Hello, I have been working with Air Star Services since I have owned my home for 21 years. I have a maintenance contract with them and it has been worth every penny. Each time a contractor comes out for service, they are always knowledgeable and professional. They explain what they plan to do and provide feedback along the way. The latest contractor, Chris is fairly new the company but he still knew his job well and even recommended I replace my carbon monoxide detector since I hadn’t in 21 years. I have always been impressed with this company and Chris, the newby, impressed me today. Happy holidays to Air Star Services and the whole team. Peggy Williams, a loyal customer.

They came out thru American Home Shield. Put in a capacitor. A/C still did not work so they came back the next day. Tech admitted he wired it wrong. That’s fine. Mistakes happen. But they charged me for the 2nd visit to fix their admitted bad wiring. I called and a snarky lady said “take it up with American Home Shield”. Airstar messed up the work and caused the 2nd visit and didn’t give a darn that I was charged twice. Too many good A/C companies out there to deal with that.

We had an ongoing issue of the HVAC unit dripping water due to a poor design and clogged P-trap. The location of the float switch did not allow the unit to shut off. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue. He installed a new P-trap and float switch which allowed the unit to shut off if the pan fills. Thank you Chris.

I am very impressed by Airstar. They helped me work through a number of complications with a home warranty issue with patience and advocacy. They were genuinely trying to help me however they could. Specifically, the customer service I received from Tiffanne, Kathy, and Keaton (technician) was unbelievably good and much appreciated.

Been waiting for 3 weeks for them to find the part to fix my ac unit. Meanwhile my house is 90+ degrees. Very little communication, no sense of urgency and I truly don’t even think they’ve looked for the part. Not happy at all and would not recommend.7/20-Update- They got the part and came out asap; the gentleman they sent out was thorough, patient, he explained exactly what was going on, he had to go back to his shop 2 times for parts and he never complained. I cant recall his name but if I had to rate the company solely based on my experience with him, it would be 5 stars. I can happily say we have air now after being without it for 3.5 weeks. I appreciate you making sure my system was up and running properly. I wish that it could have happened without me having to contact the BBB and hopefully no one else will have to suffer this long in this dreadful heat. Thank you Airstar!

Ask for Lance!By far the best experience with an hvac company. We were in need of an urgent blower motor replacement. Lance responded very promptly and when he arrived he got straight to work. He is professional and clearly knows his trade. He also cleaned everything up before he left. It’s like he was never here, but we have heat so he definitely was 😉. It’s so refreshing to work with an honest company that wasn’t trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. We had a problem and they fixed it! Knock on wood we don’t need to call again any time soon, but if we do, we know who we’re calling!

Technician came about 2 months ago. Thursday through Home Warranty. They fixed a valve but technician forgot to put enough freon so a week later our AC was not working again, they did send someone out to put more freon. At this point I was ok with their service since I do understand people make mistakes. 2 months later, unit breaks so they came out on a Thursday. Unit was frozen so they could not diagnose, so still no functioning AC. Since they could not come out again until the next Tuesday (5 days later) and Texas was over 100 degrees, we called another vendor that could come that next day. The other vendor put freon in the unit until Airstar could come back again. When they came on Tuesday, they said there was nothing wrong with the unit and that there was nothing to do, even though they had pictures of the unit not working 5 days prior. I talked to the manager and asked him to please send someone else again to double check the diagnosis but at that point they had already been paid by the warranty company so they had no incentive to come and make sure my unit was actually not leaking. Given that they had worked on it 2 months before and the unit had no freon now, I could only assume that there is a leak, which they said they could not find......and again refused to send someone out to clean up their work. I leave it up to you to decide if this is someone you would want to work with. Im sure a lot of their technicians are great and mean well, but my experience was subpar, and even though I was using the home warranty, I would expect good service.

We have been customers of Airstar Services for many years. They saw us through hot summers with an A/C unit that was temperamental sometimes. They also installed a new unit for us that works great. Everyone has always been respectful and prompt in dealing with us. I highly recommend Airstar Services, as they are an honest and caring company who do a fabulous job.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDCrystal (receptionist) and Roger (owner) were communicative and accommodating. Dave (technician/supervisor) came out to fix a problem that another company had failed to fix--even after two visits. (in fact, the other company falsely told me I needed an expensive wiring job that wouldnt be covered by my home warranty--I didnt!) He accurately troubleshot the unit and had it fixed properly in no time. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Next time, AirStar is my FIRST call!

