I contacted Hanjin Heating & Air Service when I had a problem with my furnace. I was expecting someone to come sometime within a week but she got someone to my house the next morning.The same day she had already ordered me an entirely new furnace and had it replaced the next day only after she tried searching for the one part I needed that they dont make anymore. No one had the part but she made sure I wasnt left in the cold either way.
