Accelerated Mechanical Services, LLC

My company has been using Accelerated Mechanical for years and I am not sure if there is a single technician left there who has the slightest clue what they are doing. Almost every single time they come to do preventative maintenance, they break something, lose a part, or improperly re-assemble the equipment they are working on. It has become the worst running joke in the world. They have charged us a small fortune for their services supposedly intended to keep our equipment in good repair (only sometimes performing the actual service being charged) and another small fortune for repairing the things they have broken. It wasnt always this way, but I do not believe the current operation is particularly trustworthy. They have no pride or shame and have been deplorable to our poor executive assistant, who has had the misfortune of having to deal with them. For your own sake, learn from our mistakes and stay far, far away.

This company no good...the fix guy come to check and fix just 30 min.but them company charge 2 hour labor fee $250.that is no good for customer service.and then they said never discount and they say right.no more use that company again.

We bought a new AC from them 4 years ago and a service plan through about three years of it. The AC never cooled right and wed call the company for service and they kept making excuses that it was something else. We finally got another guy to come over to check on it 4 years later and it had a leak for who knows how long. We ended up getting the coil replaced, but in the meantime we felt this company sold us a lemon. So not happy with that.I heard they have new ownership they may be a better company now, but they have never gotten back to me.

Wow!! Ive never experienced such great service! I called this company late last night because my heater had gone out and I woke up freezing. They had someone out within the hour. The technician gave me a courtesy call to let me know when I could expect to see them and they were there on time. The tech was very polite and walked me through, step by step, of what would happen. After maybe an hour, my system was back up and running. I also purchsed the preventative maintenance plan to keep my system running smoothly and avoid anymore suprises. Thanks AMS!!

Prompt, friendly and affordable service. I couldnt be more pleased with this company. I live in the country about 30 miles south of Dallas. Accelerated Mechanical Services took care of my air conditioner problems the same day I called for service. The technician explained to me what the problem was and the cost for the repair. No surprises!

Its not often when its necessary to call for service that you can say it was a pleasant experience ! Came home from work to find the house cold and after checking the obvious knew we needed professional help. A friend recommended Accelerated Mechanical and we couldnt be more pleased. They came when they said they would, quickly found our problem, explained what needed done and exacly what it would cost. We approved the repair and had heat within the hour of the technicians arrival. They were prompt proffesional and resonably priced. I would definetly recommend them to anybody who finds themselves needing professional heating or cooling service.