AIRSTAR came out as a response from our Fidelity home warranty claim. Chris checked the system out and found a freon leak that he was able to fix on the spot. He also replaced the air filter with extra filters we had in the attic. Stayed around for 30 minutes to make sure everything was blowing cold. Very professional. The only problem we had was they were scheduled between 1p and 5p, but did not show until almost 6p. Everything covered by home warrant, no up sell, no BS.

Had issues with keeping house cool. Two rooms were unbearable and getting no air at all. Tech arrived on time and did a complete inspection of unit and ductwork. He discovered a section had become disconnected in a very remote area of attic with only access to by crawling. He repaired the duct and then proceeded to adjust other areas for best flow. In all, it took 4 hours and now the entire house is cool even with the 100 plus Temps.Thanks for the time and attention to detail.

Tech was amazing from the moment he walked in our front door. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He let me know exactly what he was doing every step of the way. I was so stressed with what I was told by other contractors might be wrong with my unit and he took care of it right away saving me not only money but peace of mind. So thankful to have came across this company. Highly recommend!!! Plus who gets to have Bruce Willis personally fix their AC :) Thank you David! Definitely requesting them again!

I was sent to them by American Home Shield, technician arrived checked inside and outside unit, stated on the back side of the outside unit, back grill/screen has dust and and clogged, unable to diagnose, would charge $119 to clean and then diagnose. I found some dust , part of the screen was clearI stated I don’t need your services, he stated he would have American home shield decline the case ( a threat)Another contractor came in replaced the fan motor and cleaned everything for less than $400-$500. He agreed dust did not stop from diagnosing the issue.

This company will lie to you about whether your unit actually needs to be replaced or not. American Home Shield sent this company to my home for a service request of a leaking unit. Technician, Jason, informed me that the unit could not be repaired since it was leaking freon and had to be replaced. That i could spend 3k to patch it temporarily but could be be guaranteed to last a month or 6 months. That I also could not run the unit without causing sever damage. So based on the information from the professional and the strong suggestion to have it replaced to prevent further damage to my home, I agreed to have it replaced.However this company went back to American Home Shield and told them only the evaporator coils needed to be replace which was covered under the home warranty.Now I am out of 15k for a new unit that I really did not need and cannot have covered under my home warranty because Airstar Services also lied to AHS saying that I elected to upgrade my system when all I needed was an evaporator coil replacement.As a result, I do not recommend that you use or trust Airstar Services. If they make a recommendation on needed or required services, please get a second opinion before proceeding with this company for any services.Although this companys seems knowledgeable, friendly, and like they are providing you with legitimate recommendations for service, please dont be fooled by their deceitful business practices to take advantage of consumers.

The owner dosent have any common sense . dont know how to talk to people . they repaired my ac today through home warantty . i will never ever deal with that company again . The owner dosent know how to talk to a client . very rude . I am 48 year old never had such an experience in my life .

Who knew that Bruce Willis would be coming to to revive my ac after it died hard lol!!! My experience with the company started with the polite ladies Tiffany and Crystal whom scheduled my appointment soon as they received my work order and ended with the kindest most thoughtful technician that I have ever encountered . David came and got the job done, he even gave me some energy saving tips for the hotter months. Thank you Airstar, thank you David!!! I will continue to use you for all of my heating and air needs.

I used Airstar through my Home Warranty (first time home warranty user) I was very suspect on the service and quality I was going to receive based on reviews I read from all of the warranty vendors. I chose Airstar and they did a really good job. My technician, Preston, was a 38 year veteran of the industry and was super honest and knowledgeable. He explained how working with the warranty company worked and set reasonable expectations. (note: working with warranty company you dont get same day service) Preston was great. I would definitely use them again. I just hope not anytime soon!

