Great service. Great equipment

Absolutely worst service. Just one person on counter on Friday and he is spending too much time on personal BS with customers instead of feel urgency and move customers as fast as he can, while manager standing behind him. We are discouraging our customers from Trane products. All of the location basically sucks compare them to Carrier. It is night and day. Not even close..

The customer service at this location is extremely poor. The person at the desk was taking calls over what looked like a personal cell phone. I asked if he would enter my points to the reward system for the purchase I made. And all I got was a very short response stating Ill get someone else to do it. Didnt take my email, so highly doubtful that the points will be added to my account.Work on your customer service skills.

Awsome Service ! All the guys here very helpful specially Simon. Went a step forward and beyond on assisting me finding the right volt meter. Wanted to say thank you for your customer service and your professionalism.

Worse customer service , That guy Mike is the worse has a bad attitude and just hangs up the phone. He should really get fired.that’s why I hate dealing with trane.

Literally have a Capacitor on the shelf and won’t sell it because they say it’s already sold. This is yet another example of why I actively avoid using Trane Supply unless absolutely necessary

Great place if you need A/C parts, but they make you walk outside after buying your items. I felt like closing a... different transaction, where cash and product are separated...

I dont know what it is about trane, but the customer service in the store sucks. They always have an attitude like you just ask them to help you move your whole house.

I didnt know you had to have a license to buy parts there i felt like an idot the guy asked me what i needed he looked it up thought I was almost done then he said I cant sell u that without a license

Answering the phone isn’t a option for this store only option is driving down there and hoping they have what you need

As far as trane supply goes this is the only location in Dallas that is remotely speedy.

The call center is the biggest joke in the hvac world. Hire more people
