lara at my house in about 2 hours. Hot Water Heater had seen its last day. Marco showed me what the problem was and gave me a quote for a new one. When I asked how long would I have to wait fir them to get a new one ordered and delivered... much to my surprise he said he had a new tank on his truck and they are ready to install it as soon as I approved the work order. He was quick, efficient and had it installed in about 40 minutes. We had hot water in about 45 minutes after he left. I would definitely use this company again for my plumbing needs. I will look into their Family Plan too.

The service was excellent, my problem was electrical outlets not working in the owners bedroom, Mr. Dylan Gomez inspected my main panel, inspected the outlets where the problems were and explained the service plan, the cost to troubleshoot, and repair. He found my problems made the necessary repairs and all of the outlets were working.. He was excellent, I highly recommend this servicemen with Baker Brothers.

Derek did a fantastic job reviewing the system and providing multiple estimates. He was able to quickly locate the issue and replace the garbage disposal which was the source of our issue. He was clean and prompt with service and willing to explain and demonstrate along the way for my ever inquiring curious mind. 10/10 stars!