Dinnertime Saturday, and had that sinking feeling when the house just got hotter and hotter, no matter how low we cranked the AC. With five pets, there wouldnt be a hotel or motel willing to take us, so we were going to be up a creek without help as the temp started rising fast in the Texas summer heat. I called Airstar Services; wed decided to purchase their service contract/club membership last year as it included a couple of annual check-ups and other benefits for a very reasonable cost. They had been extremely diligent in contacting me for a spring/summer seasonal check-up, but I kept putting it off due to work, vacation, etc. Now I was paying the price. I sheepishly called the main number, but the office was closed as expected. The message did offer an after-hours line for club members, so I crossed my fingers and dialed. A very sweet young lady (Haley) quickly responded. I felt bad, as I could hear she was a new mom, but she was extremely polite and efficient. She put me on hold for a minute, and got back on to let me know to expect a technician shortly. Within an hour, there was a ring at the door; Preston the technician showed up as promised ready for duty. 90 minutes later, cold air was flowing back into the house (I imagine this is a wake-up call that well be needing a new unit here soon, but for now, its working...). Preston fixed the issue, and we also received a sizable discount for being club members. I am grateful for such excellent service, especially under duress, and appreciate the professional treatment as well. Highly recommend.

The previous HVAC technician sent out by AC Wizard through American Home Shield initially said I need to replace my entire system due to a pre-existing cracked heat exchanger and AHS would not cover it. David from Airstar arrived to give me a second opinion and was extremely thorough in his assessment. Turns out our heat exchanger wasnt cracked and we just needed to replace a flame sensor & wire. David was very professional, personable and saved us thousands! We would use Airstar again!

Technician KB came and pretended to be nice, he proceded to check the furnace and cooling system, KB said the cooling system was low in r22. But didnt have any in the van. That he had to come back on Monday. KB even wrote it on the notes. Before he left I said ok I see you Monday and KB said not exactly on Monday, but between Monday and Wednesday. But KB lied 100% now KB is saying that he did not say he was coming back. But we have him on our camera system. Which also records voice. KB from AIR STAR SERVICES LIED. WHEN HE SAID HE WAS coming backTHEY SHOULD BE CALLED LI-AIR SERVICES

I had to have a very old system removed from my attic and have a brand new full system put into my house. The contact person from the company at every step of the process was professional, polite, informative and knowledgeable. The team that installed the new system left my house in such a way that you would not have known they had been there but for the new air return vent in the hallway. I was there during much of the install and they were professional, polite, knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions. I can not say enough good things about my experience with this company. It was worth every penny to know that my a/c system was installed well and they take excellent care of their clients.

My home air conditioning went out on a Sunday night and my home warranty company set me up with AirStar services. Im glad that they did. Jody took my call and was able to get me in the next afternoon. Their technician, Daniel, was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Daniel explained exactly what he was doing and why. He also took the time to give me sound advice on keeping my system running. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend AirStar Services to my friends and family and I will use them in the future for any cooling/heating problems I may experience.60618

Terry came out to service my HVAC this morning. I only called to schedule yesterday, so I really appreciate the prompt response! I really expected to have to wait at least a few days. I’m trying to sell a house, so I was definitely a difficult customer with an inspection report that had a number of tasks needed for the unit. He was so patient with me, and together we triple checked everything on the report. He was also very personable. I appreciate the service today, Terry!

NEGATIVE TEN STAR COMPANY WHICH I’M REPORTING TO THE BBB AND TREC. I was working directly with the owner and still got horrible service!!!! I submitted an order through my home warranty company who assigned Air Star to the service request. The tech was several hours late and I was understanding due to the nature of the job. When he did arrive he was completely unprofessional and made comments like wow you must be rich when he saw some furnishing in our home. He then finished reviewing our issue of air flow in our master bath and asked if I “wanted the good or bad news first” again unprofessional but I simply said the bad news. He told me the repair wouldn’t be covered my the home warranty because the duct was improperly attached to the vent and ductwork is never covered by home warranty. I said my policy specifically covers duct work and to please verify before leaving. He then said the repairs we needed done would cost us out of pocket in the range of $3-$5000. He then sat in his car to call his manger while I pulled out my policy and read to see in fact duct work is covered. I showed him and he came back and said oh good news one thing won’t be covered but the other repair is and it will only cost you about $450. I asked how much the repair that was covered cost and which repair wasn’t covered and he said both repairs only cost about $450. None of the info he gave me rang true and it felt like he was trying to get me to pay out of POCKET to replace all the ductwork myself since he perceived I was “rich”. I told him to repair what was covered that day and he said he’d have to order materials and schedule to come back in about 2 weeks so I said that was fine. When he left my request was closed out by the home warranty company. So I called my home warranty company make sure something wasn’t logged incorrectly and to verify what was and wasn’t covered. After holding with them for an hour and a half we resolved yes all the repairs should be covered. So I put in a call the following day to Air Star to find out when they’d be back to fix the repair he took measurements for and to inform them of what I was told. I left a message for Haley who called me back same day but said none of the repairs were covered and no second visit was going to be scheduled until we agreed to pay the $450 and that the department I spoke to doesn’t know what they are talking about. I was completely confused and explained the discrepancy between what she was saying, what the tech told me and what I found out for myself. She asked if she could put me on hold and several minutes later Roger picked up the phone and I said I was holding for Haley, he said she was on a call but if I would explain my question he’d try to help me out. After re-explaining everything he said he’d been working with my specific home warranty company “since the 80s” and knew they wouldn’t cover it because they would “inevitably ask if the unit was working” and he’s have to say yes. I was confused because ductwork has nothing to do with the AC unit working And both are separate coverages in the verbiage of my policy but when I asked him to clarify he said if air is coming out the vent at all they won’t cover it. He did relent that maybe I was the one situation that would surprise him so he’d call but due to long hold times he probably wouldn’t call me until the next day. It was Friday so Monday no call, Tuesday no call. I had to call in again on Wednesday to be told Roger would “call me back.” I asked who was Rogers boss only to be told he’s the OWNER....when the owner doesn’t even care enough about his customers to follow through on what he promises it’s no wonder unprofessionalism is the company culture. If you can avoid it DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!!UPDATE: The owner just called me back to say my home warranty company should have called me back and I should be mad at them and raised his voice to me. SIDE NOTE YOU CAN ALSO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT ABOUT AHS TO THE TREC.

I’ve been a happily loyal Airstar customer for many years. I love thier premium programs that include maintenance and after hours plus weekend services that have been a saving grace several times over the years. Most of all, I love thier commitment to timeliness, real and earnest customer service and the empathy and kindness that seems to be lost in business these days. You can trust Airstar to give great advice and do their very best to do the right thing for their customers. From the way they answer calls, check-in frequently during the process, show up at your door well prepared to treat your home with care, explain the work, costs and timelines both in technical and layman’s terms, work with attention to detail and accuracy and speak with kindness as they complete the work, Airstar is absolutely a 5 Star organization worthy of its customers. I won’t work with anyone else for HAVC services, these are good people.

Technician Marvin came to my home to repair my Air Condition and was truly impressed. He educated me about what he was doing, very courteous and worked on my issue diligently without a fuss.He was unformed, introduced himself to me and went to work. Absolutely the worst, this review comes after filing report with BBB, and THBA (obviously). This is a joke is a company and the “boss” or “owner” is laughable. I asked for a quote for a simple blown out motor for the fan for one of my outside units. (Myself Being an electrician, but out of town) they told me a TXV value needed replacing and there was a hole in my compressor. Neither are true. I told them that over the phone after getting and estimate for $12,424 over the phone to put a new unit in. I laughed hung up, and replaced the fan motor when I got home. The owner, especially is a joke, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. Must have a pretty unhappy life at home, if any.

Wow...they sent out a gentleman named Daniel that new A/C systems. I requested a tech to come out and check my Freon level in which case he did. But he also suggested that we remove our inside blower unit and let him clean it. We went with his recommendations and I am so glad we did. I unequivocally recommend these folks to anyone who wants an honest, knowledgeable company to do your HVAC repairs.

I dont even want to give them 1 star. Is there negative stars? DO NOT use this company!!! As I read the reviews on Yelp one thing stood out to me ~ if you are going through your home warranty company to use AirStar services you are pretty much screwed!!! It seems all the horrible reviews are when you use them via home warranty. But hey ~ if youre a full paying customer they will take care of you (maybe).For SIX weeks we dealt with AirStar AC and they NEVER diagnosed what was wrong with our AC. We used EVERY technician they had because NONE of them could diagnose why our AC was messed up. Well, let me correct myself ~ they diagnosed it but it was WRONG every time. I could literally make a quilt out of all the pink receipts we were given every time a technician came out and walked away NOT fixing our AC. They were out here at least 10-15 times in a matter of 6 weeks.Are you ready for this ~ the last time they were here the technician was here 4 hours and came in and said he could NOT find what was wrong with our AC and had the audacity to suggest it may be teenagers huffing the freon out of our unit. Are you effing kidding me?!? He recharged our AC and it worked exactly 5-6 days and it quit again.After 6 weeks of PURE TORTURE we called our own AC company and within an hour it was diagnosed as a leak in the evaporator coil. NOTE to those who use home warranty or dont know much about ACs ~ do you know WHY AirStar never diagnosed that?? Because its anywhere from $3-$5K to fix and you may as well replace the unit! They just didnt want to deal with it.I dont know how on earth AirStar is still in business. They shouldnt be. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and possibly taking legal action against either AirStar or the home warranty company because its not right. We PAY for a home warranty (and its not cheap) ~ our AC issue should be fixed!! We paid several deductibles plus additional out of pocket fees to AirStar and it was all for NOTHING. Im beyond furious.I cant believe a company can do this and get away with it.

Airstar services was contracted through American home shield to repair my furnace. This was the beginning of my nightmare. 5 different techs, 1 Service manager, 20 visits, and 4 months later my furnace was in worse shape than before they ever stepped foot in my house due to their lack of knowledge, unprofessional attitude, and hodge podge attempts at repair. Their service manager Eric blatantly lied to Home Shield and told them my furnace was fixed so they would no longer be responsible for repairing. I had numerous conversations with Airstar as I was certain the control board needed replaced but they refused each time I suggested. I could continue to share the details of my experience but it all adds up to the worst contractor experience of my life. I beg you to take this review into consideration before you allow Airstar to step foot in your home. In the end it took 2 visits from a different contractor and the control board was replaced. It would have been 1 visit except they had to remove all of the electrical relays and unneeded components that Airstar added over the previous 3 months.

We were forced to use Airstar because of our home warranty (AHS). Our AC unit died July 1st. On July 2nd, a service tech was sent out to asses the situation. He was knowledgable and great. Then we had to get the order request approved through the home warranty and the part ordered, which we were told would take until the follow Monday due to the holiday. Okay. Totally understandable. Great. The part was ready on Tuesday, July 8th. Despite calling and alerting them the part was ready (which AHS also did), the part was not picked up until end of day on Thursday. We were not allowed to schedule our repair until they had the part in hand. Every time we asked to speak to the manager he was unavailable and they would not leave a message for him to call us back. By the time they had the part and we could schedule an appointment, their first available was July 14th. The tech they sent out didnt show up until 7pm and did NOT call before coming. Thankfully my husband was home! During the repair he told my husband he normally doesnt do repairs and this was his first time install a compressor. A week later the until started making an odd noise and wa services by another company. We were told the interior was very dirty and were low on refrigerant - which they (Airstar) were supposed to fill all the way.Now its the 30th and my AC unit is dead, again.Do not hire this company.

This place gets barely a one star at best i give it a half star. We had one of their techs name Jason come to my home while I was at work to do a service on my unit. He then tells my wife all of the problems thats wrong with the unit, ok. Thats fine. My wife declines the repair because it was costly, says Jason then proceeded to throw a small attitude then leaves my home later to find out my unit is dismantled in the attic. Before Jason arrived my unit was blowing just fine ice cold IT WORKED... after Jason left, we couldnt even get it to turn on. We went ALL WINTER LONG with a disconnected unit. Few months later we got fed up and went to the office to complain because it was NOT RIGHT, the manager ensures my wife that he would go and fix it. Next day he comes, it takes well over an hour to get my unit to come back on, as soon and as the unit comes back on he doesnt even bother to figure out why its not blowing cold anymore as long as the unit was on he was content he showed us why it wouldnt blow cold because a fan out in the AC unit outside was not working which it was before Jason arrived. Manager told us our AC ELECTRICAL wires were pinched like water hoses Im assuming. He then proceeded to pitch a sales pitch to get us to buy $10,000 unit. After declining more than SEVEN + times he finally leaves. Our unit is still BLOWING hot AND now we have installed window units thanks TO air star. I would find somebody else.....take it from my experience, were platinum monthly members (which doesnt mean much, seriously) so we paid (monthly) to have these people come and virtually break my unit. We are canceling our monthly service as we speak. Stay away. This place is commission over customer satisfaction. I feel like Im still going through my whole AC unit to figure out the extent of the damage. DO NOT LET JASON IN YOUR HOME.

6-27 10:03amHaley takes call with a smile on her face Im sure.6-27 2:54pmHaley calls me and says tech is on the way.6-27 3:19pmDaniel the service tech shows up. After an hour or so he found a leak and repaired it. once he went to charge the system he decided that the compressor was overheating and may not come to life. After putting water on it for a while he said it didnt look good and quoted me $4000 to replace the outside unit and a new copper line set.6-27 8pmI decided to power on the system at i could hear the compressor coming on. Was I lied to or coincidence?6-27 8pmI decided to text the technician and he said I was lucky that it came back. He said he would be back the next day to fill it with freon.6-28 3:05pmAlison called and asked if Daniel could come back out.Daniel showed up in maybe 5 mins and weighted his tank (not in front of me) and added 2 lbs of R22 $100 for first pound and $80 for every pound after that. $180 total. Intake temp was 80 deg and 60 deg at the vent. I guess ill wait and see if the house cools off and see how long it last before it leaks again... Ill update this if needed.8-30Leak is back and Im now out of freon again.$180 in the air, gone, 2 months.

I had a great experience with Airstar. My heat went out in the evening and i called their after hours service and they sent a technician to my home within 30 minutes and got me fixed up in one visit! will definitely be using them again!

They are not knowledgeable. I do not know why AHWS keep on sending them to warranty holders knowing there are a lot of complaint about them. In the last 2 months the came 3 time for my AC not blowing cold air . Every time they claim some part is bad etc . This far in the last 2 years I spent about 3k with them and still broken. I do not know what to do. . On 4/20/20 they came and replaced a part and i was promised it will last for a while . Given COVID-19 etc.. I gave them a call and they told me the warranty only good for 30 days.. Crazy time to call BBB

Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year and it was replaced as quickly as possible with wonderful, friendly service. We have a maintenance plan as well. Highly recommend. This company really cares about its customers.

Had water leaking from air vent in ceiling and bubbling up on ceiling while dripping. Called several companies with no luck. Finally called Airstar. The custmer service was extremely friendly and prompt. Daniel, the service technician, came right out, stopped the leak in the attic, and made repairs in less than an hour. The price was also very fair. Extremely happy that I called Airstar!

My experience with Airstar was not good. They left the drain pipe loose and the water damaged my crown molding and sheetrock which they refused to pay for or reimburse me for the damage. I also had to pay for refrigerant 2 times which totaled over $700.Dont use them !!!

So I am having trouble with my ac its not blowing cold air so I contacted AHS and they sent air star service and Ill give them that they came quick within 5 hours of me putting the order they came but the first thing the service guy did when he got to my house was say that where i had the fillter located was wrong because is would be harder to charge and started to try and sale me a filter that would need to changed once a year. Then he went outside to check the unit and he changed two parts and then sayed that the problem was that it had a big leak and then he started to tell my husband that it was not worth getting the problem fixed and started to try and sell him a new unit that he said it would cost $12,000 when in reality it was a small leak only needed 1lb of freon and when my husband told him that he didnt have the money to put a new unit he stated to tell my husband that they sale the the freon at $170 a LB and then told him that my unit didnt need 1LB that it needed 3LB and he didnt use a mask and the cherry on top was that he was asking for beer and he was really disrespectful with other thing that any person should say a father that has a daughter.

Horrible they came out to fix a clog... the guy stuck a strap in the pipe and said it was fixed I ask him are you sure that is it dont you suppose to blow it out... long story short all the cords are wet inside of the AC... Very expensive. quoted $120/lb and then reduced to $75/lb for refrigerant R22. you can get $250 for 15 lb bottle in the market which is $15/lb.

My fan blower motor went out and Airstar diagnosed itbut could not repair that day as they did not have the part.4 days later they have the part and finally come back but botched the installAnd left without making sure the system was cooling - it was only blowing hot air.Called very early the next morning , Friday, and said you gotta come back and fixit, when can I expect you. Monday they said, to come back and fix their mistake.This after 5 days with no AC in Texas early June they think it’s OK to make me wait throughthe weekend to get it cooling again. I said screw that and called another company who would come out that afternoon and fix Airstar’s botched Install of the fan motor. They had jammed it in there and shorted out the wire telling the compressor to come on and blew a fuse. An easy fix for the new company - I’m out an extra $150 on top of what I paid Airstar but at least the house is livable again.So….no…I absolutely would not recommend you call AIrstar Heating & Cooling to repair your AC.
